Cannon’s ability to meticulously analyze the human body and direct body building with love is one of the most powerful qualities I’ve ever had the honor of witnessing. I love 10 Fitness!! The staff and trainers are all super friendly, the manager knows me by name. The Level 10 classes are challenging and invigorating, but you still get moments of rest in between. If you start to feel ill or need to take a moment, they don't make you feel guilty about it and just want to make sure that you're safe and okay. They offer great rates, a variety of exercises and equipment, it's clean, and the staff is very caring. Love this gym!

came to this location twice now, first time i had the basic membership and was new to things so i didn’t know it didn’t include the free weight squats racks, and i will admit thats a user error on my part, came back the second time but upgraded my membership to premium this time around to access those rooms, scanned in at the front just for it to say im still a basic member (membership department said it will be approved and good to go on Monday being today) surprise i still cannot scan in to the free weight room, receiving a text message “Hi, 10 Fitness here! I see that you are having trouble accessing which requires a Premium membership or better. Would you like assistance to upgrade your membership?” no actually i would like access to what i pay for, but still not to worried about it ill just go up to the front and have an employee help me out, waited 10-15 minutes for an employee to come assist (he had been there prior talking to some girls but never came back when i was up there) ended up leaving hoping the salem location does a better job.

The fees are ridiculous and aggravating to deal with. You have to pay extra money to open an account, and I was also charged $80 for canceling my plan. I moved back to Mississippi (where there is not a ten fitness near by), and sent photo proof of my address. I was still charged and had to call and send a different form of proof and I’m still waiting on my money. A week after I cancelled my membership there was another charge take out of my account for a normal payment. I called and they said “it is stated in the contract charges may happen within two weeks of cancellation.” It has been very frustrating to say the least. Also if you cancel a plan, they do not allow you to open that plan back up like other places. Instead you have to create a new one. I will say the gym is very nice with nice equipment, but 70% of the time it is packed and hard to get to equipment wanted/needed.

It’s a great place to workout. It’s accessible 24 hours a day. Plenty of equipment and space (individual workouts) for members. It thing keeping it from being the number one gym is it doesn’t have saunas. I keep a membership at another gym just for that purpose. They could quadruple their membership if they did.

10Fitness is an excellent place to work out and improve health. The gym itself is clean and well provisioned with a separate women’s area for those who prefer it.
The staff is diverse and prepared to coach everyone from old folks trying to keep up with grandkids (ahem! I qualify!) to all you young, buff guys and gals who want to get into bodybuilding. Without exception, the staff is knowledgeable and personable. Please come try us out!

I really enjoy this gym because it’s always quiet and I get to access the weights due to the gym being a bit smaller and not having many people at the times I attend.the staff are always nice and friendly as well! I unfortunately will have to find another gym that can allow children to go because my son is interested in going with me. I went in to let the staff know that I would be cancelling and was told it was an 80 cancellation fee since I was I hadn’t finished my year long contract.. I was never made aware of a year long contract when I signed up or about a cancellation fee. However, the fee is fine I just would’ve like to have know that I was signing for a year when I went in with intentions to only do weekly payments as this works better for me. I may come back in the future due to the convenience but I’m not sure as of yet!

10 fitness doesn’t disappoint. I just purchased a membership after being in active for 8 years. Travis was so helpful polite and professional and answered all my questions. The gym has had some major improvements since when I went years ago and they offer hiit classes which is amazing. All updated equipment. Ill raise the star level when they fix some issues hear. Feel like they just don't care. Had it happened a few times where I try to tan it doesn't turn on than when I try to scan again it says one use per user or whatever. One of the massage chairs is slightly broken. I can never pay anything with app on the machine. Nearly every treadmill is broke. Man fix this. There are other gyms here in conway. It's carelessness that ticks me off.. the place is always clean people are nice here. Just fix these issues and I'll delete this review. Feel like that's the only way it might get resolved. I been with 10 fitness for over 10+ years. It has changed quite a bit from 2012 but for the good of course. They are only missing a sauna and possibly a pool. Conway only have one gym with both and Conway Regional is not that good of a gym in my opinion. If 10 can get a sauna, it would definitely surpass every gym in Conway. Other than that, I love the staff and cleanliness of the gym. Keep it up

When I started my account here, I was told that it was a roughly $50 charge to open the account and $14/per week. What I was NOT made aware of when filling out the paperwork, was that this would be a YEAR LONG CONTRACT. That I was from then on, obligated to pay the full amount for the year, or an outrageous $80 cancelation fee. This company has nice facilities 100%, but it is far from worth that amount of money, or being stuck in a year long contract. What’s worse, you have to pay extra to be able to visit multiple locations. It’s not planet fitness where you can go to any one of their thousands of locations when paying such high amounts, you pick one and have to go there. My recommendation? Go to planet fitness. $25/month for unlimited access to all their gyms with the same yearly fee. (btw they will send debt collectors if you change your card information and forget to swap it on your app)

The front door consistently has issues with entering the facility. The bathrooms are consistently filthy. The treadmills are dated and do not work well. The facility has different rooms for training, but entering the rooms is often a challenge due to bar code malfunctions. I would never recommend this facility. One star is one too many.

