I’ve been doing yoga for 20 years and Yoga’s Arc is hands down the best yoga studio I have worked with. I’ve been both a patron of classes offered and a student of their yoga teacher trainings, and the quality of yoga they bring is unmatched. Yogas Arc makes yoga accessible to everyone, not just the super flexible people who are already yogis.
Their teacher trainings are also top notch, teaching you how to teach to any person at any level, how to be extremely sensitive to vulnerable populations and peoples, how to teach in any situation, and how to decide which type of yoga will benefit the client, and WHY those styles benefit the individual. And the teacher mentoring is unmatched. I highly recommend checking them out if you have any desire to bring relaxation and mindfulness to your location/situation or are looking for a teacher training program.

Yoga’s Arc yoga training brought me to places within myself I didn’t know existed. Not only did I learn the art of yoga and its correct modalities I learned that my own strengths and abilities are deeper than I imagined. I love spreading the knowledge and love of yoga with others now.

Challenging, but fulfilling experience. If you feel your teaching and personal practice has become dull and filled with cobwebs…I highly recommend Yoga’s Arc trainings to help you polish it up and dust it off.
Welcoming and supportive environment that definitely stretched me outside my comfort zone. This experience was well worth the time and investment it took to complete it.

This company and those involved with running this company have absolutely blown me away with their dedication and love for this practice and bringing it to ALL people. When I think of Yoga's Arc I think "all are welcome here" it is a great community and they offer excellent classes. I am currently in the 300 hour YTT with YA, and it has been the best decision I have made in my yoga career thus far. The knowledge, skill base, and scope of their information on yoga as a whole is admirable and I strive for this level of knowledge. I love Yoga's Arc and everyone involved. If you are interested in taking a class, i HIGHLY recommend you try it out with them! Thank you for all you do YA.

As a yoga teacher of almost 15 years, I love the mission of Yoga’s Arc to bring accessible yoga into communities across Arizona. When I teach a Yoga’s Arc class, I get so much in return from the students, some of whom are in a challenging phase of life. Yoga has been a key part of my own healing journey, so I feel especially grateful to be able to bring the practice to others. I also recently completed Yoga’s Arc’s advanced, trauma-sensitive yoga teacher training (300 hours), which I highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I attended a Yin Yoga class at The Cellar in Ahwatukee this past weekend. Kary, one of Yoga's Arc co-founders, was the class instructor and Robert, the other co-founder was the equipment facilitator and social coordinator. The class started on time, was very well organized and very well attended. I think 17 yogis were in attendance. We enjoyed the practice immensely and further enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine and social gathering that followed the session.
Yoga's Arc mobile yoga classes are a great way to meet some new people and enjoy a well-taught yoga practice. I highly recommend it from both a social as well as healthful standpoint.

I scheduled a modified yoga class due to family and friend's physical limitations. We got the best instructor who conducted beginning chair yoga for us. At first it did not seem like we worked out until I felt it later. It was a great class, instructor was on time and Yoga's Arc was very easy to work with and schedule our class. I would highly recommend them for any and all levels.

I had gone to a few yoga in the parks & fell in love with this group. You can tell that they select their teachers with care & I love that they have classes available everywhere! I enjoyed it so much that when they opened up a YTT program and I discovered that a few of my favorite teachers were leading it with Kary, I decided to forgo the school I was going to attend and join their team. Absolutely no regrets, I actually am incredibly thankful that I found this group and that this was my journey because I am learning so much more than I would have learned otherwise.
I graduate in May and highly recommend this program to everyone (as well as any yoga class you plan to attend). They are taking the time to teach teachers how to teach yoga for every body type and how to offer suggestions to those with an injury.
They are changing the game and putting the time and effort into training dedicated people and making yoga a healing practice again while making it accessible for everyone regardless of where you are currently at.

Yoga's Arc is a gift. They bring yoga to you in a manner that you are most comfortable with. Be it in a private lesson, a group class or Zoom. Some of my favorite yogini's are part of Yoga's Arc. When I moved to Lake Havasu i was super sad that I would not be able to attend the varied classes offered through Yoga's Arc but guess what? With Zoom I feel like I am in the class even though the instructor is 300+ miles a way. Love these folks!

" I enjoy the Thursday Relaxation Yoga with Kary as it challenges my flexibility while relieving arthritis pain. It also aids in my relaxation and quality of sleep. I think the duration of the class (45 minutes) is perfect and I can continue the resting in my own home"

I’m super excited for your Virtual Yoga Program! It forces me to take a break from my schedule for myself. I enjoy the flexibility of your YouTube Channel, but with the affordable drop-in rate you have for these classes, it makes me pay to commit! I am all set up with my calendar notification reminders haha! Thank you Yoga’s Arc for holding me accountable to be there and ready to practice!

