Moorea has been an amazing trainer! I started going to her with the intention of doing a powerlifting competition. She helped me so much to gain strength and has been really amazing at keeping things interesting and changing things up. Now I am pregnant and still working with Moorea. Every week has been an adventure and has new challenges but she has been there every step of the way. I have been so grateful for her through this process. She has shown great flexibility in the workout plan to accommodate how my body is changing with my pregnancy.

From the moment I started training with Moorea, I felt supported, seen, and genuinely pushed to be my best. She’s not just someone who throws workouts at you—she tailors everything to your goals, energy, and lifestyle. And somehow still manages to hype you up while kicking your butt at the same time. 😅

She’s helped me gain strength, confidence, and discipline—not just physically, but mentally too. One of my goals was to do an unassisted pull-up, and in just a few months of training with her, I’m doing several!

A big issue I’ve had with working out has always been chronic lower back pain. Moorea constantly works with me to find ways to manage it, and since training with her, my daily pain level has definitely decreased.

I’ll be honest—I don’t love working out. I do it because I have to, not because I want to. Especially as I approach a new decade (60—yikes!), my body seems to have a mind of its own, and Mother Nature has a wicked sense of humor.

Moorea somehow makes it manageable, motivating, and (dare I say) enjoyable.

She pushes me in all the right ways and gets me doing things I would never attempt on my own—300-pound leg presses? Heck no! And yet... here I am doing them.

I recently had a consultation with Moorea regarding my goals as a "hybrid" athlete, and walked away with a plethora of valuable insights on how to tweak my training program to maximize both strength and endurance adaptations.

Given that my past training focus has primarily been on aerobic endurance, I wanted some guidance on maximizing strength gains while continuing to expand my aerobic capabilities. Moorea not only provided detailed input from a physiological perspective, but also highlighted the value of doing workouts that provide some fun/stress relief.

I feel far more confident in attacking this year's training goals with the knowledge I gained from Moorea. I highly recommend her!

My pre-teen daughter and I both train with Moorea and the experience has been nothing but amazing.

I first started working with Moorea a couple of years ago by having her train my daughter for one hour per week. This relationship lasted about two years (until very recently when she wanted to do other teenage things). It was such a positive experience for my kid in so many ways. It improved her self confidence immensely. And she was so proud of what she accomplished under Moorea's guidance.

As for me, I had been doing DIY training for years. But my progress was very slow, and I was fighting injury all the time. I cannot understate - INJURED ALL THE TIME. It was this cycle of 4-6 good weeks and then 2-3 off weeks. So I started training with Moorea just 8 months ago or so.

In that 8 months, my 1 rep max for bench, squat, and deadlift have all improved dramatically. AND NO INJURIES!! Today I hit 300lbs on a slingshot bench press, which makes me really proud. 8 months ago, I would have never imagined this.

FWIW, I'm 56 years old and 225lbs. I ain't a big guy. So to hit this heavy weight while staying healthy is amazing to me.

I don't know what Moorea's voodoo is, but I always tell her "keep doing what you're doing, because it's working!"

Nothing but good things to say! Decided I wanted to compete in Powerlifting. I was strong with no purpose. Moorea came highly recommended. I see why now! Took time to understand my goals and current fitness level.

I’m an online client. I saw some big gains in Moorea’s 12-Week program, and since moving into custom programming, has helped focus on & build up “problem areas” while still building strength. Moorea is extremely knowledgeable of the body and overall fitness, and has been a great resource. The check ins in custom programming have helped to resolve any speed bumps in training.

When I found Moorea I noticed after first workout she was completely different than any trainer I’ve had before. I’ve had about 12 trainers in my years, but Moorea hands down is the best I’ve ever had. She will methodically watch your form, analyzing everything about your physiology and build you up and make you feel stronger. I could workout for 2 hours in the gym, do 30 mins of cardio, do a HIIT workout and it doesn’t even come close. Not only does she care, you can tell that this was her calling. She strives for you to get the best results in the time that’s comfortable for you! I have personally felt my strength increase 4-5x my initial start date. I’m sure you’d expect to hear that, but I’m 6’6” 320lbs of corn fed country boy. I thought I had quite a good base to start. Now… it’s a night and day difference! 10/10 I couldn’t recommend enough!

Moorea is extremely knowledgeable, personable, passionate, and committed to helping you achieve your goals. Whatever they may be.

At the start of the year, I was prepping for a Powerlifting meet, and I reached out to Moorea about being my coach/handler for the meet in April. Without any hesitation, she agreed. She reached out to me when the date got closer, and we went over certain cues, things to look for, numbers for each attempt, and anything else I could possibly need. With a plan set in place, I felt very confident about going into the meet.

Literally, there is only one word for how the meet went and how I performed: Amazing! And I could not have done it without Moorea. Her instinct and decision-calling was incredibly spot on for each attempt, and I hit all my lifts. I went 9/9 for my first meet back after taking two years off. I was having a great day, and it could have been an easy call to go heavier on some attempts and risk missing the lift, but Moorea was very calculated in choosing the attempts and I hit them all. Just an wonderful day and experience.

Again, I am so incredibly thankful that I reached out to Moorea. There is no doubt in my mind that I would have done that good without her there.
