A huge thank you to Patty, Krissy, and the amazing team at True Hot Yoga for their generous donation to our Annual Care 4 The Caregivers Golf Tournament raffle! 🧘♀️💛
Their thoughtful contribution helped us raise vital funds for Care 4 The Caregivers, supporting caregiver mental health and well-being. True Hot Yoga’s donation was a crowd favorite—reminding us how powerful and healing movement, mindfulness, and self-care can be.
We’re incredibly grateful for Patty and Krissy’s generosity and community spirit. Your support made a true impact and brought warmth (and sweat!) to our hearts.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at True Hot Yoga - Arrowhead. The instructors here are truly exceptional. Their expertise and guidance have not only improved my physical strength and flexibility but have also had a profound impact on my emotional and spiritual well-being.
The classes at this studio are thoughtfully designed to cater to people at all levels of yoga, making it welcoming and inclusive. What sets this place apart is the complete absence of judgment. You're encouraged to progress at your own pace, and there's a sense of genuine support from both instructors and fellow practitioners.
The techniques taught in these classes have been transformative for me, not just in terms of physical fitness, but also in finding a sense of inner peace and balance. It's a place where you can truly connect with yourself, free from external pressures.
If you're looking for a hot yoga studio that not only improves your physical health but also nurtures your emotional and spiritual well-being, True Hot Yoga-Arrowhead is the place to be. The instructors and the community here have made it a second home for me, and I can't recommend it enough. Namaste, friends!

I’m posting this today because I’ve put it off and hoping things will improve. I’ve been going to Marta’s classes for at least 3 years she was always one of my favorites. Over time her classes have died down with less and less people. The energy isn’t as fun, music always the same, and for the 1st 40 minutes no music at all. I enjoy the background music with instruction the best otherwise I’d go back to Bikram yoga. I’m in the fitness industry myself and feel you always want to be getting better, not stagnated, and take customers feedback. It isn’t to be mean but make the whole experience great every time. I’ve been going to Scottsdale classes Patti, Heidi, Chrissy,Jenna’s classes because of the contagious energy, music, pace, and overall experience. I do compare because I’d love for more consistency. I’d want to know why people aren’t coming to my classes anymore. I hope things improve and get better!
Best Regards,
Natalie

I have been practicing yoga and moving type meditations for over 50 years, the last 16 some type of hot yoga. True Hot Yoga has become my “Go to”, when visiting in Phoenix. There are no “Bells and Whistles” with large dressing rooms, showers etc. That is not what practicing yoga is about. It’s about a solid, rhythmic, well sequenced practice incorporating strength, flexibility, rest and focus. These are the “True” principles of a solid yoga practice, in my opinion and experiences. Thank you “True Hot Yoga”. For being my Phoenix retreat ♥️ Dr. Dawn M Macy, Ed.D.

I love this place! Sure there is only one toilet and sink, after reading some other reviews, but I really like that it’s smaller because it feels cozy, everyone is always so welcoming here. I’ve been to a few other studios and they don’t have the room hot enough to make it an actual challenge and they aren’t as welcoming. After 6 years of not doing hot yoga, I returned to this studio and still got the same at home vibe I got the first few times I went 6 years ago.

I have such a horrible experience today at this studio. I was trying one of their classes they have on special and see if i wanted to sign up but after today no way. I know is supposed to be a hot room for yoga but this particular room is way too hot and humid no air, i felt like i wanted to pass out, only one toilet to use n one shower and one sink for all the sweaty and stinky people coming out of class. I felt like throwing up cause i couldn’t take it anymore. I had to go to the bathroom i felt nauseous and after all that the rudeness of women complaining why im taking so long after explaining myself i need to throw up and she didnt care her answer was there is people that need to pee and that i shouldn’t be changing in the bathroom and if i wanted to throw up there is a sink and a garbage can i can use. That was so rude. Where is the kindness of this people. I will never come back and im glad i never sign up. Horrible experience after i left

Really do not like the fact this place shut down the Yoga classes at EOS. Only so they don’t loose money and they said it’s competition. EOS doesn’t do Hot Yoga they have normal yoga for someone like me who doesn’t want to sweat while doing yoga it was prefect! I just signed up for EOS and one of the reasons was because I wanted to attend the yoga classes. Hot Yoga is selfish and only wants money they don’t care about anything else otherwise they would let EOS have yoga classes again. After reading the other reviews I wouldn’t step foot in this place if someone paid me too!!

