After four hard pregnancies and a debilitating chronic injury, I waddled into TriFit praying I was making a good choice. The coaches are fantastic and friendly — knowledgeable and kind and regularly checking in with all their clients to make sure everyone is challenging themselves without getting hurt — and clients are clearly happy to show up and push hard. I became a member of the Trifit family about six weeks ago. If there’s an outlet where you wanna come and immediately feel welcomed and extremely comfortable as relates to your own personal goals, this is the place to join. The trainers are intimately involved in your own personal interest in goals, the very patient to walk you through The motions, and help you design a customize program that suits your needs. Highly recommend you walk in and talk to the trainers and you’ll be pleasantly surprised in terms of what you get out of it.

TriFit is awesome! I’m so grateful I made the call and joined! Their team is truly a family! I’ve been to a few personal training gyms but have never experienced any with the energy you feel at TriFit. Their team loves what they do and really cares about you and your own personal fitness journey! To my surprise, the total body transformation I’m experiencing from an average of only 3 workouts a week is really impressive. The workouts are always challenging in the way that you’re: never bored, always learning something new and surprising yourself by what you can do.

I feared that I wouldn’t get the results that I want out of a workout that wasn’t tailored to me and my goals. Boy was I wrong! By trusting the TriFit coaches and their workout blocks I’m seeing results I would have never achieved if I had a say in designing my own workout. I have a butt…I’ve never had a butt! Yes I’ve had bigger arms working out in other gyms but the TOTAL body transformation I’m experiencing and the eagerness to do exercises I once avoided at all costs has got me hooked! They also play pretty good music most days and the vibe is vibing right!

Been at this gym for over a year now and very pleased to be a member. Having previously been extremely active both for work and outside of work I had never seen the value add to gym life and was frankly put off by "gym culture". Have had a bit of an eye opener with the many benefits of functional resistance training and very much enjoy the culture of wellness Tri Fit have created. Their program is excellent. After years of not working out, I knew I would need help to slowly scale up my fitness so I didn’t get injured (learned that the hard way!). My neighbor mentioned TriFit and I decided to check it out. It was such a great experience, and both me and my husband ended up joining. The workouts are challenging but balanced. The trainers are awesome - knowledgeable, motivating, friendly - and they help with good form and providing modifications if needed. I’m in physical therapy and they help me find alternate exercises when necessary. It’s also a great community - friendly people, all ages and levels of fitness. I’ve met with their nutritionist/dietician and have gotten great guidance between them and the trainers that’s helping me get closer to my goals. Super happy I found TriFit! I highly recommend it.

Joining TriFit wellness has proven to be one of the best choices this summer for my health and wellness. As an avid tennis player, I was seeking a strength training workout regime that would help improve my game, cardio, and endurance. My performance on the courts have greatly improved as the trainers Alex and Steven have provided the absolute best personal training I needed for power and endurance.

Additionally as a diabetic, my blood sugar average has significantly improved along with my biometrics thanks to the training and nutrition counseling offered at TriFit! I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is a conventional or non-conventional gym member.

TriFit has truly been a blessing! Over the last few years, I've struggled to find a workout that fits my needs. I'm not a gym person, HIIT workouts are a no-go, and I have a back injury that I need to be careful of. This is how TriFit differs from the rest- its not an open gym, its not a HIIT workout, and the coaches provide tailored/alternative exercises if needed. The 45 minute workouts are structured, expertly planned, and the coaches are with you every minute. I've been going consistently for six months and have seen incredible results already! In addition to facilitating my physical health, TriFit has attributed greatly to my mental health by providing such a safe and welcoming space. I'm grateful for this community and lucky to have some new friends!

This “gym for non-gym people” will make you a gym person. The coaches care about everyone genuinely- remembering everyone by name, offering accommodations and modifications to all abilities and fitness levels, and building an environment that is inviting, free of judgment, educational, and fun.

I have been going to Trifit classes for over a year now and instead of dreading my workouts, I look forward to them. This place really has allowed for me to make such a drastic change to my lifestyle- building my confidence in fitness spaces, helping me find movement that I enjoy and motivation to stay consistent.

