I've gone before for Hannah's class and she kicked my butt in the best way! I forgot to write a review so I'm doing it for my most recent class as well.
My husband and I went this weekend and attended McKinseys class. It was the perfect amount of hard but the instructor explained it perfectly so we got to just concentrate on our form. Will definitely be going back!

Tricore is amazing. Been going here for years and I never get bored. I recently had a baby and Brooke did private training sessions with me all throughout my pregnancy which helped me so much with my birth and postpartum. That combined with their endurance and Fire classes that they can give modifications for made it so I was able to take a hike the day I gave birth! All the instructors are great, and you never get the same workout twice. It’s fantastic. You should definitely give it a try.

TriCore is truly AMAZING! The community is incredibly welcoming, and the instructors know how to push you. I’ve taken around 30 classes, and after each one, I find myself saying, “that was my favorite class yet.” The class variety is great too, there is always something new to try, which keeps things exciting and fun.

After years of searching for the perfect fitness routine, I finally found my sanctuary at Simply Pilates. I wanted to give myself some time before writing this review to fully experience the classes and teachers, and I have to say, joining this gym was the best decision I've made for myself. The gym is clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and they offer a variety of classes. My review focuses on Simply Pilates because that's what I primarily do there.

I love attending my morning classes. Each class features different teachers, each with their unique techniques and styles. This variety ensures that you're getting a full-body workout throughout the week, and it's always different. I thoroughly enjoy McKinsey's and Steve's classes, they are probably my two favorite Pilates instructors. McKinsey's classes on Fridays really whoop your butt, and Steve's classes on Wednesdays are just as challenging. He interacts with us by providing clear instructions and enthusiastic encouragement, making the workout both challenging and fun. McKinsey is such a ball of sunshine and happiness, and her playlists always crack me up. Steve always has something to say about her playlist, and their playful banter is cute and adds a light-hearted touch to the class. All of the staff at TriCore are great!!

The women / men who attend are of different shapes, sizes, ages, and levels of Pilates skills. It's nice because you walk in feeling motivated to work out and leave feeling confident, with a calm mind and a nice little sweat. I enjoy challenging myself with some of the more advanced Pilates participants in the class, which pushes me to do better at each class.

I appreciate that it's not cliquish, everyone is there to do exactly what we want to do, which is Pilates. You start to see the results in your body. If you're hesitant about joining a club, don't be with this one. There are many mainstream Pilates clubs, but this one is like finding a needle in a haystack. You can tailor your classes to your needs, which is great.

I have taken two pilates classes at TriCore Fitness, both were incredible experiences! The classes I attended were well-structured and engaging. I loved the emphasis on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. The classes were challenging yet enjoyable, leaving me feeling energized and accomplished. An amazing workout and definitely feeling it the next day!

I LOVE Tricore. I was a little bashful about going in and checking them out, but when they held an anniversary workout open to the public I jumped in and have been a member ever since. The workouts are different every time and really truly open to all experience levels. The coaches give great advice to those who might have previous injuries or are currently recovering to really personalize the experience and to make sure everyone is doing what's right for their body. And the reformer pilates is especially fantastic for the recovery portion of the workouts. All of the coaches are amazing and I feel they really care about every individual and that person's skill-level.

I found Tricore on class pass. I think I have been to every gym in Phoenix that is on class pass, and even some that aren’t! Now I’ve been a member at Tricore for the past couple of years and I regularly go 5 to 6 times a week. I can’t say enough good things about the classes and the instructors. I typically go in the morning before work, and it sets the tone for a great day every day. I even schedule my trips out of town around my Tricore classes, and leave later in the day so that I can still go to the gym in the morning! I really love it.

Started coming here about a month ago after driving by daily on my way to and from work. I was looking for somewhere to workout that had an inviting community. I'd been to gyms before where people keep to themselves and don't even say hi or smile when you walk in and that was something I didn't want again. Tricore staff was immediately welcoming. Even the other group participants smile and talk with you before class and give encouraging words throughout the workouts. Definitely the place to go. And the workouts are amazing! They are right when they said they are for every body, meaning in each class you see people of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. I can see myself being a longtime member!

Across the years, I’ve had the opportunity to try many gyms and studios in the valley, from yoga studios, gyms, and CrossFit gyms. The same goal has been: to stay active, fit, and self-care.

