Don’t come to this Gym if you want boring workouts with slow results. This gym is special with amazing coaches who motivate and push you through dynamic, well planned HIIT classes. I have been a member of this gym for over 2 years now . It has been a great experience. It’s a great place to challenge yourself but the coaches also do a great job of modifying the exercises to accommodate injury or limitations . Though I do exercise in other ways , the camp is my “ go to “ for working out . I highly recommend!!

I started off as by getting a membership instead of the 6 week program because I wanted to be committed on the long run. Honestly it's the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. My clothes fit better my confidence is up I feel so good about myself its amazing. I also like that they take covid precautions serious by taking temperature and making sure everything is wiped down in between classes. This is the first gym that actually encourages me to continue coming back. Also the staff and trainers are amazing and will answer any questions or concerns.

I did not want to go to this place but the wife insisted. You know, happy wife, happy life. It was the best thing. First month I started, I lost 14 pounds and started feeling better. I did
the 6 week challenge to lose 20 pounds and ended up losing 33 pounds more. I could not have done this without the great staff that encourages us and holds us accountable. The workouts are great and the nutrition lessons they teach are awesome. It is a community of people who have goals and we help others to achieve them. If you have goals to transform for health and well being, the Camp Mid-Phoenix is the place to be!

Truly a transforming experience. First time participating in The Camp challenge. A welcoming, non-judgmental community that empowers their members. Trainers, staff are motivating yet push you to challenge yourself. Fellow challengers are supportive. Being a healthcare worker and given the pandemic, I've been very particular about where I choose to spend my time. The Camp Transformation Center- Mid Phoenix follows CDC protocol and is an environment in which I feel safe and I know has my safety in mind.

Best gym In Phoenix by far!! Let’s start with the fact that this place is so clean you could literally eat off the floor. Not only do they enforce all Covid mandated guidelines But they go above and beyond to keep all of Their members safe! There is definitely the atmosphere of family here the staff, the trainers and the members are all so nice and helpful. No matter your age or your fitness level this is the place to be! The trainers are so in tune with all of their members. They know each individual’s abilities or any physical limitations that they may have and provide the proper modifications or extra incentive that each individual needs - I dare you to find that type of caring and attention with any main stream gym . If your looking for a serious work out With dedicated, caring trainers, staff and like-minded members I definitely suggest you give THE CAMP a try.. You won’t regret it!

I love this place. It is so awesome the way the trainers and all of the staff help and push you to believe in yourself and that you can do it. I have been struggling for so long with my weight and I always give up on myself but at the camp I am realizing that I can do it.
If you are looking for a place with staff and even other members that think positively than look no further because this place is great. Right now with covid they are doing everything they can to insure all of our safety and we as members clean each station as we go.

The gym is a fun place and the trainers and employees are caring and supportive. It's a healthy environment and they are constantly having us cleaning our space that they already cleaned for our protection. It drives me crazy people constantly complaining about Covid issues when the one thing that fights Covid is our immunity system and that's what working out helps us do. It's hard for some of us to even get the motivation to go the gym and make that step to fight obesity, strengthen our immunity and help our self esteem. The trainers in the gym give us that motivation.

This facility was going above and beyond when Covid first hit. Communicating with its members almost daily on changes and upgrades and this has continued throughout.
My personal experience along with my fiancé’s has been AMAZING! When we were not able to come back right away due to some health issues they worked with us and continue to reach out and be as amazing as they were when we first walked in the door!
Keep it up guys & I hope each and every member does their part to post reviews, give feedback and help this place to grow!
There are many camps but NONE like this one! Miss you guys and hope to be back soon!

This is the best place i have ever worked out.. I have struggled with weight my whole life going from one BS gym to another. This place really cares about you. All the trainers and staff know you. It feels like family.. We sanitize before after and during workouts. We wear masks. Social distance and check temperatures prior to starting class. We book our classes on the mind body app which allows only a certain number of ppl per class to ensure social distancing!!! Try this place out it will change your life...

