Enjoy the perfect group size four-person studio or indulge in a private session. The instructors are the best I’ve found and always keep you engaged with an infinite variety of moves. The equipment is excellent for reformer, tower and chair work. They’ve kept my body fit in spite of usually stopping for brunch in Old Town after my classes😂

I was visiting from out of town and so happy I discovered Studio Allonge, durning my visit I took 3 small group reformer classes (4 people) with Taylor, Kate and the owner Alison. I also took and a private Tower class with Allison during my visit. The studio is clean, very good equipment, welcoming and excellent, professional instruction. I highly recommend it.
