Find another gym. I have tried on 4 different occasions during business hours to rejoin after i got a new debit card and my membership canceled. They never have people in office to sign up or help and they dont answer phones. Very poorly run business with minimal work out equipment.

You can tell by the owners answer they are not great ppl. Not being open 4 times during business hours is not a good way to run a business. You obviously dont value people's time going out of there way to visit your business. A simple apology would have looked so much better on your business than to call my review a tantrum. Your response only makes me feel better about my choice to join anytime fitness. They have staff 10x as much equipment and much nicer owners.

I’ve been a member of Snap Fitness for the past Year and a half after transitioning from a gym in California. The transition to this small gym has been awesome. it’s a small gym but it has everything one needs to get and stay in good physical shape. The staff is friendly, the gym is clean and stays open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Sorry that this town has become weak on allowing poor service and being ripped off by greed. They since removed calling me angry, which we can clearly see their true nature of deflection...

False advertising (bait and switch). Claims there are no fees or contracts, but the website shows otherwise (there's a $15 SIGN UP FEE, and a $20 difference in monthly payment if you lock in a one year CONTRACT). No thanks. Wayyyy overpriced for such few amenities.

So there. They still claim no fees or contracts of any sort even after being called out!! I hope that you (Owner) are more happy in your life. Maybe if you charged a reasonable $20 per month for the small, limited amenities that you offer (and a non tiered payment system based on a year CONTRACT), then you'd have 20+ more members.

But hey, it's all about the money right? You want the high paying client, and less work. It's not really about helping the community to get healthy.

I love this gym. I'm a big person and nervous everytime I walk in, but I always get a smile from other customers. If you can, get a session with Connor, he is wonderful. Before covid I lost 9 pounds in one week after his help. I've had set backs between covid and lots of physical therapy sessions. I'm glad this is not a really big gym, its perfect. The only frustration I have is trying to find the extension for the lat machine bar. I can't stand up holding the bar. So it takes me along time,if I can even find all the pieces, to track down the extension.

I have been using snap fitness in PV for years. It is conveniently located for North Prescott Valley. It’s not a super big gym but they have a variety of equipment. It doesn’t get super busy when I usually go and the owner and staff are friendly.

Keith at Snap Fitness in Prescott Valley has been such a support to me over the past few years. After each baby I’ve had, I come to the gym to work off my baby weight. He greets me with a smile when I show up, and always has encouraging words to keep me going! The other customers at the gym are supportive, kind, and I don't feel out of place, even if I’m so out of shape. It’s a safe environment (emotionally) to work on my health and not feel judged by others. The gym is always fully stocked with disinfectant and hand sanitizer to keep us all germ free. I would definitely recommend Snap Fitness to anyone looking for self improvement.

Conveniently located right off of Hwy 89A near Roberts Market for those that live in the northern corridor of Prescott Valley and want a gym that’s close by to pop into before/after work or for those late night gym sessions since they’re open 24/7 by keycard access. Just enough equipment and weights to accommodate the workout needs of most. Small enough to not be overkill and therefore overpriced in your membership dues. Owners are professional, understanding, compassionate for their member’s fitness, and highly responsive to communication. Definitely recommend this gym!

I have been coming to this gym for several years now and it has served me very well. The staff, including the owner, are very friendly and helpful. The club is extremely clean and it's not rare to see the owner, his staff, or a cleaning crew vacuuming, dusting, and wiping the equipment and bathrooms down. Whether you are looking to gain some mass, lose weight, or anything in-between, there is equipment for every need. I often have different goals depending on what time of year it is or what I am trying to accomplish at a specific time, and this gym has made it easy for me accomplish those goals in the quickest amount of time. This particular gym is only a few minutes from where I live, but there are also other locations around the area and there are times when one of those are closer and more convenient for me to use on a particular day. It's 24/7 (which means you can workout in the middle of the night, and I have), there's always close parking, equipment is always available, and the bathrooms are spotless. There is pride that is taken in this gym and you can clearly see it when you arrive, talk to the staff, interact with the other members, and when you're working out. It is by far my favorite gym and I often tell my friends and family that they need to check this place out because they will love it. I certainly do. 5 stars!