The new owners / coaches Alex & Steven are amazing. It’s a great small personal gym where I feel motivated to go work out in a very focused 45 min session, 3 to 4 times a week. Sure, it costs a lot more than those large gyms at $40 a month but I had never been this consistent or serious with my workout before I started here. Curated daily workout menu, nutrition advice, constant positive feedback from the coaches and other equally motivated Trifit buddies all included!!

To say TriFit has changed my life, is not overselling this magical place. At 47 years old, I am in better shape and healthier than I was in my 30’s, all thanks to the training and community created at TriFit by owners/trainers, Steven and Alex.

I've always experienced working out as both hard and boring, so my motivation for exercise was pretty low, but I work at a desk and it's taken a toll on my body. From my first workout, I was 100% sold on vibes alone.
The studio manager, Alli, was easy to talk to and even though her job is selling memberships, I felt no pressure. The owner/trainers, Alex and Steven, are outstanding. They are so good at understanding what people's goals are and how they like to be motivated, and I always feel energized and encouraged when I interact with them. There's great variety in the workouts so I never get bored and the classes are always full of great people.
I never feel like anyone is looking around comparing themselves to others. We are all just pushing ourselves and enjoying this amazing community. I've been working out here 3-5 times a week consistently for over a year. For me, that kind of consistency is unheard of, so this place must be magic. Cannot recommend this gym highly enough.

Update: I can’t recommend TriFit enough! Working out has become my favorite part of the day. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and some of the kindest people I have ever met! Going to TriFit makes working out so much easier. Having knowledgeable trainers plan the workouts takes all of the guesswork out of the gym.

I have been going to TriFit for a few years now and will never go to another gym again! The trainers have created an atmosphere that is not only fun, but also comfortable. From day one, I have never felt embarrassed to do something wrong because I know the trainers are there to support me. TriFit truly promotes a culture of positivity and support. I have made so many friends that cheer me on when I succeed in my workouts, but also help me when I need it.

The workouts are challenging as is, but the trainers are always there to provide modifications to push you harder or modify the workouts to fit your needs. I have noticed significant improvement in my body, but also in how I view my health. Working out is no longer a chore, but a part of my daily routine that I look forward to!

EDIT: I've now been attending TriFit for over two years and can't see myself anywhere else! I moved houses recently and told my realtor we had to find somewhere close enough so that I can keep coming. Alex and Steven have built a truly special community -- you don't just get exercise here, you get socialization, new friends, and confidence in yourself.

I have never met a judgmental person in all my time here. If you're nervous about leaving your comfort zone, take the leap -- you will feel comfortable the second you walk in the door. There are tons of classes to fit any schedule, Alex and Steven can help you tailor your exercises to any physical limitations you have, and they will genuinely do whatever they can to help you succeed. As much as I would like to gatekeep this place, if you're like me and never considered yourself an exercise person, PLEASE give it a chance!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I found TriFIT after years of gym memberships at the larger chains. I felt like I was wasting my time with ineffective workouts, not understanding most of the equipment, and had anxiety about being surrounded by people who all seemed to know what they were doing and were far more in shape than I was.

Enter "the gym for non-gym people." I was immediately made to feel comfortable by the entire staff from day one, and the other members are, without exception, extremely friendly and supportive. It really is a unique place that really makes you feel like you're a part of a community. I work from home and a lot of days these classes are my only opportunity to get out of the house and interact with others. It's done wonders for my mental health on top of the physical benefits.

I can't say enough good things about the coaches. They're incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive, non-judgmental, patient, etc. etc. No matter who you take classes with -- Alex, Steven, Bex -- not only are you getting a great workout but you're getting their help and support in making sure you're doing everything properly and as effectively as possible. Plus they're just great people and they make classes fun.

To be transparent, it is not the cheapest option out there but I consider it an investment not only in my physical health but my mental health as well, so it's more than worth it to me.

Give this place a shot, even (especially) if you tend to be self conscious or anxious or nervous. It'll be worth it!

