The gym is small and is just cramped up. I was at the back doing some presses and could literally smell someone eating mcdonald's in the back office. I honestly think they need to take out some of the benches and ass atleast a plate loaded chest/lat pully machine.

Hoyt is the man! Personal training with him has been perfect for my naturally shy (at first) personality. Not only does he truly live and breath fitness, he listens to my needs and wants and always comes up with an approachable yet aggressive plan of action that really makes me feel heard as a sensitive female client. Also his overall infectious positive/encouraging attitude permeates the entire gym anytime he is there! Good hire :)

I've found a gym like no other!! For over 5 years I've searched to find a gym to call home! From the first moment I walked into this gym I knew this would be the gym for me!! Is this as clean as a pre-op surgery gallery? No. Did it have endless rows of the latest gimmicky machines? No. Does it have pristine new equipment that shows no sign of wear and tear? No.

Does any of that matter? Absolutely not. This gym has character, charm, and all the tried and tested weights/ machines that you need (minus a hack squat ☹️) to do business.

If I had to liken this gym to a movie reference, I would recall Full Metal Jacket when Pvt Joker is elevated to squad leader. Gunny Hartman says of Joker: Pvt Joker is silly and ignorant, but he's got guts, and guts is enough.

If you can't get a good workout here, then you are the problem, not the gym.

The people are friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and though they've seen some miles, the weights and equipment are in good repair.

The only major knock I have is in the shower room. First, the motion sensor light must have a timer less than a minute because the lights kept going off and I had to stick my arm out to get them back on. That wouldn't be so much an issue if the shower had any type of water pressure, but it trickled out so slowly it took almost 3 times as long to get clean.

It's a small matter, but if that's the worst part of a gym, that's saying something.

Do not attend this gym if you are a minority. The people that attend this gym seem like they have never traveled outside of West Memphis. They make you feel extremely uncomfortable as a visitor just staring at you and don’t welcome you in. The gym also needs to be better taken care of.

I travel and have visited family in West Memphis, attending this gym several times. The gym is very dirty, seems like they do not clean on a regular basis. The equipment is extremely unorganized and not well kept. The equipment is also very old, shows lack of customer experience. The staff does not make you feel welcome and you got the firefighters standing around daily taking up the small space they do have. One of the days I was there they were installing a vending machine blocking the entire entrance for long time, staff was very rude and inconsiderate. They should update the equipment just like they upgrade the sugary drinks vending machine.

Not too impressed with the cleanliness. I travel and go to lots of Anytime gyms. All of the reviews said this place was very clean but the only "cleanliness" I see is the bathrooms... kinda. Equipment EVERYWHERE. I know that isn't necessarily the establishments fault but I was just not impressed by everything lying around, spread out, Chalk everywhere.

I have only been at Anytime in west Memphis for about a month and a half now and I have to say my experience has been 10/10. Ben is very professional and just a super nice guy overall, I train with Hoyt twice a week and I’ve never looked forward to going to the gym more in my life. He’s very motivating and inspiring as my personal trainer and pushes me to my limit to reach my goals. I appreciate these guys tremendously and I look forward to what is to come. I went to this Anytime Fitness originally because it was closest to my house, but now even that I’ve moved further away I’ll drive past closer gyms to get to this one. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is also very kind and helpful; Caliana helped me find a membership plan that suits me, all while being friendly and welcoming. Great gym!

Great gym, great staff, and not overly crowded when I went. I moved and had to cancel because there wasn’t a gym in my new location, and they worked with me in mailing my key fob and cancellation. If you’re in this county / area, I recommend this specific one in WM.

Anytime Fitness in West Memphis is probably the CLEANEST gym I have ever stepped foot in. And it's not JUST their cleanliness - it's their customer service, too. They are extremely professional and treat each of their members like family. There have been times when I needed to vent and they were all ears. They even have on-sight trainers to work with your daily goals. I highlyyyyy recommend this gym to anybody!

Always clean. Desk is staffed. Brandon and Jordan are great coaches that push you nicely but you get results. Equipment in order. Can purchase drinks etc. Price about 39d a month. For coach assisted classes about 79d month for 8 classes. The 79d month gets you results driven classes full assessment goals to aim for body scan and one on one time
