They will auto renew you after the trial three months without contacting you. Make sure to cancel in person or they will keep charging you without a courtesy call.

The cleanliness is a serious issue in the womenβs bathroom which Iβve mentioned to the staff several times, especially regarding the showers.
There was a used dirty Band-Aid in the first shower which I was using on the left on the pull out seat for over six weeks!!!
It was very obvious to see that no one cleaned that shower for six weeks!!!
There were some long black hairs in the other shower, which I slid underneath the mat just to see if anyone pulled it up to clean.
I went back a twice in two weeks , and the hairs are still under the shower mat which means no oneβs cleaned it in two weeks!!!
Iβve mentioned these to the staff and manager, and rather than fix the problem, they told me that since I was dissatisfied with their fitness center that I was no longer allowed to come there!!!
I like the owner Linda so much. I feel sad that I have to write this terrible review but her managers have treated me horribly And possibly never told Linda what was happening that theyβre cleaning person was never cleaning in the bathrooms
This is an obvious health concern
That I should have reported to the health department and maybe I still will.

This gym is conveniently located near my home. The plus is that it has a sauna. Every morning when I come in, I turn it on so that It can be hot after I workout. The other ladies who uses the sauna turns it off after they use it which is frustrating because after my workout I have to wait for it to get hot again.
This morning, I asked the young lady at the front desk if she could have a sign asking them to leave it on and she said, no. There has to be something that can be done about this. I suggested a sign asking them to leave it on unless itβs a worker and that was rejected as well.
I am paying extra to use to the sauna. This should really not be a problem.

Good staff, mostly. The only gym in town with strongman equipment, including a yoke, 2 logs, atlas stones, stone platforms, circus dumbbells, wagon wheels, etc. It is outside by the pool.

The owner of this gym spoke in a rude and aggressive tone to my dance partners and I. We have going to this gym for at least more than a month and we have not had a problem until today. As an owner, his tone was not professional. This situation could have been taken in a professional way but chose not to and raised his voice. He disturbed us in the middle of practice and argued with us that we were not able to use the stereo due to the fact that we would have broken it. When we first began practicing we were told we could use it but to not touch the nobs that it has written on paper right on the stereo and we listened. The owner told us we had to bring our own stereo but we were never informed this. My dance partners and I will no longer attend the gym and will find a new one. I hope you guys take situations like these more professional next time.

We K.Ocrew dance team in Yuma, We have been using the dance studio for more than a month we had no issues up till now, today the owner of the gym, walks in on us in the middle of our dance practice, and begins to go off at us, in a very rude and aggressive tone, not to mention the rise in his voice was super unnecessary.
We felt very threatened, and we believe this situation could have been handled professionally.
We are not childern and do not deserve to be spoken to this way.
Because of this incident, we will no longer be clients to this gym, and we have no choice but to look elsewhere.

The owner rudely spoke to my team and I about a situation that could have been handled differently. He came inside while we were practicing and claimed while RAISING his voice that the stereo we were using was only for trainers to use, which we were never told. Every time we were there to practice the staff was friendly and never told us anything. The stereo is there, it has instructions, and the trainers usually set it up so there was no way we could brake such expensive material since he also claimed that we could have broke it. It is 3:59 pm we could have still been practicing but we felt threatened and left. It's amazing how if we want to complain it has to be to that owner. Staff I love you but your boss is not professional.

I've been to probably 40-50 gyms over the years for work and travel . . . This is by far the most diverse gym with the greatest variety of equipment! I was very impressed and absolutely loved it. I only wish I had this gym in my home town when I'm not traveling! Thanks Angel for your friendly and helpful service! Definitely recommend!

Called up a few weeks ago when I moved to Yuma, asked if I could get a tour & a pass. I was told they don't do that, but call back in a month or two, or "just" join for $50+ & $21 fee for ONE month. Ok, so if I give them over $70 & I go there ONCE & don't like it (A lot of VERY OLD PEOPLE in Yuma), I'm SOL? I checked website again, you can bring a friend on a Friday in June for "free". I called & was told if I didn't know someone (HELLO- JUST moved here!) , I would have to pay $11 to come in, while others come in for free? WTF? (Would give a ZERO, but couldn't post this unless I selected 1 star)

I did the one day free pass to see if it is worth the membership. Currently undecided. Loved that each room is separate. Especially the womens only workout room. Sauna in each bathroom is pretty cool. Some machines were pretty worn which is what im debating. Prices about the same as everywhere else.

Switched gyms not too long ago to this one and to be brief, I was impressed the first day trying it out. Welcoming staff, overall neat environment, wide-range of machines and free weights up to 125lbs to utilize had me sold. Outside area had a pool and workout area as well which was cool. Looking forward to trying out the sauna, too. Seems like there are some cool new changes coming along, can't wait to see what they add in the future here. 5/5.

Great Gym, great atmosphere, with the ability to Train poolside at their many squat Racks! Also offers a variety of classes including Kickboxing/Zumba etc... Going through a renovation at the moment and in the process of obtaining new and improved Equipment/Attachments. Staff is nice but the Shake Bar is even betterπ₯€π€©

Terrible staff. Broken treadmills with no signs(rest in peace for my knees) and ita been 5 years since they've put money back into the gym. Besides some stupid self propelled running thing that nobody uses it. If you want to be stared at and made to feel unwelcome, go to world gym yuma!

If you are about to join this gym - DONβT DO IT.
I just moved to yuma so I was looking for a good gym. Bastards from this gym didnβt let me have a tour, they want 11 dollars for an entrance. When I took a quick look (standing 15 feet from reception) the guy was shouting that he canβt let me in. He guarded this like a some kind of prison. Ridiculous situation. I got a free week pass in another gym which is nearby (they also have better equipment and atmosphere).

This has been my home gym for the past 5 years. I am one of those people who gets bored easily and has had a habit of working out for a while and then dropping out for a while. Since I joined World Gym in Yuma, I am happy to say that I have been able to be consistent and feel great about my physical health. They offer a great variety of classes and have loads of equipment to keep me interested and busy. The staff are always helpful and very friendly.
