Had our daughter’s birthday party and was expecting there to be some interaction between staff and the guests. There were no activities with the staff (they were young and on their phones) and that was surprising considering the questionnaire when I booked the party asked how old the birthday girl was - I assumed it would be to set up age appropriate activities. 1.5 hours of free play and I was disappointed, it was boring and brought me to tears for my girl. The foam pit was a hit but that was literally the only thing that was fun for the kids. It was also extremely hot in both the party room and the gym which was brutal on all of the young kids and our older guests. My heart hurts for my daughter and her friends who had this experience.