This is the first gym I have truly loved going to. All of the coaches are incredibly helpful, nonjudgemental, kind, and meet you where you are on your journey. The fellow gym goers are also SO NORMAL! Its not a scene, no one is creepy, or showing off. Its just a mix of really great people - ALL AGES, SIZES, and backgrounds. Apart from all of that - the classes are just fantastic. I have been going for 7 months and I continue to build muscle, feel stronger, and I am always learning something new on form and technique. I moved to Phoenix two years ago and hopped around a few gyms until I found TriFIT in Dec 2023! The moment I walked in the gym, I immediately felt welcomed and the sense of community was evident. The trainers are world-class and work with you one-on-one to establish and meet your goals. The TriFIT owner and staff genuinely care about holistic health inside and outside of the weight room (though they always have a killer workout lined up). The small group classes are uniquely structured and programmed to build strength, endurance, and power, as well as core and mobility. Monthly workshops, dietician calls, and member meet ups have elevated this fitness journey among others. My experience at TriFIT has been transformational in more ways than one!

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Trifit. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. A little background about me:
As soon as I joined Trifit I had to get both my knees replaced within months of joining. Trifit was very accommodating to my needs after both my surgeries. I can do things now I would have NEVER imagined I’d be able to do after having both my knees replaced.

I really appreciate the trainer's ability to give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout especially when I need a modification.

I see a change in my energy levels, how much stronger I am, and most definitely the transformation of my body. It’s great & I feel amazing! I train here about 4 times a week and see the same consistent positive trainers & awesome music every time. Fellow members are inspiring & the comradery is just amazing which creates a perfect workout environment.

The workouts are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback, adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. It’s great to be able to get stronger and have proper form in a group setting, while still getting that cardio in. It’s a challenging workout but they do cater to each individual's abilities no matter what fitness level you’re at. Workouts are rewarding and produce amazing results if you commit to it.

It’s cozy environment/private gym that feels more personal. The community they have built at this studio is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. Good mix of functional fitness. There are never too many people which is nice. They have classes that are offered all throughout the day – good, varied range of different options.

So, I’ve been dragged....er, graciously guided through almost two years of workouts at TriFit and shockingly I haven’t fled in terror. Why? Two words: Steven and Alex.

Steven and Alex somehow manage to make corrective movement and injury prevention seem reasonable. Somehow, they've also convinced me that doing squats is a privilege and not medieval punishment. They are passionate, knowledgeable, and incapable of hiding the joy when you finish a set you thought you couldn't.

I just had my one year anniversary as a TriFit member, so it seems like the perfect time for a review. 2024 was a very rough year for me personally, and I was struggling with confidence and setting goals for myself. I've always been athletic but had stayed away from gyms because of the intimidating, self-important, competitive vibe I associate with them. When I was finally ready to set a new goal for myself, I decided I wanted to lift weights to get stronger, knowing it would help me get my confidence back. Google (and a lot of five star reviews!) led me to TriFit.

I can't say enough great things about this place. I've gotten so much stronger physically, I've gotten my confidence back and I've made new friends that I spend time with regularly. The trainers are so well educated about form and will push you to push yourself, but they are also kind, caring and outrageously patient. (Shoutout to Alex who puts up with my endless questions and energy like a champ. Sorry, not sorry, Alex!) You'll see a very broad assortment of people at TriFit - all ages, all fitness levels, all body types, people who have been attending for 10+ years and folks who started a week ago. Everyone is here to try to do a little bit better than yesterday, and the vibe is friendly, welcoming and FUN. As someone who works from home, I'm also grateful that there are so many classes during the day. I have no excuse to skip (but I find them - working on it) and always have a place to go when I need interaction, which has been great for my mental health as well.

Update: I've been attending TriFit for about 1.5 years, and I still love it as much as I did a year ago. I really like the functional strength workouts and how classes are organized. The coaches are amazing. They're all incredibly nice, supportive, and encouraging. What's great about TriFit is that it's great for people of all abilities, from newbies to experienced lifters. The coaches make sure that every workout is challenging and meaningful, but are willing to help anyone who needs an adaptation or regression.

Classes are 45 minutes, and are usually capped at 10 people, so it's never over-crowded, and the coaches can handle being there for everyone in the class.

On top of the classes, the community at the gym is great. It's small enough that you're not overwelmed with strangers, and we've made so many friends from people in our classes. The atmosphere is very casual, even though the workouts are serious.

I’ve been going here for about six months now after not working out seriously for the last 10 years. I absolutely love it. The workouts are great, and always interesting. The trainers are amazing, so helpful, supportive, and fun. They are always willing to challenge you or help you alter a workout as you need. They do a great job of supporting you to reach your goals. I never dread the gym anymore because even if it’s hard, I know it will be fun and/or rewarding by the end of the workout.