Cancelled my membership same day! Literally joined online and a hour later got a call from Dillon to schedule me with a personal trainer! I advised that I was already insecure and have anxiety did not want to meet with a personal trainer. He stated that he would still put me down for my on boarding. I shortly after get a text confirming my appointment with a personal trainer. I called back and stated again I did not want to meet with anyone I just want my access code and to do my own thing. He assured me that it’s not what is going on and just come by to get my onboarding. I show up early because again all I want is my access code and to do my own thing because I have used 10 fitness before. He advised I had to wait for the personal trainer for my set appointment before getting my access code. I’m beyond frustrated at this point literally started having a anxiety attack I just left and canceled my membership!

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. My son was treated horribly because he is young and African American. When he scanned himself in they were breaking their necks to check up on who he was. The very next day, me a middle aged white woman, walked right in and never even scanned to check in. Nobody ever checked to see who I was or if I even belonged there. My son was treated horribly and embarrassed in front of his friends. He accidentally scanned my barcode and they sent me an email after already calling me telling me how wrong he was and that they were going to cancel my membership if it was done again they made a huge deal out of an accident.The managers name is Derek Howell. Edit**** And as you can see they are avoiding the "racial profiling". These claims are false by the owner and based on this response...I will be perusing this issue further

Horrible customer service and questionable practices........... I wanted to get a tour and some cost information at the Salem Road location. The signage on the front of the Salem Road location is extremely poor. If your not a member, you must call the 800 number and schedule a tour. I did not know that this location isn't staffed. I asked if someone could give me a tour and I was told 10 fitness doesn't give tours of that location. Now that seemed strange to me. Amy told me that she would contact her manager and get back to me. She hasn't contacted me since ( which has been over a week). Corporate support person was extremely rude and no help. I left Brent as message and he hasn't return my call. I wouldn't do business with 10 fitness to save my life. What is this $43 fee for? Asked about any additional fees and Amy wasn't really sure. What happened to good customer service and being transparent? Apparently 10 fitness on Salem Road has something to hide. I'll find another gym to join.

Started going to this gym because they actually offered the real Les Mills “body pump” classes, even drove 30 minutes each way as only gym that has it. Now they no longer do Les Mills Body Pump, they do “pump time”. So I started going to the Cardio Cinema, that has been a fail, went at 9:30am, no movie was playing so I called to ask him d they can play a movie. Waited 20 minutes, staring at the blank screen, called them back, they were waiting on for call from Corporate. 30 minutes and still no cinema, so left. Was disappointed as I drive an hour total and services not rendered.

Awesome gym!!! I got my start in fitness at 10 fitness in Conway all the way back in 2010. The gym has come a loooong way since then, with tons of upgrades in equipment and expansion in gym space. They even have childcare!!! Best of all, they have some of the best trainers in town; make an appointment and boon Jacob or Chryssie if you want to get in the best shape of your life!!

You guys taking away the women’s workout room and replacing with a smaller version was outright disrespectful to women. Women like myself are already self conscious about working out in the first place. The old workout room was soo spacious and had mirrors, I was so comfortable. The new room is too small, everything is crunch together, which when it’s crowded forces me to go out to the open workout area where I am not comfortable.

The fitness center itself is clean and well maintained, but my issue is with the employees and policy. I joined last month, and I thought I made it clear that I wanted the lower basic membership. There are 3 payment tiers, and I was signed up to the highest tier. I have no need for that. Once I explained the situation, I was told I have to pay a downgrade fee. I was like, why do I have to pay extra for something that shouldn't have happened in the first place?

This facility finds ways to nickel and dime members. There's even an 8$ fee for holding open the front door for someone. Also the company is persistent in requesting bank account info to set up autopay, when I have a debit card that works just as well, and there's certain criteria one must do to cancel monthly memberships. Either unethical or incompetent. That 10$ a month to join banner in front of the building is a foot in the door tactic. My review still stands.

I’ve been a member for a few years. I used to love this place. Unfortunately, they have recently downsized the women’s room and removed the mirrors. Removing the mirrors has been an inconvenience for me. I enjoyed being able to check my posture and see myself workout. I have the premium membership but I do not enjoy going in the premium room due to the smell and it usually being full of men. However, there are mirrors in the premium room.

After an unfortunate interaction regarding a misgendering and some errors regarding my membership cancelation, a gentleman from the corporate office actually reached out to me personally to apologize and make sure my fees were taken care of, as well as to ensure my satisfaction.
