This is THEE best gym out of all possible options because they’re open 24/7! I chose this gym because I’m going through withdrawals and mental health issues including anxiety, so if I’m having anxiety induced panic attacks at night- I can go to the gym anytime. That gives me such peace of mind! Planet fitness and others close at 9pm. That was a deal breaker for me.
And honestly, the staff here is so encouraging and has helped my confidence. I love my trainer Morgan, she made me swoll the first session! She taught me new lessons and I feel addicted to going now! Thank you Kade for encouraging everyone to just show up and try their best! Also it’s very clean and always smells fresh in there!

This gym is always clean, the staff is always helpful, machines are always oiled up & safe, and the weights are always heavy. Great environment to get and stay in shape.

Facility is clean and there were only about 3 people there around noon time. They also have some equipment I haven’t seen in the Texarkana Anytimes. Only complaint was there was no soap in the bathroom and it’s a little small with no dedicated deadlift/power clean area

Be careful when u sigh up. They don't tell you that I a year if you want to end membership you have to do it by a certain day or they will continue to take money over and over again.. good look having a clean break with your contract. The lady I spoke to was not helpful I talked to her on several occasions and we FINALLY came to something. I'm watching my bank account to make sure they don't take anymore money. I have been paying wayyyy over my year it was very difficult.
