Updating my review because I feel its important to acknowledge that they went above and beyond to hear my concerns and made it right... Stacy one of the owners reached out personally and was so kind and Stephanie is the best coach there is! Im so glad I gave them another chance no one is perfect and although we had a rocky first experience, Stacy and Stephanie made it clear based on their actions that is not what they value for their gym.

I started reaching out to woodlands months ago inquiring pricing on a stunt clinic, I was looking at a total cost to see if it would be something that my daughter's cheer team would be interested in. The initial response was timely but then as I provided the information on what I was looking for the coach I was communicating with stopped responding after I asked for the cost. I followed up with multiple emails expressing my interest and still to this day have not gotten a response. My daughter then was interested in tumbling and I saw that they offered private sessions so I booked one not realizing that I booked with the same coach that stopped responding to my previous emails. The day before her private we ended up getting canceled by the coach due to a scheduling conflict the coach text me directly to inform me and asked if I would like to reschedule which I replied yes and gave my availability to which i received no response. I was able to secure another appointment online for the following week and this time the appointment was kept by the coach we met with him and her first session she seemed comfortable with this coach and wanted to continue ( i will not name names because although the communication sucks he is a good coach) so I booked a series of appointments for the remainder of the month of which all by 3 were canceled by the coach last minute with no availability to reschedule. I discussed with my daughter what she wanted to do and she wanted to try a new coach so we schedule with someone else and surprise surprise we got canceled the same day of our appointment. They have a lack of respect for time. We hoped it would work out because we have seen such talent in the coaches but I guess if your not one of their elite cheerleaders then to them your time and efforts are less important. Due to the lack of communication and respect for time I will be looking into other gyms. Hopefully they take this as something they can work on for other athletes they encounter in the future

Moving from Canada a few years ago, cheer was never on our radar for our girls until we got here and tried it out. Seeing this All Star gym open up nearby made us venture a little more into the cheer world and it seemed a lot more professional than where we were at prior, so we jumped in.

After a full season has gone by, I can't even put into the proper words how blessed we feel to have our girls here. There were some very unexpected and incredibly uncomfortable moments early on. The way the coaches and ownership handled every challenge throughout the year was better than I could have imagined. Every single person in a position of leadership at WEAZ is full of heart, utilize common sense and above all are not afraid to make the tough decisions for the greater good.

Couldn't be happier to have this as our girls second home. We are truly blessed. Thank you so much Coaches and Owners!

Never thought I would be a cheer mom, but here I am. This gym has made us feel very welcomed being newbies. The owners, front desk staff and coaches are all amazing. I couldn’t be more grateful for the first season my daughter had. She learned so much!!

Love love love Woodlands Elite! So many great people from the owners to the athletes to the coaches! Super family vibe! Beautiful facility and the siblings corner is a life saver! They know what they’re doing 💯!!!!!

Editing to add that my daughter also had her 6th birthday here and everything was amazing!!! Top notch and my daughter loved it!!! I kept hearing every kid say it was the best day ever! 🫶

Our kiddo had an amazing time at their first open gym! It is refreshing to be at a brand new facility that is well run and HUGE!

Glad that they are here and we’ll be back for private lessons and group training along with the open mat nights.
