Excellent small and friendly gym! The rotating exercises keep it interesting. Kyle and Orion are great at 1 on 1 training as well.
They have group classes at three different times a day to accomodate everyone. And these class groups are small enough for them to pay attention each one of us while we work out. You can also use the gym by yourself as well , anytime.
They have been focused on injury prevention and nutrition as well. And have been providing work-around exercises for my injuries or sore areas and constantly giving tips on nutrition.
Kyle focusses on form and he constantly correcting it; check them out to atleast see what workouts you have been doing all wrong ;-)

Kyle has been an amazing trainer at Tactical Fitness. He's motivating, patient, and very knowledgeable about fitness. What I appreciate most is that he's completely non-judgmental and always keeps things positive. Kyle makes sure I work at my own pace and adjusts exercises when needed, but also pushes me to do just a little more when he knows I can handle it. I’m so glad I found this local gym! The group class setting is perfect, with a strong focus on functional fitness that keeps things engaging and effective. The workouts are thoughtfully designed with a rotating set of exercises, so it never gets boring and you’re always challenged in new ways.

Kyle, the owner, is absolutely amazing—super invested in the program and the community. He does a fantastic job supporting beginners while still pushing seasoned members to reach new goals. It’s a very inclusive and motivating environment.

Since joining, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my endurance and stamina, and I’m making steady progress with weight loss. Couldn’t recommend it more for anyone looking to build a consistent, well-rounded fitness routine.

I was in Chandler visiting friends and wanted to get a few workouts in while traveling. I ended up here and was not disappointed. Kyle is super friendly and knowledgeable. Great place if you're looking to get away from the commercial gyms - you're never going to show up to a bunch of kids standing around and you have to wait to use something.

I was looking for a place that offers trainer-led workouts in a local gym setting, and I’m happy that I found Tactical Fitness. Here you will have structured workouts with a wide variety of exercises so you always learn something new, but you also get the flexibility if you prefer doing your own routine. I found Tactical Fitness a few months ago by searching locations near me with the best reviews. They have not let me down!

So many fitness gyms are full of people just showing up for their "job" and it shows. Kyle has built a great culture because he cares a LOT! He is fun, always has a smile and positive attitude and knows his stuff. He is just as invested in people starting out as he is with the seasoned pros. He's had some clients for decades and that is no accident. He's a real pro.

I would highly recommend Tactical Fitness. I was lucky to find them!

You know when you walk into a big box gym at 6pm and see it packed to the gills with the cast of (insert any tv teen drama) and half your motivation leaves faster than your metabolism after 25? Tactical Fitness is the happy place opposite of that! All the equipment you truly needed to get the job done within a well lit (because progress selfies, duh) space.
& that’s not even the best part, it’s the people! Coach Kenzie is a Physical Therapy guru, teaching you the PROPER ways to stretch and an amazing & enthusiastic group instructor! Coach Kyle is the guy who LIVES fitness but never acts like THAT guy (see most trainers at said big boxes gyms above). He tailors each session to push me to reach my goals with the personalized knowledge & care to ask about any pains or limitations (or even just a crappy night of sleep). The nutritional knowledge he has taught me greatly increased my progress and he always has more for each step of the journey! (Beware though, that knowledge will make you gasp in horror looking back on previous eating habits 😂)
Kyle makes you feel like Tactical Fitness is a second home (& will remind you that you should be there often enough that it is!).
The most important thing is that he’s the absolute best at being the perfect trainer for YOU! He’s the anti TikTok coach you can truly count on and I’ll be a proud TF squad member for many more years to come!

If you are looking for a gym that has lots of shiny new equipment and a lot of people who are there more for the scenery than to workout than keep looking because Tactical Fitness isn't that gym. If you are looking for a place that is 100% focused on helping you reach your fitness goals in a relaxed, but still very professional environment, this is it.

I was a bit of a gym rat before covid, but I kinda let myself go a bit the last two years. I have only been going for a few weeks and I feel I have already made progress. I am confident that Tactical Fitness will get me back to where I was before, and maybe even a little better. I haven't been going long but this seems like a place that anyone in any age group or level of fitness could benefit from. Coach Kyle is knowledgeable, experienced, supportive, communicative, and encouraging. He is super focused on safety and getting the basics right. He'll push you, but not in a way that will get you hurt or embarrass you. I've only had one class with Kenzie so far, but she ran a great group class keeping everyone on track while being supportive, but not letting us off easy. I look forward to more group classes.

Last but not least, the pricing is really good. I've had personal trainers in the past that cost almost twice as much and Kyle is easily just as good. There's still time to get in shape for the holidays. Come on in and give them a try. You won't regret it.

Tactical fitness is my favorite gym I’ve ever been to. You can do your own thing like you would at any of the main chain gyms but without it being overcrowded. They also have workouts already planned that you can do if you would rather have some guidance. They are awesome. Anyone of every fitness level should not overlook Tactical Fitness. As others have stated, Kyle is the fitness guru and really knows his stuff in all aspects of health. He has a fun yet challenging class and an hour flies in no time. He has several classes throughout the day so it isn't a problem finding one to fit your schedule. He is always available to answer questions or help with problem areas. Kenzie is also a wonderful coach and very knowledgeable. I especially like the evening classes as they are small and personal. I have worked with Kyle since August and I can tell you right now it was the best decision I made he truly cared about my physical and mental health. He was extremely encouraging!
