I visited TNT Fitness today and met with the owner, Frank. I recently had a shoulder surgery and was interested in red light therapy, cold plunge, and sauna. I received ridiculously great one-on-one service from Frank and immediately felt comfortable. The facility is modest from the outside, but it set up amazingly on the inside, and I love that everything was super clean! The pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend TNT :)

They have everything that you could want there. They also have an anesthetician a physical therapist and a natural pathic doctor on staff. Plus they have personal training. Gym is well maintained clean atmosphere and everybody is very friendly.

I've been training at TNT Fitness for over a year now. The owner Frank is very friendly and introduces you to every client. He also makes a point to greet & say goodbye to every client. TNT Fitness has a good selection of fitness equipment. I highly recommend TNT Fitness!

What a fantastic gym with attentive owner. If you're looking to learn about fitness this is a great place to start! I started coming here about 3 or 4 years ago and looking back boy have I come a long way. Frank the owner works one on one with each person to tailor a fitness routine that works for you. I really like the fact that he goes over all aspects of health not just what happens in the gym. For total overall health and fitness you really should check this place out.
