So happy i found private training in this gym🔥 Its a private training facility which is much better than a packed gym and coaches that stare off to the distance while training you. Very happy with my coach and the place 💪

Dillon is honest, extremely committed and passionate about training. It is immediately obvious that this is his life's work and it's not a side job. He personally creates a unique and tailored program for each individual. I found him very reassuring and actively involved in my progress. I know this is exactly what I needed to help start and maintain my fitness goals. Anyone who is looking to start exercising, or just challenge themselves more should work with Dillon.

Working out with Dillon has been a great experience. He is very friendly and listen to my needs. I hurt my shoulders a while back and since I have been exercising with him the pain has diminished and it is getting better. He answers text in a time manner. He is always on time and take his work seriously. I highly recommend Dillon to anyone who is looking for a great personal trainer.

Dillon is such a great trainer. When he says you get personal one on one training he really means it. No double bookings, talking or texting on the phone during your work out and is really invested in making sure you get the most out of your work out while making sure you have good form. Dillon is awesome, takes the time to make sure proper form is being followed instead of just letting his clients do things wrong. He is definitely into long term overall conditioning than short term visual results. His approach is caring and fun, not a 70’s style football coach. I’ve enjoyed every session with him, even when he makes me do burpees.

Dillon is truly unique in his ability to accomplish multiple goals in one interaction. He is a talented personal trainer, and certainly instills a comfortable approach to an often uncomfortable topic (fitness), as well as instills confidence in the customized programs he writes for you. He does an excellent job explaining what you are doing, why you are doing what you are doing, and demonstrates the how, if necessary. He is also down to earth which makes it easy to tell him if there is an exercise you are uncomfortable with doing. He makes the necessary changes without making you feel bad about it. Beyond personal training, he shows a genuine care for his clients and inevitably personal training also serves a just life coaching, where he is extremely knowledgeable and supportive in many aspects of life. Dillon is a great personal trainer because he listens and pays attention to what you’re really looking for and trying to achieve with your fitness goals. I told him I wanted to start training and getting back into obstacle racing shape (I used to run Spartan’s very regularly). I wanted training that would be beneficial for completing obstacles. He created a program that was just that. Functional fitness that kept me moving in ways the prepared me for things like the bucket carry, atlas, sleigh pulls, rope climbs, etc. There were even some exercises in my program that I was not familiar with which kept me from hitting plateaus. Would definitely recommend working with Dillion to achieve your fitness goals! 💪🏼🙌🏼

Dillon made a lasting impression as my personal trainer. He has so much knowledge and knows how to tailor a workout to the individual and their physical challenges. I had a weak knee and I was always afraid of hurting it during a workout. He tailored my workouts strengthening the muscles around my knee without making me bear a lot of weight on it. As a result it is much stronger and I don't have that problem anymore. Our sessions were full body workouts focusing on muscle groups that are used the most.
