About the Club

The Body Lab pilates+ specializes in Lagree Fitness, the regime of choice by Hollywood’s elite, celebrated athletes and people who simply want the most kick-butt, shirt drenching and fun workout around. The 50-minute, intense total-body workout, done on the patented MegaFormer, uses slow and controlled movements with constant tension to work your slow-twitch muscle fibers to failure…yes, failure. This workout is unlike anything you’ve ever done and the results are amazing. Not only do you burn an average of 600 calories per class, but for the next 20-24 hours after class, your metabolism is increased so your body can repair the muscles. The workout is designed for all fitness levels. It’s the job of our certified trainers to make sure that

I love The Body Lab!! It was my first experience with pilates and the instructors have all been amazing. Everyone has a different style but all of them make you shake!! I like the variety of class times so I can make it work with my schedule and I love the online portal

I’ve been going to Body Lab on/off for years. They have a clean facility and are a friendly + FUN bunch! Many thanks to Adam, Megan, and Erica for their energy and motivation to push their clients to the next level. 50 minutes of death in class is then followed by a euphoric feeling of accomplishment. 😅 Thank you to studio owner Paul, who has excellent customer service skills and runs the joint behind the scenes. My all-time favorite workout. 💪💗🙋🏻‍♀️🤣🏆

Nice small studio located in Camelback Village. It's on the inside of the "village" so you can just park outside of AJ and weave your way in between the buildings behind the AJ and you'll see it.
Studio has a compact layout- the machines lined up in a single row with mirrors on one side of the wall and cubbies to put your stuff.
Instructor was welcoming for this newbie and showed me the machine (Megaformer) before class. During class she also came over to check on me. I also liked how she even made sure I was doing the right form/ posture and gave me tips, etc. She really paid attention to each and every student, and she gave modifications customized to each student.
I enjoyed the music choice too that she picked.
Really, it doesn't seem like a machine could make you so tired from just "stretching" on it but within just the first few minutes in class my ab was already burning from the core work we were doing. Leg work was pretty hard too- especially when you have to stand up and balance on both legs on two parts of the machine.
Class was good. :)
