It is becoming increasingly clear that our community gym no longer meets the needs of Verrado residents. The facility is often overcrowded, creating an uncomfortable and inefficient environment. As nearby master-planned communities invest in more advanced amenities, it's essential that our HOA re-evaluate our offerings. An upgrade to our fitness and pool facilities would not only greatly benefit the community but also align with the expectations of residents and the value of our homes.

This is such a great space and I've lived here for 5 years and I've never walked up and seen my gym. We recently decided to go and it has been very great. The equipment is really great and there's a lot of room.
