So glad I found this gym. It fits my busy life perfectly as itβs only 20 minutes per workout, trust me you wonβt want to do any longer than that as your body will be on fire!
Iβve completed 11 sessions so far & already can feel the strength Iβm gaining as well as muscle growth. The trainers are all friendly and great to work with too. Iβm on the One-On-One plan so I get a personalized workout tailored to what body part I want to focus on the most. Iβve also changed my diet to increase my protein intake per their guidance so that I see optimal muscle growth from my gym sessions.

Have been working out here since late August and I am so pleased with my results! Losing inches and gaining strength! Mike and Tavia are fantastic and always supportive so I can do even more. Truly only 20min twice a week and the machines learn me and adjust intensity over time thru retesting as I continue to improve. I started from a base of no activity at all and already everything in my life is easier bc I have more strength and stamina. Plus, I don't feel overwhelmed or self conscious like I have at other gyms. Low stress/low pressure and it is truly affordable! Can't beat constant individual coaching! There are group options if u prefer, but even those are still reasonable in size!
