I like Sumits, instructors are great and people are so nice. I usually go to the 5:30am class to start the day on the good side. They do have hot and regular classes so check them out. I'm addicted.

I have been going here for years and love it so much. Evan and Michael are my favorites so far. I typically attend the Sumits Yoga 60 min class the same evenings each week but need to try other classes. As a former Bikram student for years, I love this evolved version that incorporates half of those poses plus some vinyasa. Going once a week is part of my self care, which is crucial as a single mom. And I love the heat. It’s my sauna + exercise time, all in one.

My first hot yoga class and wow! They were so nice, accommodating of all skill levels, i felt comfortable going my own pace and taking extra breaks. It was very hot, i got very sweaty but I did waaaaay better than I expected. Don't doubt and just try it!

Dear Jen, please add more foundational flow classes. Love, me.
Original posted review: I’ve tried 2 classes so far: Sumits yoga and yin yoga with sound and both classes were awesome! The heated practice was killer, literally, stay hydrated before during and after the practice. While yin yoga was not heated and restorative! Highly recommend. 🫶🏻

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I really wanted to come here for Yoga. I searched several places before I decided on Sumits. The main reason was on my way home and the M-W-F schedule was perfect for my work schedule. After my 2-week trial, I decided to get a 25-class punch pass. This was on a Friday. Monday when I arrived at work I was told my M and W schedule had changed. I called the studio to explain my situation and that I have not used the punch passes. No answer and no return phone call. I called again on Tuesday, same thing. And low and behold, same thing on Wednesday.
I decided to go to the studio on Friday after I got off work. I explained my situation and was told that they didn’t have the authorization, but she would get in touch with whoever could or the owners. I was told the owners are very understanding. Well, crickets! Nobody called AGAIN! My work schedule didn’t match the scheduled yoga classes, so I waited until next Friday to go in person since they don’t return phone calls. I spoke to a different lady (who really didn’t have time for me). Finally, she said that the person who can reverse the charge is out of the country and returning the following week, but she will let him know.
That evening I received a text message from Ryan, informing me he is out of the country, and he will get back to me the following week. The young lady literally contacted Ryan making this seem like life or death, JEEZ! He said the two staff members felt pressured by me. Really, I literally was just stating my issue and I was promised someone would get back to me, I apologized if I came across that way and said I would wait to hear from him upon his return. Then he mentioned, all sales are “usually” finale. I didn’t see that on the website, nor on any paperwork or my receipt…odd.
Then would you believe it, Ryan never got back to me. I sent a text to him at the end of the week when he said “he would get in touch with me” and still have never heard back.
As you see, over 3 weeks have passed, I haven’t used my punch pass and not a person has called me to listen to my situation. I have finally decided that Sumits needs the $225 more that me. I will now go only on Friday’s. Hopefully I can catch my Zen and not be mistreated by Ryan or the staff.
I also understand if they didn’t want to provide me a refund. I am now most upset with the lack of communication, not one phone call answered, and I believe Ryan blocked my number. Very unprofessional!!!

Wonderful! I have sciatic issues and have found hot yoga helps a lot. I’m a beginner and was traveling from out of town and found this spot, so glad I did. The atmosphere was inviting and front desk and I instructor kind. The class had great variety and was adapted to all levels. Really appreciated this addition to my trip!

Overall a great place to drop in for a class, easy pay on MINDBODY app, mat and towel additional $8 bringing total to $8. Not bad for drop in, showers available. Be mindful of placement in hot 🥵 classes, near door you may get blasts of cold air when they open door several times during class.
Overall heat and humidity were good for these classes. Class flow was excellent
Thanks 🙏🏻

Just started from a Groupon purchase and have truly enjoyed it. The instructors are all great and each one brings a positive vibe and fantastic workout for the class. I will definitely be buying a membership from here on out.

Great place to get your Yoga/sweat on! The Summits sequence is Bikram inspired (without the physical contact or emotional berating). Seriously, I really enjoy this studio! Great teachers, no frills HOT yoga! My skin glows when I keep constant. Had to take a break during covid and they graciously extended my package! Yay! 💚

Great yoga instructors, clean studio and friendly practitioners.
The only thing is like any other yoga studios there are limited classes after Covid. I wish they had classes 7-8 am for 9-5 working people or some night classes.

My fav local yoga studio. If you are parent you can take a class while your child is taking a class aswell. I been going here for 5 years. This place deserves 5 star. If you looking to escape and need to relax the Candellit Class is a must try. Bean bags on your back...camomile, Lavender eye mask..even a blanket for added comfort....what a treat...& If getting fit fast is what needs to happen Submits practice will gets you the fastest if you can take it.☆☆☆☆☆

Always welcoming, even when late. Great atmosphere relaxing but challenging for me! I always feel like I got just what I needed. I have been to 3 different places and this place seems the most genuine to me.

Sumits yoga has three different options for their classes ($16 drop in, $99 month unlimited, and $120 10 class pack) since I do a lot of variety in my workouts I decided on a 10 class pack being more cost effective than unlimited. About 4 classes in I was told that my class pack had expired. Isn't the point of pre paying for classes so that your classrd are already paid for? So despite the fact that I had already paid for 10 classes and only used 3, I had to pay for my 4th class again at drop in rate, and now have already paid for 6 classes I can't use. I was told I could use the remaining 6 classes only if I bought another class pack. I asked why classes that I prepaid for would expire and I was told 'that's how the business makes money'. Wow. I had been going to sumits for nearly a year on a drop in basis before buying the class, and the girl at the desk also told me they had no record of me buying the class pack, or ever even being there before the class. She even apologozed and said i wasnt the only one. The instructors at sumits are really good and I have enjoyed all the classes I have taken, but I will not be back again.
