Our Mgr Ms. J was great. We've been gym surfing for almost a year because of my ptsd and the comfort of my wife while she works out. The bigger gyms are the least clean. This is our first experience with AF, and I like the small home gym environment. The security is great, the privacy in the personal areas with doors, no gym has when getting a massage. Overall it just feels right.

I live in this area 6 months for work, and have used this gym for over a year. Today when I swiped my card for the Hydro massage it didn’t work and asked for code so I asked the trainer for assistance. He suggested that maybe that was an add-on and he would have the manager call me, said he didn’t know what the policy was. I get it, he’s not the boss but he acted very inconvenienced by me approaching him. And now I’m just waiting for a call that she obviously doesn’t know about 😂

The friendly and welcoming manager, Jenna, very efficiently processed my enrollment forms after I signed up online. The same day I was able to come in and received a key fob (to access the gym) and later that evening I was able to start my first workout. The gym itself has all the amenities you would look for in a gym, from cardio to weightlifting, plus it's kept clean and the machines are well maintained. I would recommend to anyone searching for a cozy gym home!

Would give zero stars if I could. Location makes it difficult to freeze and unfreeze memberships and charges unreasonable fees for freezing a membership.

But the Coup de grâce was had a former anytime employee commit felony theft against me-not only did the staff never follow up with me about it first but another employee had gaul to blame me for this happening when telling me the employee was in jail. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience. They will swoon you into joining and then harrass you for personal training sessions day by day. Also not a great place for females to work out as they do not have staff 24/7 and the men WILL try to hit on you. They say they have cameras but I’m pretty sure they do not work because they refuse to acknowledge the constant harassment I faced At least 30% of the equipment doesn’t work. Waste of money. I immediately felt uncomfortable and they continued to charge my card even after my card expired they went in and months later charged me for excess. All the while they are emailing and calling on a daily. I lost over $600 from this place!!!!!! stay away!!

It’s worthless, no decent equipment that you can’t buy yourself. Nothing is professional grade equipment, nothing at all. For example, essentially same treadmill I bought from seers 10 years ago. If you sign up, you cannot quit without paying off your membership. So please don’t join in the first place if you value your money.

How the location charged me was unfair and bordered on theft. I was put in a on year contract and charged over $60 A MONTH just to workout. I did not knowingly sign up for any amenities. I tried to dispute it but was told by the lady who managed it that was my contract, so I fulfilled my obligation. At the end of the contract I called and explained I would not want to enter into another membership and was told I would have to come in to sign a non-renewal form which I did. The lady managing it then told me my account, in their system was in perpetuity and had no end date. She had never seen an account that had no end date. She assured me it would be taken care of but this morning I awoke to find they charged me again, another $61! It has evolved from trickery and deceit during a membership to plain old theft because they have my bank account information. Please give me my money back!

The best Anytime Fitness I been to. While on my road trip I stopped by to get in a quick workout. Last time I came to this location was 4 years and they expanded a whole section for free weights since then. I love how they have sections for cardio, strength, functional training, and free weights. It’s clean and bonus they also have a couple of tanning beds. The only thing that gives me hesitation is that there are only two restrooms so I don’t know how it is during peak times. Great gym overall

Friendliest and most welcoming experience of any anytime fitness this #vanlife #snowbirder visited while traveling across the country in 2020. We camped out one night in the parking lot, showered and worked out in the gym the next morning. Even with COVID going on we felt super safe and everyone was very friendly. Chase the manager recommended we hike Pinnacle Mountain State Park, which we did and we were treated to a spectacular view at sunset! All in all it was a pretty perfect day. Would definitely plan to return and highly recommend.

I travel for work and often times hotel gyms are too small for a decent workout. I contacted Anytime Fitness Little Rock and the owner met me the day I arrived in town for a 5 day conference. He gave me a tour of the facility and the amenities. It was extremely clean and not too busy. One unique aspect is the CrossFit set up in the back. Most gyms are either or. This gym gives you a traditional set up in front and the CrossFit option in the back.

There was one day that I went that it was pretty busy, of course around 5:30 pm. Even when busy, the gym goers were pleasant and not overly possessive of equipment or the apparatuses.

My only hesitation for 5 stars is based upon the lack of locker room (there are bathrooms with a shower and cubbies but no locker rooms) and the cleaning materials for machines are a bit low quality. If the paper towels were a bit better quality or if they had racks to place spray bottles it would be less awkward. Right now there are only about three for the main room and they are sat on the trash cans. Just an awkward placement and more are needed. The paper towels break through and don’t seem to clean sweat up very well. I’m kind of a germ guy and so it was a thing for me.

That being said, I had a very good experience there and even with my apprehension, it still looked very clean and I have no major complaints.
