All the trainers here are amazing but especially Coach Jasmine!! Training with her has gotten me results I’ve never experienced in my life. She makes me work hard and feel confident! Jasmine has true knowledge of the body and I feel safe lifting heavy weights with her. The space is motivating and devoid of people who aren’t at the gym to get stronger.

Went to the Fit Bruch Club and it was so fun! One of my girlfriends, Corey, invited me and I'm so happy she did. Workout was challenging and the vibe was on 10. Food was so yummy! Everyone was so inviting. I'll definitely be looking to come back.

Coach Carol is amazing! The workouts are challenging enough so you feel a burn, but not so hard that a beginner can’t do it. She gives you tips on how to correct your form without judgement. You definitely will work hard but it’s a lot of fun and it’s very intimate. If you don’t want to workout in front of others, you can do one on one. Overall, it’s a great place to workout and great experience!

I did the GLUTE CAMP with Carol and it was the most fun and motivating workout I’ve done in a long time! Carol brings such great energy, and the class was the perfect mix of challenging and enjoyable. My glutes were definitely feeling it in the best way! Highly recommend if you’re looking to tone, sweat, and actually have a good time doing it.

This is a Gem in the middle of downtown phoenix, which is ideal to get to from various parts of the valley. This is more than a gym but a community. You can get one on one training, small group, and larger groups. Community events galore… all of the trainers/coaches here are so nice and welcoming and can help you with your fitness needs! In addition, you can get meal prep, supplements, see a barber, an esthetician! Check them out you won’t regret it!

This is a great gym. I’m very happy that I decided to start my fitness journey at this gym. The staff members are very supportive.L The group classes are advanced, and the instructors are absolutely amazing and uplifting. They also have a 9 o’clock kids class that I love to take my kids to. This place is amazing! The vibes, the people and community. Everyone is there to uplift and there no wrong you can do. If you are looking for a place to be this is it. My favorite classes are on Monday with Coach BG Full Body , Wednesday Plyometrics now taught by Coach Juan , Mickey classes any of them will get you together especially Saturday Booty Camp Class. And last but not least Friday Night Light at 6pm. Either way all the classes are amazing!

Man, what a great workout! My first time here was an upper body session, which I usually don't like, but Brandon and his team really delivered an amazing circuit workout. I really enjoy working out here! Coach BG, Coach Micky and Coach Juan are all really incredible. They spend time to devote personal attention for each person during the group classes to ensure proper form and proper weight for improvement. I feel it’s a really nice community here. The classes I would say is suitable for all skill levels. It won’t be easy but being consistent here does generate amazing results. It’s been about two months for me, going on average 4 times a week, along with a healthier diet I’ve lost 10 lbs and I can visibly see changes in my physique.

Love this place. I’ve trained with Coach B for several years now. The flexibility he provides is a wide range, not only for fitness levels but scheduling alike. The facility encourages wellness all around and provides services from a nail specialist, two massage therapists who specialize in their craft, a holistic facial gal who left my skin glowing, and so much more. I’ve worked with Coach Juan for beginners boxing, the patience and technique is outstanding. I’ve been lucky to be stretched and educated by Trainer Ronnie to minimize sciatica pain.