TriCore Fitness has constantly met and surpassed my expectations. The studio has professional, friendly, and approachable staff happy to answer questions or provide tailored modifications. The facilities are open and welcoming, with new and well-maintained equipment. Class availability is excellent whether you are an early bird or an afternoon owl, and they offer three different variations of Pilates classes; each class is for about 12 people, so you receive individualized attention and feedback specific to your fitness level. The workouts are fun, but what makes this place unique, aside from the instructors, are the fellow members who are also super friendly and inspiring.

I come to TriCore 4-6 classes per week, so I have taken over 200 classes YTD. I love this place!

TriCore makes fitness fun! This is my first time doing reformer Pilates and I'm hooked. Not just on the workout (which is great) but on the instructors. I was looking for a boutique personal training (PT) gym with a trainer that would challenge me. I found that in Steffanie, the owner. We scheduled a time to talk about my personal fitness goals and then she offered a complimentary PT session. I left my complimentary session feeling a rush of endorphins, challenged and sore, but in a good way! I scheduled weeks of PT and we agreed on days and times conducive to both our schedules. Each session, she offered new ways to build muscle and push me to my limits. I left each workout feeling revitalized and excited about my next session. I also left each session feeling sore, confirming my muscles were being challenged. I never repeated the same exercise in any session. She was always innovative and listened to my needs to build muscle and get my body more toned! Steffanie is an awesome PT and I highly recommend her and TriCore Fitness!

I have been with TriCore about a year and I LOVE it. Their trainers are amazing and the environment is welcoming regardless of your level. The classes are a great mix; they are fun but they push you to challenge yourself. I had never really done Pilates until I started coming here and I cannot tell you how amazing it has been for my body. My core strength, stability and posture have all seen major improvements. Although it is technically a gym, there is so much more there. It is a place that I want to come back to and I want to be a part of. If you have never done pilates before or think its not enough of a workout; I challenge you to try this gym! They have first time specials; I promise you will be hooked!

Wow! I called before going to ask what each class entailed, they took time with me over the phone to thoroughly describe each class so I could make the best choice. I went to the foundation class because I’ve never done Pilates before and this was the better option for beginners. The facility was clean, easy to find and had plenty of parking. The class and trainer were SO friendly and welcoming, I really felt comfortable there. I had a baby recently and they made modifications to the workouts for me so I could participate without hurting myself. Very impressed!

TriCore offers a unique exercise that combines weight training, TRX, cardio, and Pilates. Dedicating an hour to TriCore will reward you with a great workout, a very friendly group, and helpful teachers. Their "simply Pilates" class is fantastic in its own right. I've been to 2 classes and have really enjoyed them both. It's like having your own personal trainer. The pilates class is a great workout not too strenuous and the trainer made me feel very comfortable. Today I did the fire class, which was constant activity and weights, pretty intense. The good thing is that you go at your own pace and just do what you can do. The trainers are great I was just happy that the second half of that class was pilates 😊💪

Amazing experience thus far. You have one-on-one training which the trainer helps you along the way with your form and creating motivation. I was so nervous getting back into the gym after two years but the staff was so friendly and welcoming and I appreciate them for that! You have a variety of classes to choose from online and when you arrive. I took a fundamentals class thinking it was going to be a breeze LOL and I thought wrong. It was so good though and the trainer jokes around with you and helps you with your form and proper breathing so it made the time go by fast. The facility is so clean and has an open flow concept with different stations and machinery for your workout. There are fresh complimentary towels and private rooms to change and freshen up in. Also they had healthy snacks for you as you were leaving. Does it get any better than that?!?

This place is amazing! Great workout throughout the entire hour. Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried something new, which turned out to be a great decision. Trainers are knowledgable and very friendly, they make you feel part of the family. If you get a chance, give them a try.

I had an amazing first class. The Pilates workout was challenging with still manageable. I know they modify if you aren't as familiar with some of the exercises. My instructor, in addition to leading a great class, was super personable and engaging.

Love it! I'm an ex-collegiate athlete, and I wish there would have been a program like Tricore during my playing days because it addresses areas of the body that get neglected, but are pivotal to mobility, strength and endurance success.

In just 2+ weeks, I've seen a noticeable difference in my energy levels and improvements in my body.

It's personal training in a small group environment. There is no intimidation at all. The fitness community at Tricore is inviting and friendly. You compete with yourself, not with others. Great location: The 51 and Indian School.
