My family and I have been affiliated with USA Gymnastics since 2014, and a recent experience has been nothing short of deeply disappointing. The leadership demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism and fairness in their treatment of someone we care about. The behavior we witnessed was unacceptable and far below the standard we expected after more than a decade of involvement. After years of loyalty, it is incredibly disheartening to see how poorly the situation was handled. Because of this experience, we will not be giving USA Gymnastics our business ever again. We hope they seriously reevaluate their leadership and the way they treat the athletes, families, and coaches who trust them. A business should value employees that have been with them for years, it’s hard to find good employees that have only ever received positive reviews. Very disappointing.

I'm very disappointed right now in the leadership at this place. While I understand policies and guidelines are needed for every successful business . However when I questioned them regarding a situation that is not in the parent handbook or the program handbook that they offer. Instead of hearing me out and coming to a conclusion they decided to remove a 4-year-old from her class. Remind you again all I was seeking was information regarding a situation and that was not written clearly in their own policy in handbook. How is punishing a 4-year-old over a simple question the correct way to run a business. Unfortunately this is one of those situations where I may be going above even owner of the Gen. in hopes to get my daughter back enrolled in a program she loved

My child loves gymnastics the most, so I wanted her to continue doing it after moving to Arizona. That's why I registered her here. Before enrolling, we signed up for a free trial class. The front desk staff kindly explained everything and even gave us a $25 discount coupon to use when registering after the trial class. We enrolled in the Level 1 class at 3 PM, and the coach teaches my child gymnastics in a very detailed and caring way during class. Thanks to that, my child enjoys going to gymnastics class.

We've had a consistently great experience with USA Youth Fitness, and I want to take a moment to recognize Coach Sam, who runs the L2 TNT class on Saturdays at 9am.

My son Dylen can be shy and sometimes tough on himself, but Sam has a way of connecting with him that really stands out. She brings out his confidence and keeps him engaged — something we both really appreciate.

There was one moment in particular that stuck with me: Dylen did something unexpected during an exercise, and instead of correcting him in a harsh way, Sam calmly said, “Dylen, you can’t do that… because it scares me, and I didn’t know what you were going to do.” It was such a thoughtful approach — it helped him understand without feeling like he was in trouble.

We’re grateful Dylen gets to learn from someone who genuinely cares.

My wife and I looked at several gyms to get our kids involved in gymnastics and we found USA years ago. My 4 kiddos have gone to this gym for years now and have been overwhelmingly happy with the facility, experience and people. They have grown from boys/girls Level 1, up the ranks through pre-team, team and now into level 10. We continue to come to this gym because we love the coaches, different options my littlest is now involved in (tumbling, dance, recreation open gyms) and the family feeling we get. USA is a great place and have appreciated that our kids really enjoy it!

Sorry to say, but this gym is solely after your money and does not have the best interest of your child at heart. My wife and I enrolled our daughter into youth classes where they have been teaching her a routine for the upcoming dance recital. When attempting to register our daughter for the recital we were told it was full and that she could not participate. First off, why teach the children a dance recital that they may or may not be a part of. When explaining that the registration was full and thought it referred to ticket sales, we were still told our daughter could not participate. Maybe they should have scheduled 2 times to accommodate all children who have been practicing. After emailing back and forth with the manager for our daughters group, we accepted the fact our daughter who has been practicing and talking about her upcoming recital, was not going to be participating and moved on from it. Today we get an email stating that due to our dissatisfaction our daughter has been dropped from the class all together. We attempted to reach out to the instructor and owners but we're told they were in meetings all day long. After finally getting on the phone with the owner and expressing our feeling yet again, we were met with the response, "you'd be better off somewhere else." Just goes to show that although yes a buisness in the end, the focus is on keeping those around who keep quiet and keep paying. If you respect your child and their interest, do not bring your child to this gym. They do not have their priorities in order and don't expect them to make your child a priority.

Great place for gymnastics led by great instructors. My daughter loves going. She enjoys her coaches and her class mates. We have seen her awareness and strength grow through years of classes.

The parking lot sucks. Whether you are 15 minutes early or right on time, there is never enough parking. Parents often circle the parking lot to find a space. Today I saw people parking in the fire lane. While waiting to exit the parking lot, a group of staff came out and got in their front row parking.

Honestly this should be zero stars. This is a mediocre cheer gym at best. Almost all their wins are from manipulating the cheer schedule to ensure they rarely compete against other teams especially for the small youth teams. For $5500 a year, you and your athelet should demand alot better. Most D1 cheer gyms score 97 or higher. USA is lucky score 96. NEVER pay all fees up front for the year! The owner Sherry will NEVER give a refund even if you move out of State due to a job change. The gym does not have a parental contract. The fake moms run the show here and do the most childish things and create the trashyish looking special clothes that only certain moms get. It's like a bad episode of 90201 with "B" rated actors. If you believe your child is a hard worker and ready for the big time this gym will be a big waste of time and money. Please do your research and find a quality Cheer gym.

