Enjoyed working out at this gym while traveling. Front desk was pleasant and easy to chat with. If anything, it would be nice if they had more 45 lb plates.

This place is horrible and their owner is a not friendly person, I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for 4 monthes just for them to keep telling me I couldn’t cancel and finally when I did get to cancel they still took money out of my bank the next month. I Don’t Recommend this gym ever.

Love the gym! Been a member almost for about a year now! Although there’s lot of guest, you usually don’t have to wait for equipment. Staff and gym is the best on this side of heaven. 💪🏻 ❤️

I’m Arkansas visiting and found a gem of a gym. Met my needs of strongman. GREAT staff the young man at the desk was awesome. The gentleman (strongman) super helpful and friendly. $10 day pass great facility. Only negative thing I have for this gym is I haven’t found it sooner.

The workers are nice. There are chill personal trainers and there are hard heads who will push you. The environment isn't exactly formal but instead it's homely.

If you want a positive fitness/growth atmosphere this is the place. On the outside it can seem like a gym for the hard-core but it's for everyone, and pushes beginners to become what they want to become.

Travis is a dedicated gym owner, he even lived there while building this place. Dedicated! Dedicated on making sure his staff and gym is a experience worth signing up to be a part of this gym family. Huge space with alot of motivated members who are there to improve. Has a underground feel with modern/new equipment. There is now a pc gaming room, supporting the EA sports teams in the NEA. But also great for parents who need to train and have somewhere their kids can actually have just as much fun, while they wait! As a parent myself that's a big plus. You can also book a massage from 2 of their masseurs. Travis and his team are always looking for the next thing to improve your gym experience, and always on top of what members need. Check this gym out you won't be sorry.

This gym could really use some central air and heat cause it is way too hot to be working out without a/c. It reminds me of being back in P.E. in 5th grade and all that was in the gym was the industrial size fan that did nothing but make alot of noise. Besides that staff and trainers are fantastic and extremely nice.

Love this gym! I feel so at home here when I come. Everyone is so helpful and I don't get intimidated by the equipment. Amanda is great! She makes me put out the extra effort that I didn't know was in me. If you want a gym that everyone's nice and you want to get a full work out----this is the place!!! I actually look forward to going.
