We meet you where you are and help you achieve optimal health and wellness through our motivating and result driven classes. Each class is designed with you in mind. You will receive a functional full-body workout focused on strength and endurance. At the end of each class, you will feel accomplished and motivated for whatever the rest of the day has in store. This review is long overdue… The Athletic Club is SO MUCH MORE than a gym! It’s a community of support and friendship, a place where you can be inspired to push yourself in a healthy way and become your strongest, most capable self! I am lifting heavier than I ever knew I could and feel the healthiest physically and mentally that I’ve ever felt! Kaileigh has been so supportive of me on my fitness and health journey postpartum and I’m a better person and mother because of my workouts at her gym. Every single instructor is motivational and exudes positivity. You can walk in feeling tired or carrying some heavy baggage mentally and leave lighthearted, strong-bodied and ready to take on literally anything! Workouts are efficient and different every day! I’ve never once been bored or burnt out at The Athletic Club and I go about five days a week. This place is pure awesome. Try one class and you’ll be hooked, I promise.

I really love coming to this gym! All the trainers are great and help you so much with anything you need to modify! The classes are challenging in a good way because there are so many options that you can modify for your needs! Also it’s a great community where people are friendly and kind! The best gym in the valley and 10/10 recommend! Before coming here, I wasn't motivated to regularly go to challenging work out classes and this gym has been a gamechanger. I have been coming for over a year and it has impacted me massively. I look forward to early morning workouts which I never did regularly and have seen a significant improvement in my strength. The community is great and every friend that I have brought loves it as they meet you where you are. From being in the best shape, to becoming pregnant and needing to modify a ton, they meet you where you are which makes this place extra special! If you want the best workouts and different work outs every day, this is a place you have to try!

This club is friendly, effective, and supportive. The instructors give personal guidance and encourage you work at your own comfort level; however, they do challenge you to increase your strength. Every day is a different work which is great for people like me that like to workout at least 3 days per week. Ear plugs are even provided in case you are sensitive to the music! Nice touch :)

Since starting at the Athletic Club, I have lost 12lbs, increased my balance, and overall well being! I thought I could just chill in retirement; however, your body WILL start to break down. I recently started working out again after a LONG hiatus and found The Athletic Club. I'm so happy I did! Kaileigh, the owner, is amazing. So sweet and supportive. And all of the other coaches are great as well. I was nervous that l'd be unable to keep up with the workouts, but they make modifications for everything and you never feel any kind of "shame" that you aren't at the same level of fitness as other gym goers. The class sizes are small which is a huge plus.

I’ve now been going since January and have seen significant changes in my body and my strength. The workouts WORK! And are super effective and efficient. Kaileigh knows exactly what she’s doing and has put together the perfect formula. I cannot say enough good things about The Athletic Club!

I always leave TAC feeling better than I did when I showed up. The workouts target the whole body - mixing lifting and cardio. With most workouts, you get what you put in! The gym is clean and the vibes are always high. You can bet there will be great music playing, too. I love working out with Kaileigh! This place is AMAZING! It’s very welcoming and feels like home right when you walk in. The workouts are as challenging as you want to make them. They always offer modifications and they have heavy weight to add if you need more. I love that it’s a smaller, more intimate setting. It feels like personal training in a group fitness setting. You so everything from barbell work to TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, bikes, running, free weights, ladders, cardio moves, and more. It’s a clean facility and has everything you need for a great workout. Definitely check them out!!