Update: Once again USA took low level teams to Summit in Florida (2024) and only one team from all their wild cards made it to the finals and than finished 12th out of 13 teams. However, parents were sold an idea that wild cards are okay and staying on Disney grounds is mandatory costing families an extra $1,000 dollars or more. Once again if your child is a hard worker and committed All Star Cheerleader please don't waste your money or your child's talents at this poorly ran gym.

Pros: The facility is new and nice. My kids enjoy going to class every week. The snack bar is convenient and very reasonably priced.
Cons: There is ZERO internet available. My AT&T and Verizon cellular data are on the “E” network. Their guest WiFi doesn’t work AT ALL. When I have to spend 2 hours there at a time, I could get a lot of work done if I could use my hot spot on my phone OR they could invest a tiny bit of money and get internet that actually works for their guests. It’s so frustrating!
Their pricing of the classes are a bit high. My kids haven’t advanced very much in the year we have been attending but that’s likely due to having at least a dozen (+) kids in each class.
The facility isn’t kept very clean and always smells horrible.
If there were more options available out here we likely wouldn’t attend but they are the only ones around in San Tan.

The faculty is great. Administrative people are very knowledgeable and get your kids in their classes. Coaches are fantastic they know my kids names and always have an upbeat attitude. Coach Chloe says hi to both of my daughters everytime she sees them, even though only my older daughter has been in her class over a year ago.

The 3 stars is for the owners of the facility. It is getting warmer and parents have been complaining about the heat. The a/c has still not been turned on. Yesterday was 78 in the viewing area and at least a couple of degrees warmer out on the floor. Please turn the a/c on.

I cannot say enought great things about about USA.. My daughter transferred there from another organization back in December and started in Level 1 but had the privilege the privilege of working with Coach Victoria. Coach Victoria quickly saw my daughter's abilities and I er the past couple months determined she belonged in Level 2. My daughter was so happy which makes me happy. Coach Victoria is amazing and if you get the opportunity to be at USA and have her as your child's Coach your lucky as great Coaches for little kiddos is hard to find. Thank you Coach Victoria and the entire USA staff, you have created a great experience and we are happy to recommend USA!

Very expensive, they change their rates all the time, we had to pull teeth to get them to level up my child, my child didn't want to attend after for a while due to her coach being mean, they hire teenagers to be coach's and they change often, I'm looking into a new gym so my child will get the progress they need and it's not breaking the bank.

It is a really fun place but I have one complaint about the employee "Decland" I think is his name. The story is that my friend was on the rope and on the mats, so Decland was taking out a mat, and my friend was on it and she fell because he flipped the mat over and she hurt her head. The second thing is she was on a rope, and he swung people well he started to swing her, and then she screamed she ran away... I asked what happened, and she told me that he squished her fingers, unable to move them, so I walked to him and asked if he could apologize, and he "did" he said "she was a dear and he was the bear." LIKE WHAT THE HECK?!?! That's not okay. She was fine after like 30 minutes, but I will never forget this l. I hope the manager "Joey" sees this, and I hope Decland gets punished for his actions.

We've been coming here for quite some time. My son enjoys it, but despite us bringing him twice per week, there's zero progress. His "coaches" have changed multiple times. Each time it's just a moody teenager who seems like they don't even want to be there. They have the kids do the same thing EVERYDAY with no variation. No wonder there is zero progress. Very expensive to not be getting anywhere.

They also just started playing music in the seating area for the parents and I find it extremely off putting. Even if I put in headphones, I can still hear it. I don't want to listen to music while I'm waiting, it's really unpleasant. It's now so loud with the mix of terrible country music and noise from people that I literally could not sit in there another minute and had to sit outside. Shut the music off.

Perfect example of a business too big that forgot what it was like to have a heart. My daughter was a new member and went to go to open gym with a friend, come to find out you have to register ahead of time so they turned 2 little sad kids away. Knowing that not 100% of people who register show up I asked if we could wait and take the spot of those who don’t show up and still flat out no from Sarah. They didn’t explain the process properly to a new customer, so instead of making it known from there it was just no explanation other than “it’s our policy.”
The coaches all look very unhappy to be there. They also have too many little kids per coach so it’s easy for your young ones to get hurt since the coach can only help one kid at a time.
When I tried to cancel at the facility they turned me away and said it had to be done on the computer instead of being helpful.
Poorly ran overall, more just for making money and no good customer service.

We have been coming to USA gymnastics in bith locations for 3 years. Been at the QC location for over a year. They do a good job with the kids and there are alot of options for classes. The coaches are really good. However my constructive criticism is that they could do a much better job of keeping their facilities clean. Dust all over every surface and in every corner. Crumbs all over the floors. Bathrooms are always dirty. The facility smells very bad.

