I've had "trainers" in the past but usually resulted in injuries or prolonged recovery times, Kristoff will ensure that you perfect your form and body maintenance beforehand. Such an amazing and knowledgeable person! Made me feel very welcome and broke everything down super easy to understand. Very fun environment while still challenging! Kristof made sure I understood form and why I was doing each movement as well as giving me a plan when we’re weren’t working together! I started training with VWP over two years ago to improve my overall health and lose some weight I had been slowly gaining. I didn’t want to focus on getting to a certain number on the scale but rather feel better in my own skin and overall mindset.
Since starting with VWP I’ve seen amazing results and greatly improved my strength. Kristoff makes every workout challenging but extremely fun which is one of the main reasons I continue to train with him.

I’ve known Kristoff for many moons and have trained with him on and off over the years. It’s been nice because he is able to adapt workouts to what I need, including my # of days I was available to actually train, sports I’m playing, etc. I have one program I’ve always been able to fall back on from probably 8 years ago that still gets me great results as soon as I start on it.
