I have been working with Elliot’s nutrition coaching program and it has been great! I’ve struggled with yo-yo dieting for a long time, tried all the diets, and have only gotten a worse relationship with food. Elliot’s coaching has helped me lose weight, and improved my relationship with food. I finally feel optimistic that I can meet my goals, and I look forward to learning more from Sustainable Gains!

Elliot is a life changer!!! When I first got into lifting and needed help, nobody could have been a better coach to me then the one and only Elliot. Not only is Elliot an amazing coach that has taught me most that I know in the gym, he is an amazing friend. Elliot helps me inside and outside of the gym (physically and mentally). Ever since I started training with elliot (around 4 months ago) I have lost around 30lbs and gained more strength then i thought was possible for me. Because of Elliot i feel more confident, strong, and motivated! I love Elliot and don’t know what I would do with out my homie! 🔥 🔥

Coach Elliot is one of the BEST coaches I have trained with. He is very attentive to detail and always makes sure we do our workout routines in a safe manner. Coach Elliot is an advocate for our health and his services go beyond providing a training routine- he is always providing advice and information from us (nutrition, etc) to ensure we make progress. He is an advocate for sustainability. Coach Elliot is the BEST!

I started working out with Elliot at Sustainable Gains in Nov 2020. I used to be really intimidated by weight lifting but now I feel confident in my form and abilities. 10/10 would recommend if you want to get serious about improving yourself and your health. Elliot doesn't only train you physically but also offers nutritial training and mental training through his always positive approach to workout/nutritial hiccups.
