Zac and his team create personalized, engaging workouts that keep me motivated all week—both in my solo training and during our sessions. I’m always excited when battle ropes, sled push/pull, and boxing make the list!

Zac himself is the perfect hype man and is invested in every single client’s success. He’s incredibly sweet, experienced, and brings such a positive energy to an otherwise vigorous session. He custom builds your workout plans and nutrition to whatever specific goals you may have, and has tons of free client-only events and outings to supplement your fitness (yoga, hikes, bootcamps). They have amazing additional amenities at the gym, and in-session workouts are crafted meticulously to push you to that next level.
It’s not just a private gym, he’s built an entire community around his passion and it’s truly something special. I’ve never seen or heard of a private gym that’s as all-inclusive and personal like this. .

Zac and his team have really created something special at ZacFit. Not only do they genuinely care about each person’s individual fitness journey, but they foster a community atmosphere where members support and encourage each other (and have fun!). This is most evident at Kaylee’s Saturday morning boot camp. In addition, Zac is always open to new ways to enhance members’ experiences (he just added a sauna, cold plunge, free snacks, etc). I joined ZacFit in mid-January 2025. I’m not a fan of big, chain gyms, and I didn’t like the vibe in them. I was looking for a studio setting with a personal trainer, and ZacFit is exactly what I needed. I had already lost a lot of weight before joining ZacFit. My first goal was to build muscle and trim some fat, and I’m doing great so far!
It’s only been a month, but it’s been working wonders. I think it’s because of Zac and his team, and the program they’ve put together for me. They make sure I’m on track to achieve my goals. Along with the in-person training sessions, ZacFit created non-session workouts, daily macro food and nutrition goals, and even a fun Bootcamp every week. They also surprise their clients with fun challenges and extra events like Yoga classes. The ZacFit app is amazing too. It lets me record my daily activities, nutrition, and so much more. It’s packed with useful information, it also lets me hold ZacFit accountable. They can hold me accountable too, which is great.
All the tools, goals, and accountability are top-notch. It’ll really keep you motivated to work hard and achieve your goals. What I didn’t expect to find in this environment was the energy, camaraderie and community. The other members I’ve met are all amazing, friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. You can’t go wrong by choosing ZacFit.

I started with Zacfit in Nov 2023 and it has been one of the most positive gym experiences I've ever had. His enthusiasm is infectious and his dedication to his clients is first rate. Everyone is greeted with a smile and excitement, setting the tone for an effective workout.
Zac has assembled a fantastic team to work with him. I've worked with 4 of his trainers (along with Zac) and they all share his vision. They are sympathetic, encouraging and ready to help you meet your goals. But they do not go easy on you. They want you to work and you do! And strangely enough, they leave you wanting to workout more after your session is over.
Having a group boot camp available on the weekends allows for more interaction between " 'fitters" and creates a great sense of community while also giving you a great workout to start your weekend.
I'm extremely happy I took a chance and started with Zacfit. If you're wondering if you should start with him and his team, schedule a consultation! You'll be hooked for sure!

I have been going to Zacfit for a year and a half. Zac and every trainer I have had are really nice and motivating. Zacfit always gives me new types of workouts so I never get bored. Helpful nutrition advice and never makes you feel bad when you mess up a week (or more!). They listen to your needs and modify workouts as needed. Great stretching tips too. I’ve been training at ZacFit since mid January this year once a week and It’s been a great experience with Zac, and his team.
Everyone is friendly and professional. I feel so comfortable working out in a place where they meet you where you are at, but also know how to help push you to meet your goals.
The LGBTQA friendly atmosphere was a major reason for me joining this gym, since regular gyms have always been intimidating to me.
I also appreciate the online workouts Zac sends me to do at home to keep you on track till the next session. The sessions are always something to look forward too, although they push you, you’ll always have a good time, a good laugh and feel accomplished afterwards.

Ok, so…I was previously very skeptical of personal trainers. Most of my experiences had been limited to “a complimentary session when you join our gym.” But, my partner had been going to a trainer that he loved, so he decided to treat me to a month of training with his coach. I agreed to give it a try and had a consultation with Zac.
I was a lil’ nervous but Zac put me at ease immediately. He is soOo warm, friendly and enthusiastic about healthy-living! We discussed goals, nutrition and workout plan. At our next session, we did a brief mobility assessment and he prescribed me a set warmup/stretching routine. Then the fun began!
I did once-a-week workouts w Zac & he prescribed workouts for me to do at my local gym that were fun & challenging. These workouts are scale-able and approachable. (He sends you links to videos if you’re not familiar with the movements).
So…after 1 month (almost to the day), I’ve lost 10 pounds & a little over 2% body fat! I am soOo stoked and excited with the progress we have made together. Zac has been super-supportive and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish in the future!

I got hooked up with Jake right before the start of the pandemic and, one year later, I feel freaking awesome. He creates a truly safe and fun and judgement free place to learn how to make my body feel like it’s never felt before. “Safe/fun/judgement free” are words bounced around a lot by trainers and gyms, but that was NEVER my experience and I carried a lot of trauma about working out and being in tune and understanding of my body. Absolutely outstanding service with real results!. I just moved to Arizona from Boston amid a two month spell of dieting and needed a place to continue my nutritional and fitness based goals. I came to zacfit for only two months and when i went back to Boston for christmas none of my friends or family could recognize me. They all said I looked like a different person. I trained with Jake and Zac as well as working with Zac on nutrition and not only are they clearly professionals with a solid background, they are overall great, personable, professional, and overall kind guys who clearly care about their clients and are an overall fun presence to be around. Other gyms in the past wouldn't really even take seriously my goals of just trying to look better instead of becoming like an athete, but right from my first conversation with zac he listened clearly to everything I was truly desiring without any appearance of judgement and helped create my regiment that would help me achieve the actual goals I was seeking rather than some ego-centric idea of what he felt was best. He of course gave his professional advice on what would be most healthy and would never let me steer down a path of danger, but overall this was only in the effort to help me still achieve what I came there for. All that being said he to my knowledge is more than capable of training for athletic purposes too if that is indeed what your looking for. He is the only gym I've tried in the area and will probably be the last because I can't imagine it gets better. Huge thanks to Jake and Zac for all they have helped me accomplish!

Hey Y'all, if you're looking for a great gym and great trainer, check out ZacFit. I've done one on one personal training with Zack and he is very knowledgeable, his workouts are EFFECTIVE, and he gives great positive motivation. Zac doesn't see his role as just a once or twice a week appointment but instead communicates with his clients daily by sending workout reminders, meal plans, and is available for any questions that may come up.