I would recommend The Camp if anyone is willing to put forth the effort in wanting to lose weight. I am a former figure competitor. I competed in my first show in March of 2010 at the age of 43! I competed in several shows over the next 5 years or so, placing anywhere from 1st to 6th, and beyond. I've trained with a variety of trainers with a variety of training styles, as well as training on my own. I've done different diets including macro counting. Over the past few years, but particularly the last year-ish, I couldn't stay consistent on a meal plan...and while I was usually pretty great about being consistent in my workouts, I realized the phrase "you can't out train a bad diet" rang very true for me. I started putting on more body fat than I'd ever had before, and while I've never tipped the scales more than the high 120's except for being pregnant, I usually considered myself "fat". But as my body fat percentage increased, my desire to work out was decreasing. I felt like I was just spinning my wheels and getting nowhere. My last show was in Sept of 2018. It was a small show, but I wasn't happy with how I came in. I hadn't competed in 4 years, and had higher expectations for myself. But as I started NOT enjoying my workouts, I knew I needed to do SOMETHING to jumpstart my routine...something where I could see and feel measurable progress. Something that was fun and easy to follow. Something to get me motivated again...then I discovered The Camp Transformation Center. I sat down with Oz, learned about the challenge and figured I didn't have much to lose. I fully intended to successfully complete the 5% BF Hard Body challenge, get my money back, and be on my way...but something happened...the workouts were fun, the trainers were creative, the camaraderie and support was infectious! At the half way weigh in, I had dropped 4.6% BF!! At that point, I decided that I was gonna roll the money over to a 2nd challenge if I, in fact, hit that 5% goal, which was pretty evident I would! I now had a NEW goal for myself...get my BF down to where it was comfortable for ME. Where I could think about maybe competing again, or at the very least, feel comfortable in my own skin! I've really enjoyed the last 6 weeks (except burpees and battle ropes!!! Damn BURPEES EVERY. SINGLE. CLASS!!! It must be a requirement to be a trainer!! 😂🤣) Jim is my favorite...i love the style of his classes, but Nadi, JinHee, and Nicole all bring a certain element and energy to their classes that make mixing things up a nice, fun change!
I would recommend this program to anyone...no matter your fitness level or fitness goals. There's something for everyone here...modifications for every workout for the beginners, to aspects to make things more challenging for the more advanced...no judgment and lots of fun and support!! Thank you, Jim, Oz, JinHee, Nadi, Nicole, Dave (the best drink mixer!), and everyone at The Camp Mid Phoenix!!! Ready to start another challenge in a week!!!

This place is AMAZING! Step by step in every aspect of the weight loss journey so there is no guessing involved. This was always a difficult concept for me.

The front desk staff is kind and knowledgeable. They have personal experience of going through the program and the challenges that lay ahead. I was unsure about the free part but once I stopped by and found out it was no joke I signed up. It's not an easy task losing 20# in 6 weeks and I know for some it's very difficult. You have to ask yourself why did you even walk in the door... there was a reason. If you want something bad enough you will do what ever is necessary to get it. The workouts were not easy buy that was to be expected, but the music, the atmosphere, and the constant positive push from staff was absolutely amazing. So if you are ready for a change then check them out and get ready for an adventure POWER TO CHANGE!

So the place has allowed me to have fun with a certain type of exercise where in that past I have not and cause me to stop however this place has created an environment where i keep coming back! Ive a visual and on paper difference away where I seen the weight loss. I've also been able to work on a diet that place has helped me create that is loud me to cut fat and gain muscle which is one of the hardest things to do! While cutting fat I've also increased and all of my numbers and all areas but my bench press my squats I deadlift have still gone up in this huge cut

Just another sales tactic.
Just be aware, if you don’t lose 5% body fat. You don’t get your money back, you could follow the diet plan, do double workouts, play sports and still not lose weight. Your body is different and so is everyone else’s. Plus let’s consider how unhealthy it can be to drop 20+ pounds in one month. Unsustainable, not impossible but your body would not maintain

At the end of the challenge, if you don’t lose the weight. You get pulled into a grimy sales tactic.

The Camp Really works. It has great and friendly trainers and staff. I was pretty hesitant at first because I have a lot of medical issues. Not only that, but I was a bigger guy whose been out of shape for a while because them. The people at The Camp welcomed me, the trainers and staff, made me feel comfortable, like an actual person unlike other places I've tried. They have been able to make the modifications to the workouts so I can still strengthen and work on my injured areas. After 35 days of very hard, fun, yet rewarding work, there has been a noticeable change. I would highly recommend checking this place out...and this coming from someone who wasn't fit and could barely do anything physical.

This is not your typical gym. The Camp Mid Phoenix is a place to call home. The staff genuinely cares about you. They take pride in your progress, and cheer you on every step of the way. Your transformation is just as important to them as it is to you.

The Camp Transformation Center in Mid Phoenix is the best model I know of for achieving results in weight-loss and fitness. Unlike most fitness chains, where people pay money every month but may or may not consistently exercise, at the Camp, participants can join challenges and actually have money on the line that they can win back if they meet their fitness goal (competition leads to results). The Camp is also very relational (everyone gets a name-tag every time they come in, consistent Facebook check ins are required for challengers, and people end up working out in small groups), and with relationships come accountability. There have been several times in which I decided to come in because so-and-so is expecting me to be there. The trainers are talented and very good at motivating participants. This place is highly recommended.

The Camp Transformation Center has done exactly what it's says, a place where I have been transformed. I need something. I found everything I needed and more. I am 40yr old struggling with weight and fitness my entire life. Diagnosed with diabetes 11 years ago and unable to control it with medicine any longer. I looked at my husband and my kids and knew I wanted to get healthy to enjoy life with them. I’m a teacher and off for 8 weeks in the summer. The 6week challenge started at he right time and is ending the day before my birthday. I had no excuses. I’m in week 4 and I feel amazing. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the camp... I never know what to do at the gym and get intimidated..but the moment i walked into the Camp i knew i found what i have been looking for.. I finally feel like I can do this! I can reach my goals!!! I cant say enough about the staff!! Shannon Farber..WOW! Her personal journey in health made me feel like i can do this!