My wife and I absolutely love this gym. The small training classes and attentive trainers really allow you to ensure your form is on point, and the culture is amazing. This was a great experience, which is surprising because I hate to work out. But, Alex showed me exactly what to do and then reminded me of the correct form once I forgot. We did exercises I’ve never heard of, but they show you exactly how to do everything and then remind those of us that need it. They are so kind, knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. I love that everyone does the same thing, but a their own speed, with whatever number weights suit them. All levels working together, but on your own. My friend and I dropped in while we were visiting Arizona. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and energized. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great vibe—serious about fitness but also super friendly.. everyone seemed like a big family!

I've been going to Tri-Fit Wellness since 2023, five to six times a week, and it’s changed my life.
The atmosphere is welcoming, the trainers know everyone by name, and the workouts are smart, functional, and adaptable to all ages and levels.
You’ll see people from their 20s to their 80s training together, each doing what works for them.
The six-week cycles (endurance, power, mobility) keep things fresh and purposeful.
If something doesn’t feel right, the coaches are quick to guide you, offer modifications, or refer you to the on-site physical therapist if needed.
The trainers are all knowledgeable, experienced, kind, helpful, and honestly polite and cool. They seem genuinely happy to be there, and that makes a big difference.
The facilities are excellent: clean bathrooms stocked with full toiletries, an infrared sauna, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient.

I'm in my late 30's with moderate experience with gym life and training which makes me a little familiar with common fitness practices. In the past, I've undergone 2 inguinal hernia repairs which set my physical goals behind and brought down my confidence because of my fear that I would hurt myself again.

My experience with TriFIT has completely and positively altered my outlook on my future fitness goals! I have been going for about a month now and look forward to how I will be feeling in another month!

A friend referred me to TriFIT and upon my first day I have received nothing but positive after positive moments to reflect on. I will share two major positives for me.

The first positive is that I immediately saw an improvement on my mental health. The reason is mainly because that's what fitness will do, it will boost your self-confidence and mood which inevitably impact other areas of your life. But here is where the confidence booster comes in...(and my second positive)

I have strict physical limitations when it comes to certain work-outs and every single trainer I've worked with has been respectful and mindful enough to guide me to an altered version or less strenuous version of a work out.

This thoughtfulness gave me hope that I can work out like I used to and that my fitness goals are STILL attainable. In addition, the trainers are mindful about pace and form. They allow me to comfortably work out at my own speed and will always give me feedback on my performance which is helpful because I feel like in the past, I have hurt myself because I wasn't working out correctly.

In summary, the endorphins from working out on a regular basis with people who are supportive and also on their own fitness journey has reversed my depression and the confidence and education I received from the trainers has been the best thing that has happened for my fitness goals!

After three years of no exercise and no gym workouts I decided it was time to get back into shape. I started going to the gym but within a couple months I injured my shoulder and realized I was not making much progress toward achieving my fitness goals. Looking for a different approach, I decided to join TriFit and chose the group training program instead of a one-on-one personal trainer. Within two months it was clear that I had progressed much further compared to working out on my own and I believe the group training approach is as effective as having a personal trainer but for a fraction of the cost. The trainers are very focused on technique and form which makes a huge difference in getting maximum results for effort expended. I'm very happy with the TriFIT program and recommend it for anyone regardless of their age or physical condition.

I’m a yoga instructor since 2007 & practitioner since 2000—making time for my practice is easy, never second guessing it. Over the years, I’ve fluctuated in adding strength training into my fitness regimen—from cross fit to personal trainers. Not as easy for me to commit. Boredom, injury.

But now as a 50+ woman, I know how important strength training is to positive aging and longevity. Combined with yoga, it’s a win-win. Fortunately I found, TriFit Wellness. I’ll admit having the option for a 30 minute class was a big draw since I’ve often shied away from anything longer. In 30 minutes at TriFit, I get a well-rounded, challenging workout.

(Note: They have longer classes. I just haven’t graduated myself to them yet.)

I’m only a little over two months in and take class twice weekly (because I teach daily and still practice yoga 4-5x/week), but I can feel the difference already. I’m stronger, more confident, and more body aware. Coach Steven is so knowledgeable and supportive. He helps me find my edge, supportive if I need to back off, and instructs me for proper alignment/better target areas/more challenge.

