Cleanliness: 10/10 staff are always cleaning during staffed hours and I have seen them cleaning outside of those hours and on Holidays. Sanitizer wipes located all throughout the gym as well! Bathrooms are so important to me and I’m consistently impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom/locker rooms.
Equipment: Well taken care of, constantly upgrading as well! My husband is a competitive powerlifter who has everything he needs, and we can work out alongside each other in the same gym! Love that!!
Atmosphere: Very welcoming, staff and other members are friendly! Any issues are quickly addressed personally by the owners who work in the gym on a regular basis. I have met so many new friends through the boot camp classes and childcare! It’s great meeting other moms who work out!
Pricing: Basic and Premium memberships so you can choose what you pay! Super competitive pricing compared to other gyms who offer similar equipment and extras like tanning, sauna, massage chairs, free classes, etc. Childcare is $10/month/child which is crazy affordable and my kids look forward to our afternoon gym time!

They have plenty of exercise equipment, many rooms, friendly staff, friendly patrons, it's super clean, they have meal plans, an awesome daycare (seriously, the staff and little ones are always laughing and having a good time), some high tech body scan equipment, saunas, showers, lockers, and it smells nice! (How you make a gym smell nice I have no idea! But it's super impressive!). This gym is wonderful and I highly recommend!

I honestly am hesitant to talk about my gym because I’d like to keep it to myself but in all seriousness I love 365 fitness. I’ve been a member for almost 18 months now and I went hard for the first 3 months and then got super busy with work and just started going back a couple months ago at my fattest and most self conscious but… everyone has welcomed me with open arms. I get fist bumps from the biggest guys in the gym every body hypes you up and it is the best part of my day! I’m setting goals and 365 is helping me crush it and feel confident again!

This gym has very dishonest and shady business practices! They have hidden fees and charge your account well above what they say they are charging and when you ask them what the deal is, they lie and say they only charged you for one thing and when you point out they charged you for something else, they start making excuses and point out hidden fees! We joined mid December and at the time, their site DID say that there was no sign up fee, but when we went in to sign up, they said that that was only for the 6 month commitment, not the month to month, but when I confirmed that their site DOES say there is no sign up fee for EVERY plan, they said that we weren't charged the sign up fee and we were only charged the annual membership fee (the hidden fee that they don't tell you about), but when we explained to them that we were charged for BOTH the sign up fee AND the annual fee, they backtracked what they had originally said (that we weren't charged the sign up fee because they have been running that promotion since December....which is when we signed up and saw that the fee was NOT charged for any plan!) and said that we signed up BEFORE the promotional "zero sign up fee" was being offered...Again, this is NOT what was told to us earlier the same day we inquired! We've only been with this gym for 30 days and we've already been charged $222 for their most basic plan which doesn't include child care, sauna, etc. Just the basic gym membership...$222 in ONE MONTH??? Absolutely ridiculous! Save yourself the money and the trouble and go elsewhere! This isn't how you do business!!!

What an awesome environment! Very helping and friendly people! The sauna is amazing and they have a body Scanning Machine! My wife says the classes they have are inspiring and she goes just for the classes most times. tldr; A fantastic gym for a budget price

I was given a couple trial workouts and I am very impressed. So impressed i wanted to write a review.

Pros:
-kind staff that is eager to help
-a wide variety of clean, well maintained and up to date machines
-cheap (6 month plan has no initiation fee with a monthly payment of $22

Cons:
-dumbbells were not in order (this is not the staff's fault and seems to be common among conway's gyms. honestly might just be a pet peeve of mine)

To the owner/management,
I hope your return on invested capital is high. You deserve my business.

This is exactly the kind of experience every gym should strive for. This is the best gym in Conway, and the prices are very reasonable. I do not usually go when staff is there, so they were accommodating when I wanted to decrease my membership level as the massage chair is not available unless someone is there. I love the variety of equipment here and the availability to come at any time of the day. I used to be a member of Planet Fitness and am so happy to have switched to here.

The best gym in Conway. I have attended several gyms in the area, and this is by far my top recommendation. They offer classes most days of the week at times spanning from early morning to evening. The culture is very friendly and motivating. It is a very clean gym. Yet, it still hits that "nitty-and-gritty" workout feel that I enjoy.

I went out of the state for a month and I called to cancel my membership. The girl told me that she couldn’t cancel my membership over the phone. I didn’t think anything of it. I assumed that the membership would have automatically been canceled. I recently moved and got a new cell number. Today I get a letter saying that I owe $160 to the gym from a credit collector. My membership was month by month and they told me that I could cancel whenever I wanted to. All I can say is wow. Don’t give this gym your time or money. They put no money into this place. Everything is run down and space is cramped.

I was unhappy with the gym I was going to and reached out to one of the owners of 365. I came into the gym, was shown the facility, met some of the staff there at the time and then joined. I have been a member there since 2015. I absolutely love it. The suana is a great addition! I have worked out with Shana for almost 2 years. Ryan, Anthony, Shana, Brooke, Chance and the other staff are always willing to help or answer questions. At first I was a little intimidated being an overweight female in a gym with alot of extremely fit individuals but that didn't last long. I truly do love this gym and so thankful I joined!!!!

Small and crowded. Cardio room locked up basically when ever there wasn't a class in it. So it's more or less unavailable. They had a good amount of free weights, however that is where the crowded comes into play. Some of the staff were very helpful and inviting ;the majority of the staff were very standoffish and unapproachable. The biggest complaint that I have, is that they advertise month to month contract however when you wish to cancel it it does not matter if you are in the middle of the month you have already paid for at the beginning or near the end; it will charge you for a whole other month are you request to cancel your membership regardless if you want to go another month or not. If so do not inform you of this it is in the fine print of your contract so if you're wanting to go make sure you know a month in advance when you are going to end your membership for you will be charged again.

365 Fitness is a much better facility than Xtreme Fitness! Ryan and Anthony are professionals and they show it by keeping the facility and its equipment clean while offering one of the largest free-weight areas in central Arkansas. The child care they provide has allowed me to workout uninterrupted, which is a plus! The staff is courteous and friendly! Plenty of TV's so you can still catch the latest news and sports. I can say having worked out under both management styles (Xtreme and 365 Fitness) that the environment is much better and the experience is worth the membership. I've made new friends since returning in March 2012 and have managed to get into much better shape while doing so! Thanks 365 Fitness for doing it right!
