She works with what you're capable of and helps you level up without making it feel impossible. Bree is the best!! To be honest, I do not love to exercise but she does an amazing job of makes a workout fun with her upbeat personality. She's so knowledgeable about not only fitness but nutrition and specialized supplements. I like that even though she knows so much about these things she talks with you not at you. I am more than happy to share my experience working with Bree, my husband and I have worked with her for one year both in improving our fitness and diets. She has made a true difference in our lives, we feel like we were meant to find her.
Among the many changes we made were adding high quality nutritional “remedies” to our regime. I have always been weary of supplements, are they quality, are they effective or are they just marketing? Bree has a deep and robust knowledge of products that are effective, pure and trustworthy like no one I have ever met. I have lived with IBS my entire life managing it the best I could but suffering from frequent flare-ups. She created a regime of products for me that well, there is no other way to put it, changed my life. Within about ten days of taking them the various symptoms I suffer with just stopped. Like I suddenly don’t have the condition any longer. My husband has also seen real benefit from the remedies he is taking. No matter what question we have in regard to nutrition she has the answer. What a resource!

Ive just finished my first 10 sessions with Bree and can genuinely say— wow, I feel like I’m finally headed in the right direction!!!

I've been training with Bree for about 5 months. Exercise is not my jam. She deals with and playfully teases my moaning, groaning, eye rolls, and sarcastic remarks. I call our time together torture and usually leave dazed, but I am sore for days, which is a good thing, or at least that's what she likes to tell me lol. All joking aside, she's very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. I have a bad knee, and she accommodates for that when it's really bothering me or something is too hard on it. She has also helped me with good stretching techniques for at home when my back, shoulders, and hips are tight and hurt from standing all day at work. It's also nice to find someone who is knowledgeable and not preachy or judgy while I navigate my fitness journey my way. I like that she is flexible and accommodating with my schedule. She holds me accountable, which I need, and doesn't let me slack too much when I try to as much as possible. I also appreciate her post workout texts of encouragement and to see if I survived. 🩷

Bree has proven to be very knowledgeable in both nutrition and exercise. She has made a difference in my workouts with tubing and band training. She always shows me new techniques and exercises that keep my workouts interesting and new.