Our two little girls really like this gym, one is 3 & one is 6. Lots of class times which makes accommodating two gymnasts great. We have had a few different coaches and we really like them all. Coach Ryleigh, Coach Brooke & Coach Chloe are all super awesome, friendly and great with the littles kids. Ryleigh has helped my six-year old increase her skills significantly in the past few months.

The gym has nice equipment and is well maintained and clean.

My only critique is that it gets a bit overwhelming and noisy when the gym fills up. Understandable with so many people, but we try to choose earlier classes to avoid the mass of people.

My daughter rejoined after taking some time off to heal an injury. I told them about the issues w her muscles and they played the part of nice guy for her introductory class and then I took her to the third class and they were not only mean they made fun of her because her cart wheel was off and she was stiff. The one coach actually told her she looked like an old lady and sad. My daughter cried because she embarrassed her in front of everyone. I demanded a refund and filed a complaint. I am giving 2 stars because there are some good coaches, however the management is terrible. The building is dirty and not clean. The bathrooms are constantly filthy, trash over flowing, toilets dirty, they had to take the faucet handles off the hot water side because of scolding hot water, and the water is still overly hot for kids. The front entryway to the building is full of trash, spilled soda and gum. There are only enough seats and tables for 30 parents but always an extra 20-30 parents standing around. The tables and chairs are filthy, the walls are full of footmarks and chewed gum and food.
They are more about money and signing more kids up then the quality of skill and service. They are just trying to pay for their new building, which is effecting our children and the learning of gymnastics.
The front desk is not helpful or inviting, they are NOT honest with the kid to coach ratio. My child has gone there for a year and we have had to switch up her classes and days 5 times just so she can get something out of the classes, I took the advice of the staff and was let down every time. The only good thing is the private 30 minute class that you pay cash to the coach for that session.
In Arizona there are a lot options to chose from, I would definitely GO ELSEWHERE!

Today the line was drawn when they didn't even noticed a 5 yr old had walked out of her class(too many kids, coach didn't notice, front desk DIDN'T NOTICE)
She was outside for 15 plus minutes until I brought her back in. She was 5 years old crying, that situation could have been bad.

I withdrew my child and will be going elsewhere away from the unsupervised , chaotic, just drop your kid off free for all day dirty daycare they call USA YOUTH FITNESS CENTER

I am still cheering with the Champions (the special needs cheer team), and we had our first competition on December 4th!!!
We won, and we got a huge trophy!

Thanks to this place, I have became one of the best cheerleaders on the team, and they are teaching me fancy jumps (like spinning in the air, doing the splits in the air, and a Herkey jump), and a double somersault.
Our uniforms are AMAZING, and I have made many friends on this team!

I just had a party for my 6 year old daughter Gisele, and it went smoothly thanks to Amy and Natalia who did an amazing job. They handled everything and I was amazed how professional they were. The only thing I feel that could have been better was the amount of time allotted to set up and take down the party. Although, I must say Amy and Natalia were quite organized, very patient and were a HUGE help with that part as well.

My kids love this place. Great organized outlet for all that energy and well kept facility. They cover all ages, set in a group setting, and very reasonable in price. My daughter has been in gymnastics for over 5 months, and she can’t do one thing by herself yet.. very frustrating to pay so much money, just so she can have fun and socialize.
The coach is very nice but let’s the kids get away with sloppy work. We also have to YouTube what a handstand looks like (and a cartwheel, etc) because the coach hasn’t demonstrated them. I’m in the process to finding a better place so my daughter can be successful.

Our kids love going to gymnastics here. They have such convenient class times that we have four kids of different ages and they were are all able to go during the same hour on the same day! I love it!! Our boys instructor Connor is simply amazing! He works so well with kids I have been so impressed that a boy of his age can be so good instructing children. Request Connor if you have boys attending class!! Everyone is super friendly and it has even been a great place to find friendly mom friends. We've been going here for years. Just love the level of instruction. We have really seen improvement in my kids' skills. They have a variety of classes including gymnastics, tumbling and cheer. It's family owned and run and you can tell they really care about their customers.

We have been going to the USA Youth Fitness Center in Queen Creek for over two years now. My 3 kiddos absolutely LOVE coming here! They have learned so much from their coaches in terms of how hardwork, dedication, and commitment produces results, builds work ethic, and promotes teamwork! My kiddos all started at the intro classes and are now members of the Xcel, FXT, and JO teams! USA Youth Fitness Center rocks!!

Well we had five kids ready to go and we go there and it was closed and it wasn't even on the website! It was a tinted sign on the door you couldn't even see. All I could see was the disappointment in people faces

My oldest daughter went to the Gilbert gym for many years, she was also on the cheer team until she went to college. She also was a coach. Now my youngest daughter goes to the queen creek campus and she loves it
