Best studio in the Yuma community! My daughter started at 18 months with the children classes taught by Miss Amanda & loved the nurturing, holistic environment. I enjoy treating myself to hot and inversion classes with Alexis, Adrienne, and Destiny. Highly recommend.

A hidden gem for Yoga lovers! Studio Y Yoga & Wellness is a warm welcoming space with a peaceful atmosphere. Having never done yoga before, the instructor was knowledgeable & patient with me. It was a great first experience!

The space is really tranquil and the instructors are all fantastic and knowledgeable. The class schedule is easy to access using their Mindbody app and you can check-in on the same app. They have everything you need for props... and cleanliness is a priority. Everything is top notch!

Overpriced services to only find out we were supporting a business that actively goes against Yuma’s community values and believes it’s acceptable to harbor such internal hatred towards the very people they seek resources from. Shameful and will never spend money on such a place again.

What a dreamy studio. In town for a couple days and took hot yoga with Megan - I love her now. The class wasn’t super hot like Bikram where you leave drenched. Going back for a Salute the Sun class in the morning. Happy to have found a go-to spot while visiting Yuma. 💚

This place is wonderful!! If you are interested in starting yoga or have been doing it for many years either or, it does not matter!! What a great gift I found in Yuma!!
The instructions are spot on, the teachers are amazing. This is a SPECIAL place! If you want to start doing yoga Or just need to get back to it, bring your mat or use theirs.
It will be the best decision of your day!

Welcoming, clean, variety of classes for all levels. As a nervous newbie couldn't say anything nicer than they made me feel immediately comfortable. Several different payment plans depending on your interest--drop in fee, punchcard, or monthly. I've done three classes in five days and don't know why I put it off so long. Highly recommend.

I'm from out of town and have gone to 2 pilates classes with my sister. I love it! the classes really get you working, but our instructor made the whole class laugh and really helped me understand when to inhale and exhale. I totally recommend this place!