I also love the community at TriFit. Friendly, supportive, non-competitive. Everyone recognizes that we’re on individual journeys.

This gym and staff are amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and Steven C. is an awesome coach! After having two kids and getting an autoimmune diagnosis, I finally took that step to start taking care of myself. When I first started, I had weak lower back muscles and Steven was great at modifying the exercises for my level while still getting the maximum benefit. After just three months, I have so much more range in motion, my back pain is fading, more energy and better mood. I just feel stronger! I look forward to gym days which is HUGE for me because I was always so turned off by gyms in the past. The class sizes here are small so you get the feel of one-on-one training. Everyone at TriFit is super friendly and the workout sessions are challenging in the best way possible. Also, seeing other people doing the same workouts as you motivates you to do your best. I go three times a week and there is such a variety of exercises that it’s never boring.

Alex is the trainer that runs the sessions I’ve been attending and he not only makes things fun, you also feel like he actually cares and wants you to succeed! (thanks Alex! 😁)

The only complaint that I have is that a lot of the exercises (okay, just 2 of them) have burger 🍔 sounding names which throws me off my game sometimes. (I’m looking at you “in-and-outs” and something “sliders”.)

Anyway though, I’m really glad to have joined the TriFit fam! 😊

I'm about a month in here at TriFit and I am loving it.... despite the lingering soreness. The classes are small, never more than 8 people and the trainers are very engaged. Somehow, even at 5:00 AM the staff is cheery and personable. As a middle-aged guy I like moving weight (probably an ego thing), but the trainers are very good about stressing form. I may be pressing slightly less but with their guidance I'm having a lot less shoulder pain. Each session starts with stretching followed by various supersets with transition exercises in between and it gets my heart pumping. According to my Apple Watch I've hit 170+ bpm during each visit and I'm exhausted afterward. Definitely worth a try.

My journey started 2 weeks ago. After 2 decades of slowly declining with my health and fitness, I started to look for a wellness plan that would work for me. I have had a LA Fitness membership for many years! I actually go 2-3 times per week. BUT….I wasn’t making progress, I wasn’t excited to go, I would never sweat with my weight training, it was just meh, check the box sort of thing..
Slowly but surely my lack of effort, coupled with not the greatest eating and drinking, while now tapping at the 50 year old door 👨🏼‍🦳, I was tired OF being tired, depressed, lacking confidence…. So I started to look for the right wellness studio/plan for me. Exploring F45 and OT, it wasn’t right for me, CrossFit seemed way to intense! Having had a PT 21 years ago, I remember the importance of doing exercises the right way, without injury and with results.
I drive by TriFit all the time living in the area, so I went on YouTube to check them out. I then jumped on Google going through the reviews. This seemed exactly like what I was looking for. 👌🏼
I reached out via the website and the next day Laurel who is the owner of TriFit reached out. Very kind and we setup an initial consultation over the phone.
This was very good for me in the process of making a change! I realized on this call, that Laurel is keenly interested in helping all aspects of her clients physical and emotional well-being - Which is exactly what I needed. I shared things about my weight struggles over the past 4-5 decades I don’t share with many…
At this point, I was ready to join, and here is where I really appreciated Laurels approach. She didn’t want me to commit to joining until I came to a complimentary session. She wanted to make sure it was a fit for me.
After my first session, we had an additional consult to further determine the best plan. The next day after my first session, Laurel reached out to see how I was… 🙂 That has never happened before!
I have been working with Steven which has been amazing… It’s literally like I am starting to walk again as an infant 😂
I learn a ton each session…From form, technique, breathing and a lot more… Steven has an excellent ability to focus on each student, helping them with their session goals…
I have also had my first consult with Monica which was also is very helpful in ensuring the fuel and food aspect is on point!
I now really look forward to going to my training 👏🏻… That is not something I have had in 20 years 😬.. I have made significant BUT realistic changes to my diet… and 2 weeks in, with eating the right foods, and not limiting myself with those good foods, I have lost 7 lbs so far. My goal is to be balanced and not just check the scale, but to feel the results! 💪🏻
My energy and sleep have already improved… As has my attitude.. so I have been told 😉
Without a doubt, I am very excited for my journey and being part of the TriFit crew… If you are on the fence on making a decision, do the consult, you will be glad you did! ✌🏼