I absolutely loved every experience I had at True Hot Yoga. I was pretty new to yoga when I started there but felt welcomed immediately and truly appreciated all of the direction and support from the staff. I practiced Tuesday and Thursday mornings with Serena. She always had the most calming voice and presence, not to mention soothing and uplifting music. I’ve since moved out of state and really miss True Hot Yoga! I haven’t been able to find a comparable class near my new home.

Yoga - hot or not - is supposed to be a practice of focusing mind and body as a singular unit through mindfulness and extending existing capabilities through practice. Why then is this discouraged at a studio that represents itself as "True" Hot Yoga when when the instructors do not stay true to the practice of mindfulness concerning their participants? No one should be shamed by an instructor for mindfully recognizing their own limits and quietly excusing themselves. Not only does my experience with one of their instructors indicate that they are not trained on accepting or assisting participants in where they are at, but the shame they put you through when being told you can't leave until the very end demonstrates they are unprofessional and care more about their own standards than participant safety.
If you want Hot Yoga, go somewhere else that will be "True" to the participants.

It’s really too bad that small businesses took such a beating from COVID but when they won’t help themselves shame on them. I spend $86 on Groupon for classes for my wife and myself. And COVID hit limiting our ability to use them (we used 3 of 15). We were gone for the summer and now having returned they won’t honor the Groupon. Now they’re missing a full price 3 month membership which is what I would have bought after the Groupon. I would probably have met in the middle somewhere as well but they don’t have time to talk on the phone, don’t take walk ins and don’t respond to email.

The staff and studio are very welcoming - even to a 6'4", overly sweaty, inflexible, inexperienced male. The True Hot yoga classes use the same sequence of movements which allows students to mind-map their progress from session to session. Each instructor offers variations to moves for those more to less advanced without pushing any feelings of judgement. This is a major reason I continued from 1 class to now 100.
The Sculpt classes seem to be a secret to a lot members. Krissy and Kimmy have formatted these to be more HIIT/plyo with light to moderate weights for appropriate strength building and calorie-crushing sets. This is the only class in the valley that I have found to get me to 1,000+ kCals burned in 1-hour workout.
Pricing is competitive to other studios. Instructor aptitude and that community accountability are levels above.

Don’t listen to the people saying not to buy the groupon. This place is fantastic and each instructor has their own personality with the Gia of helping you get the most of your practice while learning proper technique as well. Everyone in the classes are always attentive and respectful and the instructors are great. Thank you 💕

Buyer beware! I purchased a package of 15 classes & after my 5th visit was stopped by the front desk. This was odd since they have never said more than "Hi" & "Bye" to me before. They stopped me to tell me that I owed money for the last 2 classes. I told them that must be a mistake since I purchased a package of 15 classes & this is only my 5th time in. "No"- they told me that "my package expired, that is is in the fine print" - "I should have looked at & someone was supposed to tell me on my fist visit" Needless to say = they didn't) & they forgot to tell me last time so now I own them $40+ tax retroactively! If my package expired then yes it would have been an honest business practice to tell me BEFORE I used more services. Although I do think that making a package expire in so short a time is rather shady, not telling me until after & I have still been using services thinking that it was included in my paid for purchase is just plan dishonest. I highly recommend anyone think twice before using True Hot Yoga services.

Wonderful studio to practice your hot yoga. The instructors are amazing and truly understand the needs of each student. There is absolutely no pressure, no judgement, and you will receive all the support you need each visit. True Hot Yoga is offering a Groupon that will allow you to start your practice today. Take advantage of that offer and I promise you - it's worth it!

I am not sure why they call it "true" hot yoga. The hot class we took included obnoxious music and an instructor that screamed instructions (to make sure we could hear her over the music). The instructor had to run back and forth to the door to allow heat out of the room. I guess they don't have a self-regulating system? Either way, the entire experience was obnoxious and distracting.
Fuethermore, the class we took (just a regular hot class) did not include ANY appropriate or traditional aspects of the bikram or ashtanga series. This place is good for people who aren't familiar with traditional yoga.

Awesome place. Instructors are very pleasant and guide you thru the class at a nice pace with options for up a tempo time as well as a slower pace. You don't have to know any Yoga positions to do these classes you will learn them in class from the instructors or the other Yogi's.
Very cleansing mind and body routine.

DO NOT BUY THEIR CLASSES OFF GROUPON -I wish I could have tried this place. I was given a gift from my sister from Groupon $34 value or 10 classes by a specific date. They would not honor and tried to sell me a much more expensive package. My Sister and I are both really upset this has gone to waste. Money down the drain.