I am so honored to have met Kary teaching a yoga class over 5 years ago. She has a unique way of teaching/explaining each and every yoga pose. Always checking around the room to be sure every student is practicing with all the props needed.
Fast forward to the Covid quarantine. Kary was generous enough to allow us to take classes with her online. She kept me company, every afternoon watching Yoga's arc videos really helped me keep my sanity!
I love the birds chirping in the background, it reminds me of afternoons when I would sit with my mom birdwatching.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
You are th B-E-S-T!!❤

People enjoy taking yoga classes where yoga instructors are hands on and help students navigate through all the different poses This is exactly what we love most about Yogas Arc Instructors. They are interactive and focused on making sure everyone feels comfortable.

I took my first yoga class from Kary several years ago. I hadn’t done yoga before but had been hearing of its benefits. Kary was the right person to be teaching! She was amazing at putting me at ease. From coaching in poses to even discreetly telling me I didn’t meet to wear my shoes! She’s an incredible person and an extraordinary yoga instructor, I am so glad she spread her wings and created Yoga's Arc!

“Thank you for putting this Nidra script together. I had a stressful day yesterday and couldn't sleep.
I got myself comfortable with my eye pillow and blanket and other props.
You were able to get me into the zone. I am feeling refreshed.
This was something familiar that helped to soothe me during this challenging time. I appreciate you.”

By the time that I retired, like many of us I found that I had several aches and pains. My legs ached so bad that I could hardly walk, my hands were constantly giving me problems, and I had a pain in my tail-bone that ran from my feet to my shoulder. I realized that I had to do something about this, and didn’t feel that traditional medicine had done much for me, so I tried yoga.
At first, I couldn’t do much. But as time went on, and with the help of my instructor, I found that I could hold the poses longer and longer. But the more important part was that I found that my pain has almost gone away.
Now I can let more knowledgeable people explain why I feel this relief, for me the only important thing is that it has helped me immensely.

I struggled with chronic pain for years before yoga. I had seen chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and family practice doctors but none of them were able to find a solution for my pain. Then one day, in 2015, I stumbled upon a yin class by accident. I was hesitant to stay for the class, as I felt yin would be “too slow” for me, but quickly found out it would actually change my life! The poses we worked on alleviated my back pain almost immediately, increased blood flow to my stagnant areas, and resulted in the aches and chronic inflammation subsiding day by day. I became a passionate believer in the benefits of yin and have stayed dedicated to practicing three times per week for the past five years. I am happy to say I am still pain free and I preach the benefits of yin to everyone, including my husband, who now regularly practices with me.

I first came to yoga after giving birth to my third child in 3 years. I was reluctantly exercising and struggling with postpartum depression, so I took a random yoga class just as an excuse to put my kids in the gym's child care and have an hour to myself. Little did I know that this random yoga class was being taught by the amazing Kary Sinkule, who was about to change my life forever. Kary brought me back to life, and challenged me to push myself while believing that I actually could do what she was asking me to do. She emphasized proper form, which gave me such an important foundation for my yoga practice. She taught me about my breath and body, in ways that have resulted in ongoing health as I no longer get sick as often as i used to. Perhaps most importantly, however, is that she turned our yoga class into an encouraging community of women, who celebrated each other's accomplishments. When I first successfully accomplished a challenging yoga pose, everyone clapped for me. This is the type of community that Kary fostered, a rare group of women who cheered each other on, rather than compete and tear down. She is by far my favorite yoga teacher, as she uses her vast knowledge to build up her students in kindness, rather than intimidate with how much she knows. She empathizes with her students and makes you feel like she is one of you, not perfect but still learning. This is such a rare gift and her many students have been so blessed by not only her knowledge, but even more so the humility with which she holds that knowledge.

Here is your testimonial:
"Yoga’s Arc, you are brilliant! (But you already know that!) I did a couple of the videos last week and feel as though I've reconnected to the Yoga for Wellness Program at CrossFit. My hope is to SLOWLY, GRADUALLY try some of the ashtanga moves. Good luck to all of you and thank you for finding a way to bring yoga to us during this crisis." Yoga’s Arc owner and instructor, Kary SInkule, brings her dedication and commitment to every YOGA class whether in the studio, during one of her community-based functions or teaching remotely online. Her patience and passionate instruction would be appreciated by a novice yoga “newbie” or seasoned yogi veteran. Whether you are interested in personalized one-on-one instruction or participating in an online or live group activity, I would highly recommend Yoga’s Arc. Namaste!
