I love the one on one training in a small setting. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly as they push you to make progress. Your progress is tracked and you can see yourself making progress and getting stronger. I look forward to going to the gym each week.

It has a great location, knowledgeable and friendly staff. We always feel comfortable when training there. Our training routines get switched every few weeks so it doesn't get boring.The staff keep the studio very clean and stay on top of wiping all the equipment down after every use. The owner Bill is great. Highly recommended.

Coming into my initial appointment i was skeptical. Months later I was going 3 x a week. Bill and Brandon have been fantastic, encouraging, extremely knowledgeable about how to work specific muscles. They actually changed my life. I have recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I took 2 hard walks and shoukd have broken bones. I credit exercise coach for saving me as my increased muscle mass and strength protected me! I have gone from doubting i would join to knowing I will never stop.

Reasons why I like and enjoy The Exercise Coach: I like the fact that there are never hoards of people, but just a couple. I like the personalization of the program for my own needs and issues. The trainers are very good and caring. I like the fact that a record is kept of my progress and that periodic evaluations are done. I like the machines that track what I did in the past and am doing now. I also have liked the dietary program and food suggestions and recipes, including DexaScan to evaluate body composition.

The vibe at this studio is positive, uplifting and congenial. It begins at the top with management respect and support of each employee. There is an atmosphere of support between all the trainers and that all results in a rigorous and effective exercise session for me which is what I like the most. I like the information sheets re the program available to review and healthy recipes for me to take home and try. I like the overall cleanliness and ongoing disinfection of the equipment. The staff!! Each Coach I've worked with since joining is able to bring new information into the workouts to address my specific concerns and/or limitations. Their experience and knowledge base is impressive. They are professionals but also bring a level of fun appropriate for their clients. Also the studio is super clean. I look forward to my work outs - it's the only exercise I've been able to do consistently for the past 4 years. I've increased strength, stamina, balance and flexibility.

I have very much enjoyed Bill Cherry and the team. They are all extremely client oriented. I feel much better since I started strength training. It is taking me awhile to build strength and the team (Bill, Aaron, and Brendan) are excellent listeners. They have adjusted routines to work around strains and aches while I get into shape. I hate exercise and have never been successful at large gyms. This place is small, the trainers really care about you and don't push you beyond your limits. I also love that it is only 20 minutes 2 times a week. I look forward to my sessions, my body has changed, and have stuck with this for almost 2 years. I highly recommend it.

Skeptical at first that 20 minutes, twice a week would be worth it for exercise, The Exercise Coach proved me wrong. Love the private studio and the ultra high tech equipment. This workout is the best for getting in top shape for busy people. If you like to spend hours in the gym, this is not the work out for you. If you want to get in the best shape of your life in 30 minutes twice a week, this is the place. And I am not kidding, it truly is just 30 minutes twice a week. You will be amazed. I was.

The overview and description of the process is great. Going through the assessments was fantastic and Bill really explained what we were trying to achieve and why. I found the equipment and the metrics that are shown in real time to be phenomenal and like new place else I’ve ever seen. It’s really a great facility to get a quick high intensity low duration workout and know that you’ve achieved your very best within 20 minutes.
