Can't call the location as the number posted is no longer in service, and the 1-800 will simply redirect you to a local club. This is not a bad Youfit Health Club location. You will find some great folks working the front counter at these health clubs. If I am not mistaken these places are some of the cheapest if not the cheapest gyms to attend in town. So go head and beat the summer heat and head on into this place.

the worst gym I have ever joined! I have been struggling for over a year already trying to get training classes for which I never received they took my money for nothing in return ! the person I got my training classes to quit without saying anything not that he does but youfit does! I went and spoke to the "manager " to help me with my problems she basically told me to call corporate I ask her whats the number she said I had to email them ...imagine how frustrating as a customer that is , i never received any classes every time i would call the manager would act as if she didn't know what was going on they had me back and forth and I finally had it ! and decided to quit this is in march and well today I have the surprising news that no my membership was never canceled when I know I had called and gone in person to get my membership canceled meaning that I still owe them. I seriously don't know what to do they took my money from training classes that I never received and still took 300 dollars extra because of the way their system works thanks to capital one I was able to get 150 back because again to get refunds I had to email corporate all I'm saying is find another gym I seriously never had a problem with planet fitness nor eos I seriously regret switching to youfit the manager and the service seriously sucks at least for this gym in particular I know i ain't the only person that this has happened too I never received the training classes nor the money I never got my membership canceled I didn't even want to get my classes or my money back I just didn't want to be associated with this gym and I still didn't get that . DONT EVER JOIN SAVE YO0UR MONEY ! INVEST IN A BETTER GYM THIS GYM IS NOT WORTH IT !!!!

I am a fit 81 year old woman. I joined Youfit to use the recumbent bicycles for cardio and the Express Circuit for the full body workout. There are always people using the Express machines who are not doing the circuit. Today a man was on the same Express Circuit machine for the time it took me to do two circuits (at least 20 minutes). He spent a lot of time between reps just sitting and listening to whatever was on his earphones. I complained to the young man who I assume is the manager and he told me that there was a similar machine in the other part of the facility. I told him I should not be the one to have to find another machine outside of the Express Circuit. I believe he should have educated the man as to the rules of the Express Circuit. One of the machines in the circuit requires a strap. The strap was missing today and I told the "manager" that there was no strap. He again didn't move from behind the desk but told me to look at other machines to find one, which I did. I have never seen any of your employees leave the desk area.

The gym is always super clean, the employees are welcoming and never seem rude, and even when the place is busy it’s never too packed where it makes you feel like you can’t do your workout. Best gym I’ve ever been too. And green and purple are my favorite colors lol.

Visiting AZ for the week and decided to check this location out. I worked out every morning for an hour and this is my experience: many of the machines were broken and dirty. And the front desk boy didn’t really seem like he cared ....about just about anything besides his phone. They also held classes in a side room which made the foam rollers inaccessible when I needed them. And the locker room was small.

Update: well, it has been a month and the same clueless (but cute) boy is operating the front desk, and the machines are still broken. I walked in yesterday and nobody was at the desk so I just strolled I’m in and got on a broken treadmill. Took me three treadmills to get a good one. This Youfit is being downgraded from a humble 2 stars to a dastardly 1.

I have been going to this gym for several years but the past months there is always issues.. 1. Bathroom always dirty 2. They always close the cash registers 1h early so if I want to buy a water ect they just say sorry the register is close... that’s extremely stupid!!

all I have to say is the staffs here are super wonderful but the opening hour is super unprofessional. They said that the club don't open on time, I came at 5:30 am hoping to get a little work out but almost 7:00am the doors still lock. No one there to open the door. If your time is value please join other club. The reason I stay here because it's 3 minutes from my home. Don't waste your money at this club if you expected their business to be professional as they claim to be. The sign say 5am to 12am but almost 7:0am and the door still closed. Bad business.

I've had a positive experience at this gym. However, one of this gym's lacking points is that they only have one squat rack. I usually have to wait a long time to use the squat rack and it also drive me crazy when there are people who are using the squat rack to do barbell curls. I don't really like using the smith machines because I prefer free weight work outs. I also feel like the AC in the gym could be a bit more cooler in the summer days. Overall this gym is pretty great. Never had a problem other than what I mentioned above.

I have had my membership about 2 months (maybe 3) and have only gone to work out once. I went in last night a few minutes shy of 9 P.M to cancel my membership because I don't have the time, when I initially walked in the two men at the customer service desk seemed eager to help me. I believe it was Austin who approached me, but as soon as I told him I was there to cancel he didn't even say anything he walked away and I could hear him asking the other guy to do it and they were arguing over who should do it and the other employee all of a sudden had something to do and didn't want to cancel my membership when he was just standing there, and continued to stand there when Austin came back to finally get it done. How rude and unprofessional is that? They assumed I was signing up and assumed they were getting a commission off me, but once they found out I was cancelling neither of them seemed interested in assisting me. Whichever two employees were working yesterday 5/18/17 shift at 9 P.M were very unprofessional, Youfit should seriously reconsider who they have representing there company. Besides them, the gym is okay. Never too many people, pretty clean but on the downside not many machines.

Hi my name is Filiberto lechuga, I have a weight problem. In January of 2016 I decided to take control of my weight. I joined YouFit in hope of getting help with my problem. My goal was to lose at least a 100 pounds so I decided to try out a personal trainer. So I spoke to E.K. a personal trainer on 35th Avenue and Bethany Home Youfit in Phoenix Arizona.after he explained that I had 3 free sessions when you sign up as a member. We agreed on a specific schedule with 4 prepaid personal trainer sessions,so he assigned me Cam as a personal trainer . Our first 2 session were good and on time.
Cam failed to show up to our third session,so while I was at the gym a called him and rescheduled.
We agreed the following day .which was completed.
Then again he failed on the fourth set session. He said he was not able to be there due to personal issues. At that point I decided to speak to E.K. about my concern. He assured me that he would take over the sessions as my personal trainer.
1st. Session was good. 2nd was once again rescheduled. I was done! Frustrated and not seeing the results I was needing. I spoke to an employee at the help desk and told him that I wanted to cancel my membership.
He said I'm sorry about that . I was so mad I walked out. To make matters worst a week later I received a notice from my bank statement shown a withdraw of $600 for a personal training fees for 1 month. In which it never agreed to it had already filled out a cancellation form.
Now they are saying I owe $2300.
That is crazy! I need someone to contact me and erase this issue.
Does anyone know of an honest gym in which they won't take advantage of us.

This gym is dishonest they say 10 a month but make you you get the 19.99 then you downgrade to the 10.00 amonth then they charge you 10.00 fee then they didnt even downgrade it find out they didnt charge my monthly fee just so they can say your late and charge you a late fee its all about extra fee s later so you never be paying 10.00 a month or 19.99 a month its all about ripping you off someway or some how . i would not recomend youfit its a scam because so far i paid 70.00 for two months which i canceled 20 days early and didnt bother with second month becsuse 70.00 for 40 days ripoff all the way.they make it sound cheap but in realality its more then you think.
