This gym is a whole vibe!!!! I have been in Arizona for 10 years, and I can honestly say this is one of the best gyms out there. If you’re looking for a sense of community, love, support, encouragement, results and a judgement free zone throughout your fitness journey, this is the place to be. It’s positive energy, great staff and amazing members, make working out fun, while encouraging you to be the best version of yourself.

The warm welcome as a guest from out of town was completely priceless. The compassion in making sure I’m comfortable, especially with the smiling faces, sincerity, and getting what my body needed, I’ll definitely be back. Nay is by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with, I started around November of last year. I’m not the type to stay with a gym for long time and I’m still a member with her gym. A little back story, when I first started I was horrible I couldn’t get anything right I wanted to give up each time. Nay never gave up on me and she pushed me and encouraged me to do more.I’m so thankful she never gave up on me even when I wanted to quit. If you’re looking for a gym this is the one for you.

I'm so glad this place exsist. This all women's gym is amazing. The owner Mrs Demps is wonderful. There's a motification for everything. I'm so much stronger in a little over a month i can see my progress. If your looking for a great group of women and amazing training, stop by and try it out.

Working with Nay from tru2u is always a pleasure. She helped put the saying "no pain no gain" into perspective for me so, if you are looking for a trainer to push you to your limits and help you reach goals you couldn't image then Nay is the trainer for you. While her gym is for women she does offer training for session for men.

I’ll start by saying that this gym offers quite a lot when beginning one’s fitness journey. It’s also a great place to train when you’re looking to get in and out quickly. When it comes to the owner Nay, she has been a considerable impact on her client's fitness journey. She is fantastic with knowledge in both exercises as well as nutrition. She encourages and interacts with gym members and ensures the gym is taken care of. she has also made it a point to go out of her way to help members feel comfortable and respected and furthermore, keeps things exciting. It’s been a wonderful experience thus far and a huge reason I’ve been able to lose the weight I have. I highly recommend this establishment!

I have been training for almost 3 years now but have experienced many gyms throughout my entire life. 5 stars is not enough for Nay! She is an amazing trainer and truly cares about her clients. I learned more from her then I have from anyone else including my own studies! She is very knowledgeable and knows the struggles of normal life and for woman when it comes to weight-loss/getting fit. Her workouts are tough but YOU will see those results with her program! The atmosphere and community is an added bonus! They are fun and welcoming to every fitness level!

I was looking to start exercising again after having my baby and I couldn't be happier that I found Tru2U Fitness. Nay is extremely knowledgeable and always take the time to explain/demonstrate the exercises. She will push you to reach your fitness goals but you always feel supported. I began my fitness journey almost 2 months ago. Nay Demps was recommended to me by a friend. I had experienced a paralysis on the left side of my body and couldn't move my left arm. When doctors released me I joined the 6 week fat loss challenge with Tru2ufitness. The results have been amazing. I've lost 8 ibs in weight and 5lbs of fat!! She even teaches you about nutrition, and will develop a personal workout plan based on your goals. My progress is slow, but some progress is better than no progress at all. Can't wait to see what's in store for next 6 months. Nay is the best🔥🔥🔥🔥🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️
