Staying in town for work and stopped by. Staff was so kind and they have all the equipment you could need for a good work out. Definitely beats driving to pine bluff for planet fitness

This gym is PURE TRASHH,
All the machines are rusted, old and ripped some don’t even work. For the amount of money they ask to be a member you would think it would have at least a decent first impression.
So small and everything in that building needs work.
1 star just to be able to post this.

I just recently got into working out, and I consider this a really good place for beginners. It has tons of different machines, several treadmills, and a free weight room! It's not overly expensive, and the do offer a college discount for UAM students.

Great gym, with none of that chain gym feeling. All the staff are friendly and there to help you reach your fitness goals, and they are always looking for what they can add to the gym to help you accomplish them.
