I love the trainers especially Mar! This is a great option for people who need guidance and accountability like me. I find exercise to be intimidating and I'm easily embarrassed so the small private nature of TEC is great. I don't feel judged. I'm always competing with my last personal best rather than other people which is motivating for me. I feel encouraged always to do my best and I don't feel like a failure if I had an off day. Jake is a new trainer and bringing so much fun to the atmosphere.
At 2x a week and about 7 months in I'm seeing and feeling changes that I'm proud of. I like the focus on strength, and the machines add a sense of gamification that's fun for a nerd like me (real time performance feedback). Grateful for TEC Camelback π

My husband and I started going to the Exercise Coach two times per week, in November 2024. We were both recovering from different health issues and wanted a personal training opportunity without having to join a health club. Our experience at the Camelback location on 16th Street has been fantastic. After our 25 minute workout, which we put 100% effort into, we walk out with trembling muscles and feeling great. Overall we both feel our strength improving, and our ability to hike and bike outside, enhanced. Itβs easy to commit to 2, 25 Minute sessions per week to improve our physical condition.

The Exercise Coach was recommended by a doctor friend. I'm glad that I followed up. Almost three years now, TEC has helped me improve in body composition, strength, and stamina. Also, the training assisted in my recovery from knee surgery and a heart proceedure. The training is adapted to your personal situation. I like the fact that I can get in, then out quickly knowing that I had a good solid workout. This is great for a busy 73 year old like myself, or anyone at any age. Go for it.

I love The Exercise Coach. Scientifically researched and programmed equipment with one-on-one support and encouragement. You get the maximum effectiveness with the minimum time, 20 minutes twice a week. The coaches at the Camelback East Village location are amazing. Each coach I have worked with is very knowledgeable about physical fitness and strength training. They are kind, supportive, and personable, while keeping me motivated and helping me to maximize my workout. I highly recommend this gym.

Here's what caught my attention....the promise of results with 2-20-minute sessions a week. Even I, struggling to regularly and correctly complete exercise, could commit to THAT schedule and I did!
The facility is clean, parking is convenient and the state-of-the-art equipment I use is very interesting. The training sessions are by no means a cakewalk but the sessions progresses quickly and I love having a personal trainer guiding me and correcting my form. It's been a great experience so far and I see and feel the results...definition is noticeable, my energy level is good and I feel stronger. I am in my 70s and have osteopenia condition. and I believe this training will help me...possibly keep me from tipping over into osteoporosis. I look forward to my next DEXA scan to see how much my bone density will have improved.

Results in first few weeks are amazing. Down 10lbs. I love the coaches who inspire me to be my best version with tips on eating, mental health and overall wellness. My hubby had a massive heart attack at age 48 and this experience was eye opening to realize your health is your wealth. This program and the energy of the staff is simply amazing. The coaches are literally saving our lives. My husband and I are down 40 lbs combined in 4 weeks and I have never felt stronger. I love how funny and personable each coach is once you get to know them. Their dedication and inspiration is more than I can ever thank them for changing my family tree. The kids are learning from us on how to make better choices, schedule time for meditation, journal and get thst work out in. The intensity is not too bad and feels like a deep massage but the results are amazing.
Tips: Donβt enter off 16th street. There is parking right in front of doors under the garage. Itβs such a quaint and chill vibe. You can even work out on semi professional clothing if you didnβt have time to change since I barely break a sweat but my heart can feel it. And the sleep is so good after a session.