Three weeks ago I decided to get my life back in order and I joined TriFit. It’s been quite a few years since I’ve done workouts so I was afraid about fitting in. My first session was with Steven and he could not have been more welcoming and supportive in showing me the routines and working with me to get the correct form when doing the exercises. His knowledge, coupled with his enthusiasm, was a primary driver for me to return two times a week even when my muscles were aching, lol. This past week I got to meet Kory, the other coach, and he is equally encouraging. These guys ROCK and the members I’ve met are also great!
Since the center keeps the group sessions to a small number it feels like you’re getting personalized coaching which for me is a big plus knowing the long journey I have to make.
The other plus with TriFit is that they have a library of recorded sessions which I took advantage of today because I’m traveling. The fact that those things are available to me will make it harder for me to come up with an excuse when I’m traveling as to why I can’t work out. 🙂

I joined TriFIT on November 3, 2021 and have had an incredible experience. Steven ensures I do exercises with the correct form, provides motivation and creates fun workout routines. This is small group personal training at its best. The environment is welcoming and inclusive. Laurel provides nutrition support and is always available. For me, the biggest change has been how I feel. I have a hip injury and was scheduled to have surgery. After one month of consistent weight training, my hip pain is non-existent. I live in Rochester NY and joined TriFit in Phoenix AZ one month ago to do livestream classes. The staff is amazing, the classes are fantastic and I can do them out of the comfort of my own home. This gym is amazing and during the difficult time of quarantine, it has brought me sanity. They transformed seamlessly for us all and offer extremely motivating and professional live stream classes. The classes keep you moving the entire time and provide a challenging in home workout. Steven made sure to personally help each individual with form while also keeping you positive. I live in NYC and wasn’t able to find a gym that held me accountable during COVID stay at home measures. TriFit really came through for me. I was so very worried about my mental and physical health without the gym during this time. Your virtual workouts have allowed me to continue working out with the same coaching, and the same challenging workouts for my body. I’ve been able to stay fit and feel mentally well during this time, and that is thanks to your new approach with virtual trainings, and the personal trainers’ steady commitment to my needs.

The personal trainers have been phenomenal at watching me during my workouts and correcting my form when needed. I also had an arm injury for two weeks, and they worked around that injury by changing some of the exercises to accommodate my temporary limitation. Your virtual workouts are so much more than just watching and following a video. They allow human connection, a sense of community as you work out with others on the screen simultaneously, and continued health. they also build in accountability. If I’m simply watching a video, I may not work as hard, or stay as focused. But with the virtual LIVE workouts, I am motivated by seeing others push themselves, and the personal trainer pushing me.

I’ve also gained some new friends during this time. Some of them I’ve connected with on social media. It’s been a great way to still have human connection while managing my health.

I have been to many gyms and worked with other trainers, but they actually care about you and your goals. They help you develop goals, teach you how to achieve them and hold you accountable. TriFit wellness has been a game changer for me. I was struggling trying to find a gym with support and way to understand how weight loss works. Their online coaching program helped me understand weight loss and fitness. My coach, Lizzie held me be accountable and gave me tools and advice to help me towards a more healthier lifestyle. Lizzie was a great support system and she was in contact with me online and over the phone. The owner Laurel is also great about being supportive and understanding towards your fitness goals. With the online program you’re also able to join in on the Saturday morning workout classes. If you’re looking for an online wellness program this one is for you!

Yeah, I can exercise, but there's nothing better than having the accountability with the awesome staff at TriFIT. Laurel welcomed me on day one. Lizzie initially evaluated me and consistently pushes my limit of strength in such a fantastic way. David has workouts that remind me of the specific muscles that I am challenging (you know you do, David). And Stephen's "come on...just ONE MORE" encourage me to do my best. I have been going to TriFit since 2016 and I want to start by saying all the trainers/members are very nice and welcoming. I train with Lizzie and have been for three years now. I was ballerina growing up with a majority of my strength in my legs. She helped me maintain that but also helped me build upper body strength, which was something I never had much of. She is very knowledgeable not only in training but in nutrition as well. She always works with my schedule, consistently checks in on me, and always gives me the best workouts/results. I would highly recommend not only TriFit but Lizzie as well!

