I had a great session with Chad! I was a tiny bit nervous b/c I have never had a personal trainer before, and I have some permanent orthopedic injuries on my left shoulder. Nothing acute and I can definitely do a lot now than in years past, but I also didn't know what to expect in a session with Chad. Well, I was put at ease instantly! Chad is a great teacher - very patient, provided great explanations and allowed me the chance to modify if something didn't feel right. He showed me some great TRX exercises, and some good intro self-defense moves using the punching bag. I felt like I had a good workout and felt the burn in all the right places! I am new to TRX, but now motivated to incorporate these into my regular workout routines. Even the punching bag wasn't as scary as it first appeared. I learned some nice functional moves that would be good to incorporate. Thank you Chad!!! I appreciate you and the time you spent with me!

Chad is beyond amazing! I can’t recommend him enough. He was able to help me lose weight ,build my confidence, and helped me with nutrition goals. He was always available to answer questions and even gave me the emotional boost I needed on days where my confidence wasn’t too high. Thank you Chad!

When my husband and I decided to invest in a personal trainer, we did a lot of searching but found that Chad at Ember Athletics was the best fit for our schedule, location, budget, and goals. The gym is small but big enough to perform any workout with all necessary equipment and without the big gym chain crowds and intimidation. Chad is a great coach who is knowledgeable about the mind, body, and nutrition. He really cares about his clients and makes himself available outside of the gym because he is invested in having you achieve your goals. He is kind and a great motivator without being pushy or judgmental. My husband and I looked forward to our 8am morning workout routine three times a week at the studio where we would push hard, sweat hard, laugh hard and have great conversation. Chad gave us a solid foundation in kickstarting our health, nutrition, and fitness goals. We are super grateful that our time, money and energy was spent working with him. If you are looking to start investing in your health and fitness, make sure to bring water and towel and get ready to sweat because Chad at Ember Athletics is who you want to go to!

Chad was professional, knowledgeable and made the self defense and nutrition class fun! I own a business and have a team of women. Since we are all women, I thought a self defense class would be a good addition to our monthly training classes. I’m so glad to have found Chad. He was amazing! Definitely recommend.

Chad was the first trainer who I felt comfortable with. I had previous trainers who I didn’t feel truly cared about my progress and only wanted to collect their money. Chad was super attentive & not only taught me about fitness but also mindset. When he saw I was doubting my ability to lift something he worked on my mindset. I still remember what he would tell me when working out to this day. He is patient and a great trainer. I would highly recommend him especially if you’re a beginner or want to find a trainer who truly cares about your progress & teaches you things you will continuously apply throughout your fitness journey. With this being said though… make sure you’re ready for a gooood workout. He will get you in the best shape

I can highly recommend Ember Athletics to anyone looking to get fit quickly! I used their workouts to get ready for my wedding and to be able to fit into my beautiful wedding gown. Not only did I fit into my gown, I felt gorgeous and have pictures of a lifetime looking and feeling my best. The workout plan was created specifically for my lifestyle, the time frame I had chosen for the workouts, and what I really enjoyed doing. Ember Athletics also took into account an old injury that I had, and never once did my old injury bother me. I felt my best and structurally and I felt so balanced and strong. The workouts seem to take all my aches and pains away because my body was stronger and aligned. I was able to dance all night at my wedding with ease and grace. The trainer that I worked with, Chad, was very professional, easy to talk to and he created magical workouts!!!

I always thought my body type was just an inverted pear. Big shoulders, no waist and skinny bottoms. Your exercises have re-shaped my body. I never thought I would have a waist, hips and good legs! Thanks
