5th Element HIIT Studio is a local small group training studio, aimed to bring out the best version of yourself in every session. All sessions will be a HIIT format with a number of stations focusing on strength and conditioning. Whether you're at the start of your fitness journey or have an experienced level of fitness, our goal is to help individuals better themselves mentally and physically. combining both elements to make workouts challenging and fun.

I’ve been working out here for a few months now, and I love this place! The classes are always different, the coaches are wonderful, the music is bumpin’ and I always feel better mentally and physically after a class. 10/10!
Edited to add: I’ve been here for almost a year now and still loving it. The workouts are challenging in the best way, and I love the small class format.

Coach Al & Jamie are two of my favorite trainers. They both use different style workout methods that are very effective. After joining over 6 months ago, I have not only lost 7lbs and kept it off but motivated and excited to go to workout with them each day. 10/10 recommend working out with them in this small group setting.

This is the best place I’ve ever gone to workout at! The staff and members are amazing. Al is one of the best fitness instructors you could ever have. Jami is so inspiring and intentional. If you are in NWA area, you need to come here!

Can’t recommend 5th Element enough! The class size is small so that the instructors can pay attention to and correct everyone’s form if needed. Feels super personalized! The exercises are safe and challenging. I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to coaches like Al and Jami. Get in here!!

Love this place! Everyone is so kind and encouraging. There’s a certain level of accountability that automatically comes with small classes (8-10 people). The gym is always clean, the music is on point, and the workouts are all different so it’s not boring. If you’re looking for a fun place to grow in your fitness journey, meet new people, and be challenged (in the best way) 5th has a place for you. The owner, Al, offers a free trial class if you’re on the fence!

All the perks of having a personal trainer at under $150/mo vs $150 a session! Al and Jamie are great. Smaller space, but the equipment and the workouts they do with them are such a dynamic workout. I have worked out at orange theory and cycle studios and have always gotten fatigued by the monotony of the workouts. These are different every time and you get some awesome results!

I would recommend this studio to anyone! Coach Al and Coach Jami are amazing and make the gym a fun, motivating environment. Each workout is different but challenging and I have seen amazing results since I have started. Each class is a small group which I love because you get more 1-on-1 training with the coaches and you’re not overlooked. You go at whatever pace is best for you which is one of the reasons I love this gym. Everyone that comes is so friendly and welcoming and I’ve made some great friends because of 5th element!

By far one of the best gyms I've been too! I love how no two workouts are the same and Al and Jamie push you to do your best every single class, super motivating. They also always make sure your form is correct which helps so much and makes me more confident in what I am doing. Highly would recommend this workout facility to any person.

Cannot recommend this gym enough or Coach Al enough! The workouts are always different and always challenging. Coach Al makes you feel comfortable and can adapt each workout to your fitness level. I’ve never felt more motivated, encouraged, or welcomed in a gym! After a few weeks at 5th element, I felt stronger and more in shape than ever. Al has also given me the skill set to effectively work out on my own when I can’t be in a 5th element class. Drop in for a work out, you won’t regret it!
