The Pilates Station has consistently provided me great conditioning and strengthening classes over several years. The owner and staff are very caring and know their stuff. It’s an enjoyable, supportive place for working out and provides individualized help with recovering from injuries, surgery and whatever life brings up. Most recently I have been recovering from surgery and found great benefits from taking individual sessions to focus on regaining function and strength. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

My wife and I can't say enough wonderful things about The Pilates Station! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. The studio is well designed, creating a serene space perfect for focusing on movement and mindfulness.
The instructors here are nothing short of exceptional. Each one brings a wealth of knowledge, not only in Pilates but also in physical therapy. Their backgrounds allow them to tailor classes to meet individual needs, which is a huge advantage for anyone preparing for or recovering from surgery. We felt strongly supported as they provided thoughtful modifications and guidance throughout each session.
The sense of community is palpable; everyone is encouraging and invested in each other's progress, making every class enjoyable and motivating. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting your Pilates journey, The Pilates Station is the place to be. We can’t recommend it highly enough for its excellent instructors, wonderful atmosphere, and thoughtful approach to fitness and recovery!

The instructors at Pilates Station keep current on new, innovative practices. As a nurse, Isma, the owner brings an understanding of physiology to her instruction and finetunes exercises for individuals accordingly. Elaine, a former gymnast with extensive experience working with a diverse clientele on health and fitness, is a hard charger. She challenges us to push ourselves (e.g., with lessons based on NFL pilates exercises!), and movements that seemed impossible weeks ago become part of our standard repertoire.

Pilates has become my new favorite activity. The facility is well laid out, clean and organized .The staff and owner provide support, encouragement and great care to their clients. The energy is in the studio is positive. Booking sessions is convenient and the staff is very accommodating.

Great place! I was one of the youngest people in the class however my back was so bad I was willing to try anything after 6 weeks 2x per week I feel amazing recommend this place for anyone looking for low impact stress free exercise

Connie and her team of trainers are absolutely amazing! I have been doing Mat pilates for years, but have always been curious about machine pilates and some one-on-one instruction. I decided to check out Connie's studio at the recommendation of a close friend and in the short time that I've been doing weekly sessions I have already noticed a huge improvement to my overall health, strength, balance, stamina, etc. It has not only helped me in my overall health and fitness, but in fitness related activities (i.e. cycling, yoga, bootcamp, etc...) and also in everyday life. Adding these pilates sessions has made a significant difference in my overall fitness objectives! Plus, Connie and her team care about their clients and are patient and non-judgmental; yet they push their clientele...but not too far to the risk of injury! Highly recommend Connie and her team of skilled trainers!
