Excellent experience. Like walking in a time capsule. A serious gym for serious lifters. Not a sanitized experience, just raw lifting.
Thanks to Allen and Howard, gym-goers here for 40+ years for sharing some of its history with me and Jen.
All the essential lifting stations are here. They also gave have rare bars you wonβt find at a non-powerlifting gym, a reverse hyper, and a few tires and balls outside for Strongman lifting.
Lots of culture and character here. $3 drop-in rate.

Hardcore strength training facility. Learn from the best to be your best. A lot of history was made here and I am proud to call the friends I met there brothers, Thor Brother's. I have taken what I learned there and shared it with those that wanted to be strong and the results speak for themselves, the science of the training is proven highly effective. The camaraderie was awesome and it has been one of the highlights of my life to have trained there and to have competed as a member of the team.

Talk about a real hole in the wall gem. Then here it is. Definitely worth the stop in, the work out, and also the membership once I move to AZ.

Every person that I have ever taken to this gym said it was the coolest gym they'd ever been to. This gym is hardcore! It's like getting into a time machine back to the 1970s.

A classic weightlifting club! It is like working out in a museum! All the equipment you need is here and it has machines and workout tools you didn't know existed! I love this place! It's fantastic.

This is the place to be. Old school lifting at its best. Small but more efficient than most large fitness centers.
