Yoga studio in Phoenix offering a variety of classes, including Vinyasa, Yin, Breath-work, Sound Baths, Dharma Talks and more. We are centrally located off the I-51 and Lincoln in Paradise Valley near Arcadia, Biltmore, Scottsdale, Tempe and Central Phoenix. Our instructors are experienced. Our studio space is light, airy and clean. The atmosphere is energetic, comfortable and fun.

Such a great space!! Kaitlin and Seth are the best. Love there sessions!! Such a welcoming community too! If you have not tried yoga before I would say start here. If you have done yoga for years I would say join them, so much knowledge and kindness with Kaitlin, Seth and there team!
