Pretty good place, id say the best in tucson so far. Amazing environment and you see serious results if you're committed. Would definitely recommend.

I've been there for over 2 years and love it. The trainers are excellent and encouraging and everyone is friendly. I tried traditional gyms before but never stuck to it. I like that the workouts are different everyday with a few workouts that repeat every few months so we know how we are doing.
For new people it is helpful that there are different levels of classes. You can choose any class you want to attend. The way I did it was that I started out in boot camp class for about one year until I was in better shape then I started mixing in kettlebell class and now I'm doing more crossfit, although I still jump around a lot to get a mix of everything. Boot camp is very cardio centric but you do build strength there too. Kettlebell and crossfit have cardio but they are building your strength more.
As for my results: I went from not being able to do any pull ups to being able to do 5-6 in a row without any help now. I can now climb the 15 foot rope. My cardio is much much better. I have lost many inches off my waist and almost have a six pack (one day it will happen as I can start to see the lines!). And I can see muscle that I never used to have before (chest, back, shoulders, legs, etc) as I never really worked out with weights before this, at least not consistently enough to build muscle.
I would recommend to anyone.

Secret meetings And secret prices?(!)
Ron, my name is clearly listed. All I wanted was info on a kettlebell training routine regimen. (I had to communicate with the manager this way, since neither he nor any of the physical trainers were available, and UNABLE to call me back.)

Dont return calls. Ive left several messages over the last 3 weeks to get more information about their program. Each time I did not receive a follow up call. If they manage their business like they're ability to follow up on potential leads then its worth taking your business elsewhere.

Great instructors and top of the line equipment. I was in Tucson for 2 weeks from TX and needed a box to maintain my routine. The group at SWAT helped me improve my numbers and continue to develop better CF techniques. This is a very well run outfit and I would highly recomend this facility to those looking for expert training.
