Just joined anytime fitness the location in little rock the lady at the location was very nice but did not inform me that since I was on a trail I couldn't use any other locations which is fine she probably forgot to tell me any way went to this location in Bryant to work out before I went to work since I am working in Benton for the next 4wks thought I would go work out before work nope not today I got literally looked at and treated horrible by the lady there I'm assuming she is the manager she barely let me in the door as I was a criminal or something ma'am I just wanted to work out that's all Instead of seen what was going on with the key phobe all she was doing was question why this and that ma'am I know I am African American but I am not the average I was very respectful towards you and you treated me like the crap you walk on sorry for bothering you at this location

Pretty clean gym. Maybe one of every machine. There is a dog that’s loose & constantly running through out gym wanting to play with maybe its owner but kind of in the way of potentials & members trying to workout. Seems friendly but not for me.

Someone wearing an Anytime shirt kind of stopped me asking me questions. One was, “are you going to come here again.” Uh, maybe. Nice gym, super clean. As someone who doesn’t care that much for animals, having a dog around isn’t what I would do.

I was greeted by the owner at the door with "what can I do for you?" That was weird... I explained that we ( me, my husband & daughter) are new to the area and looking for a gym closer to us. She looked me up and down several times and said I guess I'll show you around the gym. Honestly, I had checked out at that point and really should have left. I absolutely would not patronize this place with an owner who was not welcoming at all. Nothing amazing, basic equipment.

Went by around 2pm to look around. The door was locked so I rang the doorbell. Even though people were inside no one came to the door. I looked in the window and saw someone working out so I knocked on the door a few times and no one ever came to the door so I just left. Lost a possible membership. They don’t seem to care if anyone signs up or not.

I love this gym, Lynn the owner is super friendly and helpful! The gym and bathroom are very clean. They have the Evolt scale which really helps you know where you are on you weigh loss or fitness journey.

Location is extremely clean. Didn’t have a good experience signing up; the owner asked why I wanted to join her gym and why I didn’t choose planet fitness. Not sure if had anything with me joining through A&F Direct or something else, didn’t feel welcomed. Will continue to workout here because of the 24/7 access.
