I leave every class feeling energized and empowered thanks to the outstanding instructors and supportive class community. Sultivate Sedona is a wonderful Pilates and Reformer studio in West Sedona in the Safeway shopping center.

The beautiful studio has an array of excellent classes for beginner to advanced…but my absolute favorite is the Relax class taught each Sunday morning by Bridgette or Kaitlyn…..both lead a multidimensional stretching session that gives the body a fabulous release of tension and stress.
I always leave with a deep sense of relaxation.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer more of these classes and at all locations….everyone needs less tension and stress. :-)

Love Sultivate! This is my first foray into Pilates so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The trainers (Vanessa especially) are clear in their instructions and considerate when it comes to issues you may have (my knee is challenged). The music is good and in sync with the activities. Overall a great add to our Sedona fitness pool!

Love this studio and the teachers. I’ve been going here for almost three months now and I love how there are classes every day at the same time. That’s been really hard for me to find here in Sedona. A consistent class every day of the week. So grateful for Sultivate.

5 Stars. Highly Recommend. I have been attending classes here since November of 2023. Tonight will be my 90th class and I could not be happier. I actually have abs now! I can do some of the advanced moves and my balance has significantly improved also. Carla, Terrie, Jeffrey, Vanessa, Makenzie, Bridget, and Kaycee --- all of the instructors are amazing and they each bring unique perspectives, talents, and tips to every class. We are so lucky to have a first class pilates studio in Sedona! Try a class. You will be glad you did.

This is a lovely studio with nice machines, fun merchandise and clean bathrooms.
Instructors are welcoming and friendly. They give a challenging class but also really care about form. Kara's class is great and the owner MacKenzie is a pro. Highly recommended

I joined Sultivate when they first opened in Cottonwood. I immediately loved the classes and instructors! Reformer Palliates is great workout and Sultivate’s environment is so comfortable. I’m excited for the Sedona location! I was driving 30 minutes for a class and now it’s a 5 min drive!

So excited for the new location! This is an amazing studio. Sultivate focuses on every body being beautiful, strong and flexible. It was tough to find a place to continue my passion for reformer after moving here from California. I am hooked! HIGHLY recommend.

Sultivate is truly the best studio I’ve ever gone to and built community from. The classes are so well balanced, challenging, and I always leave better than when I came in.
