Visited this studio while on vacation. Super accommodating and kind ladies! Instructors are knowledgeable and used varied equipment, demonstrating modifications. Very clean, bright with lots of options for weights/bands. Great place!

I tried the Body Strong Class in April 2017 after a few months away from fitness. Georgianne was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Her class is just challenging enough to keep you engaged, and she has modifications for those that want to step up the difficulty. Over the last year and a half, I've worked out in many of the many classes offered with the other fabulous instructors, as well, and I'll keep coming back!
