Everything was clean and put in order. There was cleaning chemicals and towelletes to clean machines after being used. Restrooms are clean. Showers too.

Nice clean gym! Located right off 40. The equipment and bathrooms were clean/maintained as well. They provide spray bottles and wet wipes.

Paid 20 months on a 2 year contract. Took an injury at the gym and sent a doctors letter to their address. They “claim” they never received it. Easy for them to just throw it away and charge you anyways considering mail is the only way they accept the doctors letter. The facility is not worth the money. Save your money or go to a better gym that the manager doesn’t neglect you as a customer.

I've only been on a tour there. But, what I saw was impressive. Staff was kind & knowledgeable & eager to meer my needs as a 68 yrs old, handicap able, senior citizen. The ONLY thing missing is a pool for water aerobics

Though the gym is small it has all the basic needs to get in a good quality workout. The showers and bathroom were clean and well stocked. I just wished they had bumper plates to get in some Olympic lifts.

I would not suggest using this place. The people they have now are nice which keeps this review from a 1 star. I got a membership at this place in 2017. I ended up not being able to afford a membership at one point after I signed up for a membership. I went to cancel and after cancelation these people told me that I would not have to worry about money being taken out of my account. It turns out that they were taking money anyway after confirming my cancellation and I found out before my trip to Italy. So I could not even stop money from being taken out because I was on a 2 year membership that I was not even aware of. I went to Italy for a few months and was able to cancel after providing my address there. Without the trip, they still would have taken money out of my account. I would recommend not using this place unless you are committed to a full 2 years of gym membership. I feel ripped off from this place and will not be going back.

manager kristy called me today. then hung up on me halfway through our phone call. not professional. i signed up in August, ended up moving out of state a month later, they wont let me cancel. kristy lied to me to get me to sign up. she'll say anything to lock you in, make small talk, pretend to be your friend and neighbor. she doesn't know much about fitness which was suprising. drink water and excersise she'll tell you with enthusiasm. while happily stealing your money. dont worry if you move or join the military theyll happily remove your membership was what i was told to get me to join. now kristy tells me "you should have read your membership agreement you idiot!" she emailed me today asking for my new number so i provided it. she calls me to berate me and make me feel stupid. she doesnt know that hateful bullying lead me to obesity in my past. i didnt know she would yell at me or i wouldnt have taken her call. the call progresses im still confused why she told me if i moved they could remove my membership and now her story is different. she doesnt like my tone and slams the phone hanging up on me. im left feeling sad, discouraged and in great need of a cheeseburger to calm my nerves. hopefully this review saves at least one person from heartache.
