"Triplex Training is a Scottsdale Gym specializing in group training and personal training. We work with our members to reach their goals. Goals range from general weight loss and fitness all the way to competing in endurance races. Our foundation is in functional fitness, this allows our members to achieve improved strength, fitness and mobility. Our workouts take 1 hr and include a warm up. Your first workout is always free here, so please check out our workout schedule and stop in, we would love to show you what Triplex Training is all about."

I have been working out at Triplex for years. This gym is for great for everyone; from people who are new to working out, all the way to Olympic athletes (Mykayla Skinner). They focus on total body mobility along with strength and cardio. The trainers are knowledgeable and really care about their members.

Excellent crossfit place. They have in-person, online workouts, weekly wed run, and swim and bike exercise. Definitely recommend. You should check them out for few classes and then you would say its defiantly worth investing in your health with them.

Triplex is the best boutique gym I have found in town. The workouts are my favorite, but more so it’s the employees and member culture that have kept me around over the years. Everyone is so knowledgeable and truly there to help you become a better version of ones’ self!

Triplex training is an amazing gym with a great staff! All of whom are knowledgeable and up to date in the latest in fitness and health. If you live in the Scottsdale area and are looking for a place to workout I highly recommend triplex!
