Yoga Revolution teachers make me showing up to my mat a whole experience in itself.

I'm guided throughout my whole practice on my breathing, mental state & of course minor adjustments on holding a pose-down to the detail of where my pinky toe should be (& it makes a difference). These yogis are so talented in their art of creating flow to each new movement & make sure these transitions are clearly understood to EVERYONE in the studio, no matter what level.

I leave every class having learned a new flow, challenged myself mentally & physically (only because I wanted to) & a better person because of the state I'm put in while in the studio.

I recommend this studio to everyone & anyone I know because of their open arms & acceptance of any yogi-new or old.

Being from out of town and not yoga experienced, I was hoping to find a friendly studio with a variety of classes so my coworkers and I wouldn’t stand out like sore thumbs. Highly recommend Yoga Revolution! Every class we’ve taken has been easy to follow but appropriately challenging, and the instructors are so nice! Definitely make a point to stop by if you’re coming through Flagstaff :)

This studio has heart and soul and a vibrant personality to match. Yoga Revolution is my home away from home. I love that the owners truly practice the philosophy behind yoga and it resonates all throughout the studio. The studio is built around the idea of inclusivity. You feel welcome when you walk through the doors and experience their funky, laidback, relaxed atmosphere. Their classes are accessible for all levels, offering modifications and variations so you’re challenged whether it’s your first time, or your hundredth time on the mat. They have a variety of different classes on the schedule from vinyasa flow, to Buti, to restorative yin, guided by knowledgeable and supportive teachers, so there is something for everyone. I don't quite know how to express my love for Yoga Rev. I found this studio while trying to connect to Buti Yoga again after moving from Denver. To be honest, yoga has always seemed ego based and uncomfortable to me. Which is why I found myself loving barre and eventually becoming a barre instructor. It wasn't until then that I realized how much yoga was a part of my barre practice. I began to become interested in spending more time with yoga but again was not comfortable at any of the studios I had tried.

That all changed when I walked into Yoga Revolution. It felt comfortable and welcoming immediately. The lay out of the studio, the friendly faces behind the desk, the instructor of that buti class, everything resonated with me immediately. So I came back for more buti, then some yin, and eventually some flow! Things I never thought held much interest for me, now enrich my life so much. So much so that barre has taken a backseat.

This studio offers expertise, support, healing, and space for anyone to come and comfortably step into yoga and see what it's all about. They also inspire that practice to continue to grow. Dave and Staci have their hearts invested in their studio and the people who walk through their doors. Know that you're in wonderful hands.

I was traveling across country, moving from LA to Atlanta and after I got to Flagstaff, AZ, 7 hours of driving later, my hips and shoulders were in so much pain. I walked into the Yoga Revolution Studio and immediately knew I was in a safe space. My whole body felt like it took a deep breath. I had the honor of taking a class led by the owner, Dave. Dave not only creates a class where students can bring their whole selves into their practice, but also has that uncommon gift of holding space for his students to allow them to meet themselves on their mats. He took the time to provide intentional and helpful adjustments and share his healing energy with every single student in the class. I hope I have the chance to cross paths with this amazing studio and Dave again along my life journey. The pain in my hips and shoulders is gone and I feel ready for another day of driving tomorrow. I am forever grateful.

Awesome place to learn and grow and do yoga.
Whether you are in town for a short while or a local, this place is worth trying.
One of the only places in town where you will find Buti yoga, which is a combination of West African Dance, Plyometrics, and Hip Hop with yoga.
Also quite a few yin classes on the schedule, and a meditation class.
They have special deals for locals.
There is also beautiful handcrafted jewelry and malas in the lobby from local artists.
Yoga Rev has been a game changer for me - on and off the mat.

I initially went to Yoga Rev for the Saturday night recovery yoga, but quickly found it a place I wanted to practice regularly-the teachers are amazing, the energy of the studio is one of love, compassion and “grow, baby, grow” and every time I walk out of the studio, I am more wholly myself, more able to move through the world the way I want to. I highly recommend this studio and it’s wonderful teachers to yogis of every level.

Tonight was First experience of ever doing Yin Yoga in Flagstaff Az. I have only previously done random unstructured drop in classes at cliche resort type atmospheres. My previous exposure of yoga classes left me with a unsure of attitude of what to expect in a Private Yoga Studio and even If could handle it. I get intimidated easy in classes and Yogis (that is what I believe they like to be called) can be very Intense energy people. But I had the privilege to meet Staci Martin and Dave Wiegman when they opened up Yoga Revolution Flagstaff, ever since I met them you can tell they are genuine warm hearted people that like seeing other people be happy.
The class tonight was very chill. The space that they have created is very modern and welcoming. As being a total amateur to yoga I found the class Not intimidating at all and at times I’d get lost or misposed the instructor was quick to help reposition you with comfort.
I recommend everyone give it a try if it intrigues you the slightest!

I initially choose this studio out of a long list of options because of their streamline and attractive webpage, as well as easy to access schedule and booking. Upon arriving to my first class I was greeted with kind vibes and smiles from the practitioners. The loby is very welcoming, but I was instantly taken aback when I entered their practice space! In my opinion one of the most engaging spaces I have practiced in, and I have been in many studios. After this exciting first impression, the instructor kept right on with the flow! I left feeling that good LIFTED noodly feeling, with a big smile on my face :) I would highly recommend giving this place a visit! Personally, I can not wait to return!