Incredible gym and staff. Took me forever to find a gym that wanted to see their clients succeed. It’s been a crazy past 9 months, but a lot has changed for the better. Laurel, the owner, is great at accountability and working with you to find what’s best, both physically and financially. The trainers, especially Steven, are helpful, encouraging and always willing to help. Best gym ever! I've tried a lot of gyms/workout programs, and I finally found my place! TriFIT offers everything I ever wanted in a gym and then some! I love the family atmosphere, amazing workouts, practical amenities, and support outside of the gym.

I've been training with Lizzie. She clearly cares about all of her clients AND knows her stuff! She modifies workouts to all of her clients' needs. She's also very in tune to what her clients' goals are. I actually look forward to my early morning workouts (instead of dreading them!). I feel like Lizzie really cares about my progress. She encourages and empowers me to keep improving!

I also use TriFIT's app. I love the accountability outside of the gym--especially with the focus on nutrition. Laurel has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, and I'm so grateful for her support!

I started the Home workout program they have since I live so far away from the TriFit gym. Laurel was the one that introduced me to the program and I can honestly say I am so glad she did. 6 weeks into the program and I am down 10 pounds. Before this program my health and fitness were going down hill fast. I did workout but with zero results. Laurel got me working out smarter and eating cleaner. She took me into the program step by step a little at a time so that it wasn't a shock to me and my body. I already feel better. I'm stronger. My clothes are fitting better. I'm very pleased with the results thus far.
TriFit Wellness and Laurel are the best and they really care about people and their health. I am so glad I started Trifits home program.
If anybody is having trouble dropping weight this program "will" work for you. I have no doubt in my mind. Try it! You won't regret it!

Love it here! My trainer David Soto-Griego is very knowledgeable and attentive. I’ve worked out before for years but just six months going twice a week with him has made a huge difference in my build and muscle tone. It has also made me more aware of my posture when I work out on my own.

TriFIT is absolutely amazing! I have dabbled with several different workout programs and online trainers and then I decided it was time to get a personal trainer for the best results. Lizzie is incredible, and somehow manages to give you her full attention even in the semi-private training sessions. Lizzie is incredibly intuitive, she always seems to know what’s best for your body (even when you don’t). Additionally, I signed up for her nutrition coaching which was 100% personalized, and I never felt like I was on a strict diet, instead she worked with me to create the perfect amount of macros and meal ideas for my personal goals. Shortly after joining, I found out I was pregnant and I was worried about exercise modifications. Yet again, Lizzie exceeded my expectations and was able to give me personalized comprehensive workouts that were tailored to each trimester of my pregnancy. She always catered to my specific set of needs and I feel very well taken care of it. The entire staff at TriFIT knows me by name, and I truly feel welcome when I walk in the door. Their customer service alone is worth checking out, but the workouts are one-of-a-kind, and you will see the results that you are willing to put in!

I began this journey wanting to feel better and get back on track with my health. Just before I started this commitment I found out I had high blood pressure and needed to take medication. My goal was to get off the medication and to live a healthier lifestyle.

I expected to lose some weight after committing to Trifit Wellness’ nutrition and training programs but never thought I would be at my lowest weight since my 20s. During this journey not only have I been able to stop taking the blood pressure medication, but I also am at the fittest I have been since high school.

I didn’t realize how much your food intake impacts not only your waistline but more importantly your energy. Since starting to pay attention to my nutrition including counting Macros and learning how certain foods make me feel, I am able to make better choices. And I feel amazing.

I am glad my gf and I decided to embark on this lifestyle change together. We both push each other and encourage one another and hold each other accountable.

David is an awesome trainer and I appreciate the flexibility that he has when we have to move our schedule around on occasion. Lizzie is just as wonderful in figuring out the best nutrition plan and knows how to adjust our macros that works best for each of us. I am grateful for Trifit and their support on our healthy lifestyle journey.

If you're an introvert like me who doesn't jive with the whole gym experience, I urge you to make TriFit Wellness your go-to workout place! It's worth paying more to have a personal trainer, and working out in an environment that's welcoming, encouraging, and also fairly quiet. My trainer, Steven, is awesome! He is highly knowledgeable about the equipment, nutrition, breathing, etc. Steven really knows his stuff and always comes up with new exercises - so your body is constantly working different muscles. I highly recommend this "gym" that's nothing like a regular gym - your body and mind will thank you!!!
