Dwight and his coaches are great! This place changed the way I see strength training. I feel challenged, even after 6 months, and enjoy the variety of exercises. I love the bit of gamification, real-time data/feedback, 20 minute sessions and ability to book via an app. I also love that it isn't a crowded gym since an appointment is required. And being able to have trial sessions before I committed made it an easy decision.

I love the whole body workout in only 20 minutes! I like how the computers keep track of my previous workouts and show me where I’m improving. Most of all, I like the staff and appreciate their knowledge and constant encouragement that helps keep me on track towards my goals.

I always enjoy my time at the exercise coach. I have been going for about 3 months twice a week. What a difference it has made in my life!
All the coaches are so helpful and attentive during your very intense 20 minute workout.
I highly recommend this location in particular. Plenty of parking, easy access and a clean and relaxing environment.

For someone new to working out with weights, I love the machines are set for you to make sure you use correct form and don't over do it. I can feel that I have worked out but I'm not so sore that I'm not ready for the next session. That has not been my experience in the past. Is been a little over a month and I'm already seeing results.

I have already recommended this studio to several people. It’s the perfect solution for people who are busy, don’t like the gym, and/or need the accountability factor of having a set appointment. We all need to exercise and the workout is customized to me, my pace of growth/abilities (there’s no overdoing it and causing injury is very compelling. I have a trainer that sets what I do which alleviates me from having to think about anything but show up do the workout and go. 20 minutes 2-3 times a week! Easy Peasy!

Although I’ve been regularly coming to The Exercise Coach since restrictions from the COVID-19 quarantine lifted, this challenge was just what I needed. It helped me not only reset my metabolism, but my attitude and motivation. It’s been really easy to let fear and complacency set in during this pandemic, but The Exercise Coach has remained a bright light for me.
The workouts are challenging and inspire confidence and the staff of Coaches is so positive and encouraging that it helps me rise to the challenge and push myself further each time I come in. I can see how much strength I’m building and knowing that I can fit the sessions into my schedule helps me stay committed. As challenging as the sessions are, I know I can get through them.
The 30-day Metabolic Comeback Challenge period really gave me the motivation to pick up and plug into the nutrition plan. Changing some big blocks in my diet really helped me move the scale down and that has been a struggle for years. Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this challenge and get focused.

The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I have worked with both Marcos and Dwight and absolutely love them both! I am almost 60 yrs old and was a little skeptical that this program would work for me, but I am seeing amazing results after just 3 weeks. My strength is definitely improving and I have more energy and am sleeping much better; weight is coming off too. So glad I gave this a try!!

I’ve been waiting for a month to post this review since joining and I’m so excited to share my results with everyone who reads this. I joined The Exercise Coach at the very beginning of October. Dwight had an amazing presentation that he put together and then two free workouts to check everything out. Dwight does not engage in typical sale tactics and I didn’t feel any pressure to join, though I knew by joining, this gym would help make a difference. I also joined right in time to participate in the Metabolic reset challenge which focused on healthy eating and working out. You receive a free book by signing up and there’s a lot of helpful information that you don’t find just by using google. I worked out throughout the month of October with Dwight and Marcos and again, I can’t say enough about my experience. They’re both knowledgeable guys with a very laid back personality. I enjoy getting to workout with either one of them. After a month, I’ve dropped an additional 20 pounds, lost body fat, gained muscle mass, and increased my strength. This was not just typical water weight loss either. I’ve been working out and eating healthy on my own since August so that water weight was long gone and I had plateaued. The exercise coach helped me past that plateau and lose a significant amount of weight in just my first month. I’m already looking forward to what I’ll end up losing this month. This has turned into a longer post than intended so if you made it this far, congratulations. Put your phone down, shoes on, and go check out the exercise coach. I PROMISE you won’t regret it!

This is a very comfortable place to work out. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. It is a small atmosphere, not over crowded and the equipment is clean and not at all overwelming! I would highly recommend this location :)

Exercise Coach is perfect for busy people who place a high value on time. The training methods are super efficient and my coach works hard to help me achieve my goals. The machine learning aspect is brilliant in that it recognizes that I am getting stronger and makes the necessary adjustments. From a time value of money standpoint, it doesn't get better.
